“Julia was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Poppy, over the holiday weekend. Poppy has a special diet and can’t have any human food, and Julia was very careful to follow all of her instructions. Poppy also gets a little anxious when left alone, especially during fireworks, and Julia was incredibly patient and comforting with her throughout the weekend. Julia kept us updated with regular messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Poppy and knew exactly how to make her feel safe and comfortable. From the moment they met, Julia put Poppy at ease. it was obvious she’s a true dog person. Julia is mature, responsible, and an excellent communicator. “Kim was so accommodating with me. Willow was going to arrive around 2pm, then 4pm and then after 5pm as our drive and lunch stop took longer than expected. Willow is not used to other dogs since she is an only dog at home and can get quite stressed but she was great when I picked her up and Kim and her husband updated me with pictures with her on their laps and outside. She was always very prompt to respond. Nice big back yard which Willow loves. Overall, it was a great experience - way better than a kennel.”

Tri thankfully accepted my last-minute request to watch my dog for the weekend. I have a very anxious dog, but Tri was able to keep her calm and give her all of the affection she desired. Dezerae was very good with our nervous senior dog. She was very responsive to messages, sent tons of pictures, and was ready on time for drop off and pick up.
