“Julia was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Poppy, over the holiday weekend. Poppy has a special diet and can’t have any human food, and Julia was very careful to follow all of her instructions. Poppy also gets a little anxious when left alone, especially during fireworks, and Julia was incredibly patient and comforting with her throughout the weekend. Julia kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Poppy and knew exactly how to make her feel safe and comfortable. From the moment they met, Julia put Poppy at ease. it was obvious she’s a true dog person. Julia is mature, responsible, and an excellent communicator. Julia went above and beyond for Kobe. We were coming from out of state and she was able to accommodate Kobe. She was very organized and paid attention to all of Kobe’s needs. Kobe enjoyed staying with her, when we were pulling away he got up to take one last look for Julia, which he never does. She sent pictures and updates, which really helped us enjoy our trip. I would definitely recommended Julia and will definitely book her whenever we are in Pittsburgh again. Thank you Julia for loving and taking care of Kobe as if he were your own.
Jessica is a gem. My dog, Aimee, is a delicate Maltese. Aimee's had knee surgery for MPL, common in this breed. Aimee limped once, after daycare. Aimee's also had gastric reflux and she requires a special diet. I sought someone who could give Aimee special attention. Jessica is an excellent caregiver/dog sitter. Aimee has fun there!! Boarding Aimee, I can vacation with ease, while Aimee vacations with Jess.
Amber was amazing with my dogs. She sent updates and pictures everyday. This was the first time that my dogs were ever out of my care and they were not the best guys to deal with but Amber did understand they were upset. I would definitely recommend Amber as she made this experience a very positive one.
