He even took his time and got our extremely shy cat to come out and say hi! It was such a relief to have someone so reliable in our home to treat our fur babies with such care. Chadd took great care of our dogs during our two week trip, providing regular updates in the Rover app at our requested interval and managing a complication very professionally. When we had a leak spring up, Chadd contacted us promptly and worked with one of our family members to facilitate repairs. The dogs were clearly well-loved and received appropriate food and exercise in our absence. The house was perfectly clean and he even took care of washing the bedding. I highly recommend Chadd and plan to book with him again in the future.
Anthony is very clearly an animal lover! He did a great job watching my (sometimes challenging) German Shepherd. He was excellent at communicating and keeping me in the loop and made the whole process incredibly easy. Highly recommend booking with Anthony and am looking forward to having him watch my pup again.
Ben was exactly who we needed for our recent trip. He not only took care of the house, but he walked our dog (usually twice a day, which is more than she usually gets) and spent time snuggling our kitties. Our pets bonded with Ben much more than with past caregivers. It was so nice to know they were safe and happy while we were gone and not experiencing any stress from our absence. Wenqi was very thorough and conscientious in taking care of our dog, Teddy. She texted me often to ask me questions or to confirm things she wasn't sure about it. She also made sure he was happy and well-entertained by taking him for walks or letting him play with other dogs, including her own. She also kept an eye on our teenagers.
