About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and have helped care for them from when they were puppies through adulthood. Over the years, I’ve helped with daily walks, feeding, playtime, training reinforcement, and making sure they get plenty of attention and exercise. I’ve also helped care for dogs belonging to family members, which has given me experience with different breeds, personalities, and energy levels. Growing up with dogs has taught me how important patience, consistency, and understanding each dog’s unique personality is when caring for them. I’m currently a graduate student doing research, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate walks throughout the week. I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, so fitting dog walks into my daily routine comes naturally. Lots of ball and walk and swim and play. They live in a great spot in Boulder with quiet trails surrounding them. We knew that Kona was safe, loved and also entertained. Really a great experience. My dog loved them so much that she wanted to visit their house again when we were walking in their neighborhood...unusual for this rescue dog with abandonment issues, but the best endorsement I could ever ask for! They have a wonderful shaded yard with lots of grass, and a beautiful home. Just all-around excellent.”
