About: I have watched multiple breeds of dogs with different needs, ranging from feeding, bathroom breaks, activity needed, and scheduling. I love to be active so if your dog loves physical activity, you are in good hands! I give lots of attention and spend lots of time with the pets I’m watching. I am currently enrolled in online school but rest assured, I am great with time management and will give your pup the best time! I can hang at your house while I work on my schoolwork to keep your furry friend company! I also work at a dog fitness center so I may have to work while with your pet. I have a 7 year old German Shepherd at home, so I am used to the big dogs who need the physical activity. She gets all the love all the time and loves spending time with everyone in my family. In your home, I will respect your house and rules, as well as follow the instructions regarding your dog’s care! He/she will be in good hands and never have a dull day 🙂

“Yari was very patient with my two active pups. She will be perfect for future drop in visits or to walk my dogs one at a time. I knew it was a big ask to have her walk them both at the same time. But she gave it a good try.”

“Reliable and loving care. Megan has a very calm demeanor, perfect for our energetic pup. And she took great care and sent us updates and pics for every walk. Very happy with how well it went.”

“Great dog walking services. Allison is always responsive and attentive to my dogs needs. She is honest about schedule and timing and I appreciate her for this! My dogs always sleep well after and are happy for their walks with Allison.”

About: I've grown up with, owned, and taken care of pets for as long as I can remember—old mellow dogs, fluffy young kittens, feisty chickens—you name it! The challenge of learning each pet's unique personality and needs has always fascinated me as a caretaker. I love getting to know them and building trusting relationships to give them the best quality of life possible. I’m a retired engineer looking for pet caretaking opportunities to keep life fun and adventurous! My wife, Stephanie, and I currently own one dog and two cats. Our home is in a wooded area with a fully fenced backyard. Pets that board with us have the option of private, single-level living, or they can share the house with us. We also have a standalone pet wash and dry station if pet washing services are something you're interested in. We’ll cater to their needs and ensure they are content and comfortable. I’m also an avid walker and hiker, and I love getting outside whether it’s rain or shine. For dog walking and pet visits, I enjoy heading to local parks (Cypress Creek and Lake Waterford are my go-tos) or patrolling the neighborhood for any new sights and smells. I am a house husband with one dog and two cats. The pets are the focus of my daily routine. My dog and I go to the park every morning and walk the neighborhood at night. Any dogs that I board become part of our family routine. If they are comfortable they can join us on trips to the park and walks around the neighborhood. If they prefer solo time then I will take them on dedicated trips to the park and walks! I have a dedicated room for dog and cat boarding that is separate from the rest of the home where our dog and cats reside. Any boarding guests can use that private space or can join the other animals in the other parts of the house if they are comfortable. Our fenced in backyard and dog grooming station are on the same level as the dedicated boarding space.

“Always on-time, great communication, flexible, and my dog’s new favorite playmate, Rebecca is professional and comes highly recommended by me…I don’t just trust my puppy-friend-son with anyone.”

“We were in a pinch & needed a walker to check on Buddy within 2 days. Cyndi Wickham replied to our request, meet us the next day and started the folding day. Love her flexibility and find so much comfort knowing our boy gets some play time and a potty break in the middle of day.”

About: Hi there! I have over 15 years of professional animal care experience, including 6 years as a zookeeper—so when I say no pet is too big, small, or exotic, I mean it! From house pets like dogs and cats to reptiles, birds, and other exotic animals, I've worked with a wide variety of species and temperaments. Whether your dog needs structured walks, your cat needs a calm and patient sitter, or your parrot thrives on enrichment and routine, I’m fully prepared to provide expert, attentive care. I’m experienced in administering medications (oral, topical, injectable), working with senior and special-needs animals, and understanding subtle animal behavior cues—skills I developed both in private pet care and during my time in zoological settings. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. I’m reliable, communicative, and always happy to send updates, photos, and videos so you can enjoy peace of mind. I look forward to meeting your beloved pets—no matter how furry, feathered, or scaled they may be! As a stay-at-home mom with both of my children now in elementary school, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize pet care throughout the day. I’m home and available seven days a week, so I’m able to maintain a consistent routine for feeding, walks, and playtime. I genuinely enjoy the companionship and find pet care fits naturally into my daily rhythm. Pets are welcome in our house, however they do need to get along well with cats and kids and will need to be crated overnight or when I need to step out. We have a massive fenced in backyard that is perfect for the zoomies.

About: I've owned dogs my entire life and currently have a cocker/bichon mix and a lab. They needs friends so I thought what better way to have play time for them than this! I have young children so all pups must love kids! I conveniently live 20 mins from BWI airport and very close to 97 and 100 for easy drop off. I can also arrange to pick up/drop off your pet for an additional fee. I am mostly a stay at home mom. I do some gig work here and there (uber eats, amazon flex, instacart) but that is all flexible and I can do it as I please so my availability is very open. I have a small fenced in back yard and gated deck area for outdoor play. I have a small neighborhood with sidewalks for walks. We do live in a townhouse so neighbors are super close so if your pup is an excessive barker my home may not be the best option. We can handle some barking just not all through the night or and excessive amount during the day. We have 2 cats in the home but they mostly hang out upstairs while the rest of us are on the main level.

“I recently broke my foot and ankle. I can’t walk my dog Auggie. Stumbling across Renee’s ad on Rover has been a miracle. She comes twice a day. Auggie has major trust issues, noise reactivity issues and anxiety. To say the least he adores Renee and I trust her with him. To me she’s been a large part of my peace of mind with my best friend being taken care of.”

After leaving my job of 4 years as an assistant manager at a dog daycare, I have decided to come back to pet sitting full time! “Aimee has done an amazing job taking care of my three curious cats. In addition to regular duties, such as feeding and playing with them, she provides light regular grooming for them to prevent knots in their long fur. They love her so much they run to the door when she arrives. When I had an elderly cat and dog that required medicine, Aimee tenderly cared for their special needs, including administering injections and oral medications, diapering my incontinent dog, laundering their pet beds, and providing outside waks in a stroller. She's the best!”

She also is a volunteer with the local ASPCA. She has a true love and commitment to animals of her own and would give that same quality care to yours.”
