Madison is very professional organized and experienced. Chadd communicated well with us throughout. He confirmed with us the day before coming over to our house each time we had an appointment and then he was always a few minutes early. Our dogs warmed up to him quickly after he arrived at the first meet and greet. He came a second time a few days before we left to go over everything in detail. We were gone for two weeks and he sent pictures of the dogs frequently. He also watered our garden and house plants and they all survived well despite the heat. When we returned home, the dogs seemed perfectly happy and well cared-for. The house was clean and Chadd had cleaned the sheets and towels he had used. We highly recommend Chadd.

Wonderful experience having Samantha house-sit and take care of our three kittens, one of whom needed medication delivery! She left our place so clean and tidy, more so than when we left it, and most importantly, the cats were SO happy and had clearly been very well taken care of while she stayed with them! Ben came by for a meet and greet and was friendly and communicated well. He then stayed in my home with my cat while I was traveling. He got along well with my cat and was responsive and communicated well while I was away. My home was clean when I returned (he also had cleaned the sheets and towels he used) I could barely tell he had been there other than coming home to a calm and cared for cat and plants. He was thoughtful and asked good questions to do the job well and to utilize my home respectfully. I would have him house and pet sit again. He kept up with my cat’s medications (pills), wet food feeding schedule, and treats.
