About: Growing up, I always had pets around my home. From a docile miniature Dachshund to an excitable (perhaps… crazy?) German Shepherd, I have taken care of dogs of various sizes and personalities! I love both over-excitable pups and older dogs who need extra support and care. In the past, I have spent time volunteering with Mastiffs to Mutts Rescue to transport rescue dogs from their foster homes to their forever homes, so I have experience handling very large dogs! I currently have two gray tabbies (a bonded pair of sisters) and grew up with other feline friends. I understand the kind of care they need when their favorite humans are away, whether they are skittish or brave adventurers! I'm currently a music teacher in Washington County, so I am tend to only take clients over holidays and throughout the summer months. I am also available on most weekends with at least 2 days notice. I live in a small home with my own cats, so I am not available for pet-sitting in my own home. However, I have experience pet-sitting and house-sitting and take extra care when in someone’s home. Security and safety of your pet and home is my first priority. About: Hi there! I work from home my two available days a week, which means your dog gets 24/7 companionship, frequent backyard potty breaks, and mid-day snuggles on the couch. I grew up with dogs, and I have experience with everything from puppies to seniors. I am experienced with medication administration, limited mobility, and managing separation anxiety. I also have experience with reactive and dog-selective dogs and keeping them safe and happy. I live right by Bird Park and in a very walkable neighborhood, and can accommodate 2-3 walks a day - but if your dog is happier cuddling/sleeping inside, that’s okay too! I’d like to match your dogs normal routine as much as possible and make sure they get as much play and rest time as they need. Your dog will be safe and happy with me! I currently work from home two days a week (Monday and Friday) so I will be available 24/7 on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. I request that you give me your dogs normal schedule, and I will follow it exactly to make sure that they are comfortable and happy. I am available after 3pm Tuesdays through Thursdays. Your dog will be the only pet in my home, and my top priority! I require a meet and greet before boarding to ensure we are the right fit. I will keep you updated with daily pics of your pup. I have a large crate in case your dog is crate-trained, but as I work from home they will just be hanging with me on the couch or dog bed - wherever they are more comfortable. My home is clean and free from any hazards to your pup, and I will follow your exact household rules regarding feeding and anything else. My previous dog who has now crossed the rainbow bridge was reactive and dog-selective, so I am very experienced on keeping your dog safe while on walks and reading their body language. They will never be off-leash in an un-fenced area, and I will happily avoid any triggers that you make me aware of - just let me know!

About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family.
