About: I'm an animal lover, and I have been pet sitting for many years through friends and referrals, as well as through TrustedHousesitters. I've had animals most of my life, but none currently. I've also volunteered at shelters for many years, and I have trained and worked in animal rescue. About: I love frequently getting outside for a walk or run, rain or shine. I have house sat for many different people in my home town, including our local Veterinarian. I also spent time working at an Animal Shelter, therefore have had interaction with many different breeds/ages and thoroughly enjoy taking care of, hanging out, and playing with animals. I have helped with senior / puppy care and am highly responsible, caring, and loving. I currently am not working and can offer my full attention to in home stays, walks, or drop ins. About: I've been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old, when I started my own little pet-sitting/walking "business" in my small town in Arizona. As an adult, I've owned and trained two dogs of my own, and I've never stopped being around animals since. Yolanda is a gem. It’s always hard for us to find someone we feel we can trust will look after our animals with the same level of attention and love that we provide. Yolanda clearly loves animals. Beyond that, she clearly has a special gift with them. Our 2 lgd dogs and needy cat fell in love with her! It was clear she gave them a lot of time and attention. She was also very communicative with us, and made sure to follow our instructions. Everything was in perfect order upon our return from our extended stay abroad. Kristen was great! You can tell right away from meeting her that she is a total dog person and the animals love her! She stayed at our place for the week with our dog and took great care of her! You could tell Kristen did everything she could to keep the doggo in her normal routine. She was communicative and sent photos and asked clarifying questions where needed. She left the house clean. Would recommend!
Yolanda was awesome as always! Not the first time we’ve had her. Both my dogs just absolutely love her. Not only does she take care of the dogs, she keeps the house clean as well as washing the bedding before she leaves. She is also a great cook!
