“Mychaela was great! my dog Teddy seemed very comfortable with her really quickly even on the first visit. She sent me pictures throughout the day to let me know how he was doing, which I really appreciated.”

“Stevie had so much fun and came home exhausted!”

“Stephanie is an awesome dog sitter! Super communicative and flexible. Maggie immediately loved her and playing with Frankie. Will definitely book again!”

“Alison is the best thing that happened to me on Rover! My boyfriend and I have an 9 month old American Eskimo, who is high energy and can be very difficult at times - in fact, the first time we left him with Alison, he barked for 2 hours straight... and she still let him come back)! She has so much experience caring for dogs, she is confident, responsible, knowledgable, and simply adores them! We originally used Alison while we were out of town for long weekends. Our puppy loves it there so much that we started taking him to day care every Wednesday, just so he can run around and play with other pups. She takes them on long walks, hikes, and lets them play to their hearts delight. One thing we can bet on is that our high energy pup always takes a loooooong nap the minute he gets home from "Camp Alison." I couldn't recommend someone more, and I hope that Alison can care for our pup for the foreseeable future!”

“Rui and her partner did a great job caring for my dog with separation anxiety. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Rui was very communicative throughout the stay, sending pictures and a report card of their day together. It is a relief to know that I can trust them to meet the special needs of my dog. I recommend them and will be using their services again myself too!”

“Emilie helped us out tremendously with some last minute day care. She's quick to respond, friendly, and I felt at ease leaving our pup with her. Two big thumbs up from us!”

“DinaMarie could not have done a better job with my boy who can be very quirky. Her home is clean and beautiful and she is extremely knowledgeable about dogs. I felt so safe with leaving him with her and will absolutely be doing so again!”

“Laura was fantastic with our pup. She was super communicative throughout the day, and we knew exactly when she picked her up and dropped her off. We got several photos throughout the day as well as a couple videos, so knew that Ava was doing well and was happy spending time with her. We'll definitely be reaching out to Laura again in the future.”

“My two dogs had a great visit with Caley. I'll definitely be back for another day of doggy daycare. Thank you so much for taking great care of them.”

“Our pup had a great time! Would book again”

About: Hi, I’m Anna Smith! I grew up surrounded by animals and have two Australian Shepherds of my own, so I understand the energy, care, and attention dogs need. I have years of experience house sitting and pet sitting, and I love spending time outdoors—perfect for long walks and playtime. I'm reliable, communicative, and treat every pet like family. Let me know how I can help care for your furry friend! I am a full time student at CU-however, I would absolutely LOVE to have a furry friend to hang out with in between or after classes! My landlord does not allow pets unfortunately-my pup is living at home with my parents. However, I am happy to come to you to care for you dog.

About: Caring for animals has always been my passion. I have raised several dogs in my lifetime - big and small breeds including puppies and senior dogs. I have also spent a good part of my time volunteering at animal shelters. It gives me pleasure to know that I can help train, feed, walk and assist with finding good homes for these abandoned pups. Since retiring from full time work, I have devoted most of my time to caring for pets. Having lost my adorable golden retriever last year, I find comfort in caring for other pups. Dogs bring us such love and joy, and I will treat yours as I would my own. I have a flexible schedule and I would love to meet your furry one. I can care for your baby in your home as well as mine if requested. I live close to parks and easy walking trails. I will treat your furry one as if they’re my own.

About: After growing up in a home with two wonderful dogs, I have since had the pleasure of living with a Great Dane for three years of college. Being around dogs is something I love and appreciate and I hope to be of any help I can, as it will be such a treat for me. I am a recent graduate at CU Boulder and will be here for the summer, available any day of the week and flexible regarding time! Pets are the priority when it comes to their attention and safety. Any pet in my house or any other will always be treated with love and care.

“I’ve been a reoccurring client of Christine’s. She’s been a great pet sitter and friend to my pup. Christine is always accommodating and communicative. I receive several photos, videos and check-ins throughout each visit. I recommend Christine for any pet needs. My pup is always excited to see her and comes home tired from a full day of hikes, walks and play!”

About: I've cared for dogs in their home and in mine. Special instructions are no issue! I love having the opportunity to play and hang out with dogs, and have cared for friends' pets for up to 10 days at a time. I'm close to the Foothills Community Park and love to take pups on long walks and to the dog park! I am currently in my seasonal job’s off-season, so until it starts up again in March I am available for sitting, walking, and drop-ins, full-time! I have a small, fenced yard and can easily walk to the Foothills Community Park from my home. Dogs are welcome and well-loved in my home by myself and my roommate, and I am happy to watch dogs and other pets in their own home as well.

About: Beginning as a volunteer and rescuer, I then moved into pet and house sitting. I continue to foster and volunteer with a local animal rescue and treasure my time with all kinds of animals. I am creating this profile to highlight my specialty services such as dog running, homemade pet food, and portraiture.** A lover of all animals and nature, I’m happiest with both. My touch and voice are gentle, and my style is consistent. Having pets of all kinds and sizes growing up and continuing into adulthood has been a sincere source of joy, gratitude, and service. In the last few years, my time spent volunteering at a local rescue has greatly expanded my experience and skill- especially with special needs animals. Special services and care that I offer include: ~applying my professional chef training to prepare specialty pet food for unique needs, allergies, anxiety, or other conditions alleviated with herbs and nutrition ~when house/pet sitting for you, I’m happy to address the refrigerator and pantries to prepare food before it spoils and leaving you a home cooked meal upon your return or storing in your freezer ~professionally cleaned, organized, and stocked kitchen for you while you are at work or away Additionally, I have been trained and actively competing in Colorado roller derby for 7 years. Using this experience, robust padding, and training, I will exercise dogs that need more than a walk to take them at their pace and level on trail runs on my roller skates. In my many years experience of doing this with several clients as well as rescue animals in my foster care, I have observed many benefits such as: ~improved obedience ~naturally filed nails ~increased happiness and smiles ~less scratching, digging, jumping, whining, barking, and other undesirable behavior ~better sleeping ~improved health and well being The majority of my time during the day is spent outdoors hiking, roller skating the bike paths, or in the garden, and I love to have the company of animals for all of it. At night, I cook, dance, and will read aloud to whoever is in the house. I find animals love this too. As a private chef, I have a lot of time outside of scheduled private events and parties. I can build catering quotes, shop online, and write menus from anywhere. This leaves plenty of time and attention for animals in my care. I like to be outdoors as much as possible and having a pet companion makes it all the more enjoyable for me. I live in a clean and cozy townhouse very near multiple parks and paths. I use harnesses and good judgment while on excursions. I am trained in pet care, proper hydration, nutrition, and herbalism for pets. I never raise my voice and use positive reinforcement and fun to enlist cooperation. Furthermore, animals that are food motivated or fun motivated LOVE me. I love to be outdoors and active but can also cuddle inside for the furry friends that prefer one or both. If your dog likes to run, good news! I like to go fast on the bike paths! Caring for your pet(s) is the highest honor and takes priority while in my care. Please let me know about special needs, but otherwise you can trust that my regular routine is to play, be outside, laugh, show kindness, and provide stellar caregiving.

About: I’d rather hang out with dogs than people. I’ll be sure to send you pup selfies and give your dog plenty of love throughout the stay! I treat all animals like my own. The dogs always leave happy and get excited when they return to me. I am very active and can walk any size dog. I also have a Toy Schnauzer who loves friends! I can’t wait to meet your furry friend and give them a comfortable and loving home while you’re away. Your pet will be in good hands :) I am currently not working, so I have plenty of time to tend to your dog and get them out and exercising! 7 days a week Your dog will be fed when needed and have ample blankets, toys, and beds to lay on. Plenty of time outside and playtime with mine inside!

About: I have worked as a Kennel Attendant, overseeing daycare, feeding breakfast/lunch/dinner, as well as handling medications or any other health needs. Worked with dogs of all ages, provided grooming, bathing, and other general care. I had two dogs growing up and was incredibly involved in their care. I am currently available full-time and have open availability throughout the week to provide reliable and flexible pet care services. Whether it’s daily walks, check-ins, or overnight. I have a mostly fenced in backyard, three other female roommates who love animals. Can easily have space for crates, etc. Comfortable helping with household tasks and maintain the pets' normal routine to help them feel comfortable. Follow all feeding, exercise, and medication instructions carefully.

“Natosha is a natural with dogs! Our one year old PWD was super comfortable and happy at her house and played all day with her sweet lab mix, too. They also took a big long walk, which was wonderful too.”

16. Emitt T.
“Emitt is an amazing pet sitter and person! They have watched our pet dog and 2 ferrets several times for 8+ days at a time and are our first choice of pet sitter whenever we go out of town. Our dog is a pitbull who can be excitable (and intimidating) to some people so it can make us nervous leaving town, luckily we have someone we trusted to watch him! Emitt was very open to learning a few commands that we are working on and how to use the training collar safely to walk him and has done so perfectly every time they watch our pup with no issues. In addition to that, they took great care of our ferrets at the same time despite having to watch out for sneak attacks, clean up after them and deal with a confusing ferret gate set up that keeps them contained. Emitt treats our pets like their own, and is one of our pooches best friends!”

17. Honey Anne
“Brooke has a special gift with animals. I’ve never seen anything quite like it. She is able to disarm the most aggressive dogs and bring enthusiasm to the most timid. She provides a safe space and makes everyone feel comfortable, at ease and loved. Not only animals but humans as well. She’s my partner of over a year and I never miss an opportunity to bring her to my pet sits. Anytime I’m in a pickle she knows just what to do. Caring for animals is not an easy job and Brooke makes it look easy. She genuinely loves being around animals and caring for them. When you have Brooke caring for your animals you have peace of mind that your loved ones are receiving the best possible care. If you are looking for a pet sitter or a chef for that matter, look no further, she’s the best!”

18. Amanda R.
“Amanda is one of the biggest dog lovers that I know and lights up whenever she sees a dog, whether it’s on the street, on the subway, online, etc. She puts the needs of an animal before her own and has taken care of my dog Daisy on multiple occasions. I do not trust many people with the care of my dog, but I had no worries when leaving Daisy with Amanda because I knew she was in good hands.”

19. Melissa S.
“Melissa is a kind and comforting person. She loves dogs has extensive experience working with them from her previous position at a well-known dog kennel in California--Park a Pup. Melissa is punctual and organized which will help her avoid missing an appointment or booking. She is very reliable and easy to talk to. Any pet owner should be very comfortable leaving their animal with her, she will make a great fit at Rover.”

20. Natosha S.
