About: I have experience in taking care of both senior and younger cats and dogs, and I genuinely love to care for animals! I love hiking so if you have a pet that needs more exercise I would be glad to take them on long walks. I also love to cuddle with pets so your animal would get lots of attention! I am starting my final semester at the end of August, so until then I am free at almost all hours of the day, and once school starts I have a lighter class schedule so I would be available for your pets in both the mornings and afternoons. I really do love animals so I am able to give them lots of attention, take them out for bathroom trips or long walks to tire them out, and also feed them when needed!

First thing when I get home is to greet my pets and give them attention and love. I play for a little and then check to see the water bowl is full (and for my cats that the food is also - I know dogs are on a schedule). With dogs, I would regularly schedule times to take them out for walks - and make sure I match them for however they wanna walk! (Slow, adventurous, running a little faster) I make sure that I have plenty of plastic bags and treats to take with on the walk. I do not like to leave dogs alone for more than 2-4 hours. I work from home so have flexibility in my daily routine. Most afternoons and evenings in particular work well for me for any type of care. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, I focus on creating an environment that matches each animal’s personality and comfort level. I have plenty of engaging ways to channel energy for playful or high energy pets, through walks, games, training reinforcement, or enrichment toys while also providing patience and affection for mellow or cuddly companions who prefer a slower pace. About: I am respectful, kind, and trustworthy. Your pet(s)/household will be in safe, reliable hands with me. I have extensive experience with large dog breeds, too (grew up with Bernese Mountain Dogs). I believe in treating others’ animals and property as I’d want someone to treat mine. Does your household have a particular routine or preferences? Just let me know. I want you and your family to be as comfortable as possible. If you need oral or subcutaneous medications administered, I would love to help keep your loved ones in the best health possible. House sitting engagements will leave your property as if I was never there and your pets well loved and treated with the decency all living beings deserve. Currently a parent of a husky named Thomas and three cats named Tony, Calypso, and Tut. Cats and dogs- I’ve had one or both my entire life. I use positive reinforcement training on my own. I work a set schedule Monday-Friday, so they will have consistency/stability throughout the weekdays. On the weekends, I’ll be available to spend the entire day with your fuzzy family members. How I care for your pets is strongly influenced by what you share with me. Household rules like crating, furniture rules, and routines will all be discussed with you and then adhered to during my stay. I also offer to bring in the mail, take out the trash, water the plants, and feed the goldfish. You know, those little details that matter.

About: I absolutely love dogs. All dogs, period. I have a deep understanding of each dog's unique needs, quirks, and preferences, and I make sure to give a tailored experience that goes beyond routine tasks. I strive to create a home away from home for your dogs and make sure they are comfortable as well as you. I currently work in the early afternoons with two days off during the week with full availability. I am an early bird and can be there for your dog as early as 6:30am until about 12:00pm. Safe Space: Designate a specific area or room for the pet, providing them with a sense of security. Exercise and Playtime: Engage in regular play sessions and take your pet for walks or provide a secure outdoor space for them to explore. Social Interaction: Spend quality time with your pet to prevent loneliness and anxiety. Provide toys and enrichment activities to keep them mentally stimulated. Emergency Plan: Be prepared for emergencies by having a first aid kit and knowing the location of the nearest veterinary clinic.
