About: I grew up with pets (both cats and dogs) and have always loved being around and caring for animals. I worked as an animal care associate at the Humane Society of Chittenden County in Burlington, VT, where I learned safe handling techniques, gained medical knowledge, and cared for a wide variety of breeds and behavioral cases. About: I’ve always been an animal person since I was a kid, but cats turned out to be my favorite. I started cat sitting on and off from 2021-2026. I haven’t had my own cat yet but when I was cat sitting, I took care of them like they were my own. They felt like family to me. About: I live on an acre of land with more than half of it being yard With more than half of it being Space. I am able to create a bond with animals by giving them affection, attention, and treats. For walking appointments, my schedule is flexible between 10 AM and 7 PM But I’m also available to to offer overnight boarding care and check-in. About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. If the client has special requests as far as how they would want their pet taken care of, I would follow those requests and update the clients along the way.

About: I’ve worked in a dog daycare/boarding facility for two years, & I’ve worked in a kennel for one year. I’ve cared for a range of dog ages, from puppies to senior dogs. The knowledge I’ve gained from my past experience has helped me to learn how to care for dogs, feeding tricks, training techniques, how to stop minor issues a dog may experience, and overall how to love and care for each dog because everyone is different! What may work for one dog won’t work for another and that’s okay! I’ve always treated any dog under my care with the same love & nurturing I give to my old dog. I work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays and don’t work on weekends! This gives me the time to tend to a dog whether they need to be played with, need potty breaks or a walk! I have the flexibility to be available starting at anytime & can either drop a dog off, have a dog picked up starting at 7pm. I would treat a clients dog like they are my own. Making sure the dog is feed, played with & given attention. My own dog goes on 2-3 walks per day, fed twice a day & given treats, the same treatment would be provided to a clients dog, and I can always adjust to what the client would like me to do!

And she sent us photos every day to keep us in-touch with our precious pup. Although Chang sometimes watches multiple dogs at once, her house was very clean and organized. I strongly recommend leaving your dog with Chang and we will do the same, the next time we need a dog sitter. Thank you, Chang.”

“Kim was so accommodating with me. Willow was going to arrive around 2pm, then 4pm and then after 5pm as our drive and lunch stop took longer than expected. Willow is not used to other dogs since she is an only dog at home and can get quite stressed but she was great when I picked her up and Kim and her husband updated me with pictures with her on their laps and outside. She was always very prompt to respond. Nice big back yard which Willow loves. Overall, it was a great experience - way better than a kennel.”
