Alongside my wife, I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for the past three years, and it’s truly been the perfect way to fill the gap left by being away from my own dog. Although I can’t host pets at my place, I’m more than happy to care for your furry friend in the comfort of your home. I always make it a priority to follow your specific instructions to keep their routine consistent and stress-free. With plenty of experience sitting for both dogs and cats in the area – including overnight stays – I’m dedicated to making your pet feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Since I’m currently working remotely, I have the flexibility to stay for longer periods at your place, as long as there’s WIFI access and a comfortable spot to use my laptop. When sitting for dogs, I usually take them for three walks a day – morning, afternoon, and evening – but I’m happy to adjust to your dog's specific routine to make sure they feel comfortable and content.

Akira and Marcella did a great job with our 2 dogs. One can be aggressive towards stangers but she was comfortable with them right away. They also left the place cleaner than when they arrived! Highly recommend.

I was able to enjoy an extended vacation knowing that my cats and home were in good hands with Akira. The cats were immediately drawn to him when he came for a pre-visit and I could tell they were content when I returrned home. I appreciate that Akira provided regular updates and also took care of watering plants, bringing in mail, taking out the trash, etc. i will hire Akira again if he's available the next time I travel.

Akira did a wonderful job taking care of our two pups and our house while we were gone. We got updates often and had quick responses. The house looked exactly the same when we came home as when we left - very respectful of our home and belongings and everything was clean. We would absolutely use Akira again for this service and our dogs love him!
