I work full-time as a pet sitter, and also volunteer with the Boulder Police Department as a Victim's advocate, deep background check was required. I often spend most of the time at home, yet every other day I use about 5 hours to run errands, workout, and do meet&greets Note! if you need your pet not be left alone for those 5 hours on any given day, please let me know!! We will make it work! I enjoy living in a tidy environment, so I'll ensure your home remains tidy during my stay. When I leave, I always clean the areas where I have been, such as the kitchen, living room, guest bedroom, and bathroom. Let me know if you want me to leave the guest room with fresh sheets on, or just to strip down the bed. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 If the guest room is in the basement or ground floor, I would appreciate talking about it. I value my sleep time and, given some past experiences, I need to ensure there won't be problems with noisy pumps, heaters, mold, or humidity issues. I can take care of it! + Constant care: constant physical presence at home. Will only leave for short periods of time for grocery shopping. For pets that require 20+ hours attention. Rate starts at $150. + 3 walks or more a day, or separate walking needed for several dogs. + training and/or removing fears and traumas. + Do you have a big backyard, green rooms, nursery? I can do hand-watering, mowing the lawn, etc... + Are you leaving for your trip and you leave a full laundry room, or crowded rooms, pantry, or storage areas... and you would love to find them neat and tidy. I can do that for you. These are services I have helped with for my past clients, and I am open to hearing if you have any specific extra needs that I can help with.

Discussing your pet's habits and any specific rules you'd like me to follow is always an important part of our first meet and greet. Examples of this are... - Would you be ok with me taking your dog on a hike, to public spaces, or off-leash parks? - Are your pets allowed on couches, beds, and countertops (specially cats)? - Are there any spaces in the house that are off limits for your pets I send regular daily updates with texts, photos, and videos. This way, you can enjoy your vacation time while being connected with your furry family. In-home security cameras: Accepted, yet disclosure is required. Rover.com policy requires pet owners to disclose security cameras inside the home before booking. I appreciate that for privacy reasons. Yet sittings that require cameras in the bedroom and bathroom that are assigned to me will be rejected. Thank you for understanding.

A typical day
Starting the day, I always love bed snuggling time before waking up. Breakfast first thing in the morning and dinner 12 hours later, yet always following pet parent's instructions 2 daily walks, about 30-40 minutes each at least, plus potty breaks. If you want your pup to be walked more times or longer, let me know!! I also like going for a run in the morning, if your dog is up for it, I'll take him with me. During the day, I take any opportunity to engage in games such as tug of war, treat-hunting, gentle fights, belly rubs and hide&seek. Cuddle time on the couch on movie night, pretty much every night.

Wow. Yolanda was truly the best sitter we've ever had. She went above and beyond in her care for both our cat (Sunny) and our home. She sent frequent updates, pictures and videos, which let us check in and see how much Sunny was being pampered. She was diligent about his care routine and ensured he was given his medication and frequent feedings, plus lots of loving caresses. We came home to a made bed with fresh sheets, which was an incredible gesture following a 3 hour flight delay. Our home was spotless upon return, leaving it in better condition than what we left for her. Yolanda goes above and beyond and is the premiere caretaker for your animal and home. 5 stars is truly too low of a rating.

Yolanda was amazing with our collie! She had to manage a bunch of medications, and cleaning/medicating and putting socks on healing paws, and she handled it all like a pro! Our dog loves her, and she did a great job of making the house spotless for our return. Highly recommend Yolanda!
