I have a backyard that pets can run around in, it is fenced on one side only so they would need to have a long leash for safety. I don't have other pets so they wouldn't have any problems there! She was the perfect choice for Pete the Pug. He was safe and secure in her fenced in yard. She also made him feel right at home letting him on her couch as part of the family. He made a new friend, Tang her adorable dog. She sent pictures and even a video to help ease my mind about dropping him off with a stranger away from home. I highly recommend her. About: Hi! We have a 2 year old neutered male Samoyed who loves to play! We’d be happy to welcome another high energy dog or older dog to our home for a short or extended stay. We treat all dogs in our care as our own and can accommodate 1 long walk (~40 mins plus) and 2 medium walks (~20 mins each) throughout the day. Dogs will also have access to our small fenced back yard for bathroom breaks throughout the day. As a dog owner myself, I understand updates and pictures are a MUST can make the difference between enjoying your time away and worrying about your fur baby. You will receive consistent check-ins from us to ensure you have that peace of mind. Please reach out to find out if your dog has any behavioral or reactivity issues that we can accommodate - it is always important for us to do a meet up before taking on new clients to ensure our dog and your dog will be happy during the stay. I am also happy to accommodate day time care only rates for people who would like someone home with their pet during the workday or an extended day out of the house. I work from home and am available for round the clock pet care. My partner, nic, works hybrid and will also be available to help care for your dog! Since we have our own dog, we rarely both leave the house at the same time, and we never leave for longer than 4 hrs a day. With a high energy Samoyed, my life revolves around making sure he has the exercise and mental stimulation he needs. We’d love to have your pet join us for our 8am walk, 2:30pm walk, and 8pm evening long walk. About: I have our wheaten terrier George for 1.5 years and I have experience sitting dogs for our neighborhood. I have a nice front yard and doggy door for all day free roaming. My neighborhood is very low traffic perfect for dog walking. I work from home full-time for my own company. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I recently graduated from college and moved to the city, and I’m excited to continue spending time with animals through dog walking and pet sitting. Over the years, I’ve pet sat and walked dogs for neighbors, friends, and family members, giving me experience with a wide variety of breeds, sizes, and personalities. My family has Dane Mastiffs, so I’m very comfortable handling large breeds, but I also adore small dogs like my aunt’s two mini dachshunds. Whether your dog is energetic and playful or calm and cuddly, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I understand how important routines, exercise, patience, and affection are for dogs, and I’ll always treat your pet like part of the family. About: I grew up with a reactive black lab, so I know how to handle leash pulling and how to deescalate and prevent fights. In her old age, I learned to accommodate her failing joints. I’ve been trained at the Licking County Humane Society in Ohio as a volunteer dog walker, which has well equipped me to understand and respond respectfully to dog language. I keep their normal routine intact — meals, walks, bedtime, all of it — and keep your home secure and tidy while you’re away. My availability: I work from home with a very flexible schedule, which means pet care fits naturally into my day instead of being squeezed around a commute. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays throughout the week — mornings, midday, afternoons, and evenings — and I’m able to accommodate both recurring bookings and last-minute requests. Because I’m home most of the day, I can give your pet consistent attention and plenty of time, not a rushed fifteen minutes between meetings. My own daily rhythm with Ollie already revolves around walks and playtime, so your pet slots right into a routine I genuinely look forward to. I show up when I say I will, follow your instructions closely, and send photos and updates during every service so you always know how your pet is doing. About: I have had dogs in my household since I was a baby. I moved to pittsburgh in 2021, and before that was living with my parents who had four dogs! Right now, I have 3 cats. I love to dogsit and spend time with other people's babies! I have experience in dog sitting, and have spent some time working in dog daycare/boarding. I am currently not working a typical job so I am available 7 days a week most weeks and can spend all of my time with your pet if needed!
