“Hannah was great. She took the time to come and meet our gang before her visit. She is a very pleasant and caring person who takes her job seriously. We felt confident that our dogs were in good hands! Thanks Hannah!”

About: I’ve had dogs all throughout my life and have now adopted a Labrador puppy of my own. He’s a crazy little guy so I feel like it’s qualified me to work with dogs that have all types of personalities. I’ve recently graduated and am looking for jobs, so I am completely flexible with my time. Besides caring for my own pup, I can be right there for your pets whenever you need! I have a small fenced yard that’s made life easier with my puppy, but I also take him on frequent walks. He eats well and has too many toys to count. He gets treated like a king! If I were trying to find someone on Rover to care for him, I would want the same treatment – and that is what you’ll get from me!
“Emma Jean took wonderful care of my pup! I really enjoyed all the photos and report cards she sent during the stay. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my dog was happy and well cared for. I would definitely hire her again!”

“Cassidy is absolutely wonderful! She is reliable, trustworthy and so sweet. She took great care of my cat, brushing her and playing with her, sending cute pictures and updates every day so I could feel she was happy and healthy while I was on vacation. I highly recommend her for pet sitting and will definitely count on her next time I need help with my cat.”

About: I understand the responsibility that comes with taking care of your beloved pet and want to be there to support and love on your dog. I pride myself on my compassion, love, and understanding of all pets and their unique needs. I am a college student that loves to work with animals. I have classes during the day but am available in the early mornings, afternoons and evenings to take care of your pets. I am also available on weekends and for overnight care. I understand the concern that may come with leaving your pet with a stranger and take careful consideration in to making sure that doors are closed behind me, safety hazards are removed from the pets reach, and a high level of attentiveness while on walks.
About: I started dog sitting for my neighbors when I was 12. My family got 2 dogs when I entered high school and I was the main care giver. Now that I am living somewhere that does not allow dogs, I love the opportunity of getting to care for other dogs and treat them as my own family. I work from home 3 days a week (M, T, F) so your dogs will have full access to me those days! If your home has WiFi and your dogs need more consistent attention, I'm comfortable working from there as long as you are too. Overall, my job is pretty flexible and I am available for midday walks, etc. I treat all dogs as if they were my own. Having grown up with one dog who was NOT and one who WAS all cuddles 24/7, I totally understand when dogs need some time and space to get used to a new person. I will meet your dog wherever it is at with their personality and make sure we both feel safe in our environment and have a good time, whatever that means for your dog.
“I can't say enough positive things about Carolyn or her professional, but caring demeanor. My pup is truly a pup - very cautious and can be a handful. Carolyn's pet common sense made all the difference during their first visit. Hoping she will agree to return.”

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals my entire life. Growing up on a farm taught me responsibility, patience, and how to understand animals’ unique personalities and needs. Today, I’m the proud owner of two Golden Retrievers, so I know firsthand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies who need consistency and training reinforcement to senior dogs who require extra patience, attention, and specialized care. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’m committed to providing attentive, personalized care that helps them feel comfortable and happy while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always prioritize their safety, comfort, and well-being. I work from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to provide consistent attention throughout the day. Because I’m home most of the time, I’m able to accommodate walks, potty breaks, play sessions, feedings, and check-ins that fit your pet’s normal routine. My flexibility also makes it easier to accommodate last-minute requests whenever my schedule allows. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and any special instructions before care begins. Whether I’m caring for pets in your home or my own, I provide a calm, attentive environment and make sure they receive plenty of exercise, affection, and supervision. I understand that every pet is different, so I follow owner instructions closely regarding feeding schedules, medications, walking routines, training commands, and household rules. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away.
“Linnea did a wonderful job taking care of our cats! She was very responsive and flexible. Our cats were calm and well adjusted when we arrived home.”

“Alex is amazing I looooooove the daily visit updates (pics AND videos) I get from her they are so detailed and lovely it gives me such piece of mind when I’m gone from our puppy during the day. Thanks Alex! ❤️”

About: I’ve been around and taken care of dogs and cats since I was a little kid. I’ve had a cat, fostered 5 dogs from the medical shelter, and now my family owns one of them and he is my best friend. I enjoy all personalities of animals whether that be timid and shy, or friendly and energetic. I pet-sit regularly and strive to be someone that the animals can be comfortable around. I am currently a student at CU Boulder, so I have plenty of time to dog walk daily and drop in to feed and keep animals company when owners are away. I am looking to care for pets in the client’s home because my property manager does not allow animals. I can house-sit and sty overnight, but prefer a client who just needs daily dog walks and feedings.
“Falecia did an amazing job taking care of my two kitties, who are on the older side and have special medical needs, while I was away on a 5 day trip! I look forward to booking her again in the future!!”

“Jana is the absolute best! She took such good care of our cat. We appreciate how happy she kept him over the holidays - we could tell he felt safe and comfortable with her and that put us at ease leaving him for the first time ever. She sent wonderful photos every day that made our entire day whenever we got them. We are so grateful to Jana! ☺️”

About: hello all ~ My name is Bretta and I really want to hang out with your pet! Growing up my family fostered stray dogs from our local animal shelter where I later went on to volunteer for several years as a dog walker and socializer for all the shelter animals. I've been surrounded by animals of all shapes and sizes since I came into this world. Spending time with and caring for our 4-legged friends truly grounds me and brings me great joy. I love the little (and big!!) guys and can't wait to meet yours! I wish I could have pups of my own but right now my life is a bit too adventurous for that kind of commitment, so I am happy to live vicariously through your loving ones & also help make your lives easier along the way :) I have lots of experience working with dogs ~ I’ve been house sitting ( + farm sitting, too!), boarding, and providing animal caregiving services professionally for close to 10 years now ~ and I promise I will do everything in my power to make sure your animals are comfortable, safe, and happy in my care :) I am very adaptable and capable of working into your scheduling needs :) I am currently writing and doing design work as well, but all of this happens from my laptop & renders me available 24hrs a day most days :) I currently don’t have space to board dogs, which makes me a bit sad since I loved doing it for the years that I was able to, but for now I am happy to come to you!
About: I pet-sit frequently for family and neighbors and it brings be joy that they entrust me with there pets. I grew up with two large dogs, a family cat, and eventually a cat to care for on my own. I learned to care for elderly dogs when mine grew old as well as knowing the discipline of a cat for myself. I am a college student. Over the summer I have a morning class from 9-10am Monday through Friday, but besides that my days are open. I hace a fenced in back yard from my previous dogs as well as a friendly neighbor dog who likes to run alongside the fence (on the other side) when there is a dog in our yard. I live in a one story home which gave easier access to elderly pets.
About: I have taken care of neighborhood pets since I was very young. I grew up with 2 cats and 1 dog at all times. I have a dog of my own but my partner is able to take care of things at home so I can offer my services of house/pet sitting without my dog - dedicate my time to your pets only. I'm not currently working so I have plenty of free time to hang out with your pets! I love spending time outdoors, so with all this free time I have, I'm happy to go on long walks or hikes if they need the exercise. I live in Boulder with my partner and our dog - he is capable of handling everything himself at our home. I am not currently working so I have opened myself up to house sitting, drop in visits, and dog walking.
Pine Brook Hill cat parents share their Rover experiences
Allie took great care of our senior cat, Buddy, even coming up with an innovative way to get him to take his medication! She followed our detailed instructions and gave him lots of love and lap sits. We really appreciated the pics and videos she sent us and could tell Buddy was happy with her by his loud purring. We will definitely book Allie again. Thanks Allie!

Wenqi was unbelievably helpful! She was communicative, caring, and considerate. Most of all, my little man loved his time with her. She sent photos and videos, kept me updated and went above and beyond during the Dec. windstorm. I will absolutely book her in the future and would recommend her to any else looking for an amazingly reliable pet sitter!

We had an excellent experience with Eme. They were punctual, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout our time away. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos, and they always asked thoughtful questions whenever something was unclear. Our dog was taken on long hikes every day, which made a huge difference, and both our dog and cat were clearly happy, relaxed, and well cared for when we returned. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our pets were in such good hands.

Emily was amazing! She cared for my cat over three days with twice-daily visits and really went the extra mile. Not only did she handle the basics perfectly, but she also spent extra time engaging with my cat. My cat is usually very cautious around new people, but Emily’s calm and friendly energy put her at ease. She even let Emily pet and play with her, which is rare! Highly recommend and would definitely book with her again.
