“Shannon was amazing with my cats! They both loved her, even the shy one who normally hides from all new people. She sent detailed updates and photos for every visit, and definitely gave them plenty of attention. Will definitely book again!”

“Excellent drop in visits. Kelsey was responsive, professional, and punctual. She assisted with navigating the app and accommodated some last minute changes on my side. I would recommend her to a friend and will be rebooking in the future when needed. Thank you Kelsey!”

About: Worked at Horizon Veterinary Hospital, so I’m calm and capable if a crisis comes up. I genuinely love long walks and give each pet individual attention, not just a quick in-and-out. I’ve pet sat for neighbors for years, so I’ve learned how to build trust with many different pets and owners. I also have 3 cats of my own, including one I raised from just a day old, so I understand what it takes to care for pets at every stage of life. I work from home, I can often be right there with your pet in their own space, no long stretches alone! I work from home, so all I need is WiFi, meaning I can be with your pets all day long, not just for quick visits. Your dog or cat gets consistent company and attention throughout the day, not a rushed drop-in. Your home is your pet’s safe space, and I treat it that way! Respectful of your space, mindful of routines, and focused on keeping things calm and familiar while you’re away. With my background at Horizon Veterinary Hospital, I know how to read pets’ body language and stress signals, so I can adjust to make sure they feel comfortable with me from day one. As a cat owner myself ( I have 3 of my own and raised one from just a day old ) I’m especially attentive to the small cues cats give when something’s off, and I bring that same watchfulness to every pet I care for.
“I can't say enough about Destiny. She is so loving to our senior Tiara and understanding of our, (as Destiny puts it), "private" Callie. Cleaning up poop and throw up doesn't seem to bother Destiny in the least. My house always cleaner when I get home! Destiny is truly the best sitter out there!”

“Waverly was amazing! The perfect amount of communication, super reliable, and sent the best pics. She did everything we asked for each drop-in visit, we could tell our pup was in good hands. Will definitely be booking again for future pet sitting!!”

About: I have lifelong experience caring for pets with love, patience, and attention to detail. I understand how important your pets are to your family, and I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you are away. I am very responsible with feeding schedules, active walks, playtime, and following any specific care instructions you provide for your furry friends. I am currently studying English online, which gives me a very flexible routine and plenty of free time every day. Because of this schedule, I am available daily to spend full quality time caring for, feeding, and giving attention to your pets. Pets in my care are never left unattended and will always be under constant supervision in a safe, secure, and clean environment. I treat every animal with love, caution, and care to ensure they feel comfortable, happy, and completely secure at all times.

“Daniella did a fantastic job with our puppy during her drop in visits! She kept us in the loop with cute pictures and updates. Followed all instructions and went above and beyond to work on training and brushing. Would highly recommend!”

“Hillary was SO easy to communicate with, replies quick, and understands everything perfectly to give my pup the care he needed while we were gone. Took my extra notes to heart and applied it to her visits, like how he has a favorite toy and gets fed with specific slow feeder bowls. Even agreed to meet at the house for an initial visit before the booking! Really flexible with scheduling as well! Thank you Hillary <3”

“Christina is a fabulous cat sitter and person! We had a great meet and great where she played with both cats, made sure she understood their feeding routine, asked about treats/toys/cat brushes, and she is the only pet sitter we've had through Rover who asked about emergency care (if needed), so she could be prepared if necessary. She spent much more time than the "required" 30 minutes per visit and took a ton of photos and videos. We could tell she spent time playing with them and didn't just rush in and rush out. The litter boxes were kept very clean and she has a great sense of humor, always letting us know that the cats left "presents" in the box each day. She was comfortable adding supplements to their food, which vary day to day. Christina is also familiar with RVs/travel trailers and took great care of ours. She also went above and beyond by washing their bowls, vacuuming up cat hair and dried cat food, and cleaning up a hair ball. One of our cats vomited up her food and she made sure to let me know and even followed up after we got back to make sure she was ok. Christina is also an incredibly talented artist. She left us some drawings of both cats that we will cherish forever. She allowed us to have a great Thanksgiving vacation with no doubts that our cats were being well taken care of. We will absolutely use her again and again!!”

About: I was born into a family with Saint Bernards, and over my lifetime have owned seven Saints plus an English Mastiff, a pittie mix, a cat, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, and horses. I've been described by friends and family as a dog whisperer, and I can't help but make friends with any dog I see. I've been dogsitting for friends and family on the side for years now, doing overnight visits, extended stays, and drop-ins for potty, walks, and meals. I love cats and dogs of all sizes, but I've always had a soft spot for the giant breeds. I was a cross country runner and still live an active lifestyle, so long walks and runs are no problem. I can also do transportation to vet visits, doggy day care or walks at dog parks, etc. I'm looking forward to taking care of your furry family members! I am widely available for scheduling. I have a few steady clients with regular visits, but I can work with you and figure out the best schedule! As a lifelong animal owner, I understand the needs of many animals, as well as the feelings that owners have towards their furry friends. My initial clients were friends, but through the established trust and word of mouth recommendations, that list has grown. When doing overnight or extended stays, I will always bring in the mail, take out the trash, and perform any other household duties you may need. I've cared for sick dogs, handled emergency situations, and taken care of urine and other medical samples for my clients. Whatever you need, I can accommodate.
“Sierra (Kora) was very attentive to our dogs and cats. We didn't have any worry while we were away. She was very caring and communicative. She also sent pictures of our dogs every visit which we appreciated!”

Even without words, animals have an amazing way of expressing treat, affection, and companionship. My priority is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owner is away. Pet care naturally fits into my routine because I have a flexible schedule. This allows me to dedicate my time and attention to the pets in my care. I am available for walks, drop ins, and overnight stays. My goals is to provide dependable care while keeping your pet’s routine as consistent as possible. I believe pets are happiest when their normal routine is maintained, so I follow each owners instructions closely. I also make sure to update owners with messages and pictures so that you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is being well cared for.
About: From a young age I would house sit for neighbors and would take care of their pets, whilst they were on vacation. I've taken care of older dogs that had special needs as well. I have been walking dogs for the past 5 years as a hobby, and as a way to stay healthy. When my friend's shoulder was dislocated I walked his Grey Wolf/Husky mix for him while he recovered. I am available most days, I have full availability on weekends, and late nights (10-11pm) all week for those dogs whom prefer cooler temperature walks. I am unable to host your dog at my home currently. I'm experienced in giving older dogs their medications including pills and Insulin. I can house sit and watch your pets while you are at work, on vacation, or even if it's just date night.
About: In my early 20s I was responsible for pet-sitting for my aunt who had 3 full grown cats. At one point, a small litter kittens was also thrown into the mix. I enjoyed every minute of cuddling and playing with those cats. Aside from that, I was sole pet-sitter for my own pets whenever my parents went out of town. We had a chow chow and a husky who were polar opposites of one another, but got along perfectly well and both enjoyed our lazy days at home while mom and dad were away. Daily walks and outside play time were extremely important for bonding, exercise (for me and the dogs), and socializing with some of the neighborhood dogs. I have spent many hours also pet sitting for close friends, including senior aged dogs and cats. Now I am a proud cat mom of 2 that offers lots of love and care that will most certainly extend to your fur babies as well. I work full-time, but always make time to care for fur babies while their parents are away and ensure they are getting the proper love, attention, and care during my visits. I adhere to all instructions provided when caring for a pet. Your pet’s safety and well-being is my number one priority while I am in your home.

I'm responsible, patient, and attentive and my goal is to always keep them comfortable, happy, and healthy! Am currently unemployed, so open schedule! Available for all needs including drop ins, walks, pet sitting, etc. Will update when my schedule becomes more full! I take pet safety very seriously and will always make sure pets are secure and comfortable. I’m very attentive to their habits, moods, and needs. I’ll make sure they always have plenty of food & water, love, and attention. I follow each owner's instructions and schedule and keep a close eye on pets. If pet sitting, I always keep the environment clean and organized and always supervise. When on walks, I always take precautions and stay alert for any situation, and follow any instructions if given and will always keep you updated. Safety is always no. 1 priority! I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, so I always treat & love them like my own.

Destiny is a gem!!! She is so kind, calm, and assured and goes above and beyond in her care. My cat is pretty shy and he loved her right away and was very comfortable while I was away. My cat also had a mild health issue at the beginning of my time away and Destiny was ready to help manage the situation and I felt so much more comfortable knowing she was keeping a close eye on my kitty. Thank you Destiny!!!

I highly recommend Annette! She accepted my booking request on very short notice, which was a huge help. She took great care of my three cats and was reliable, responsive, and thoughtful, sending me pictures and updates during each visit. It gave me peace of mind knowing my pets were in good hands while I was away. I truly appreciated her help and would gladly book with her again.

Alexis did a phenomenal job of caring for my two cats. She was accommodating of everything I asked and took great care of them. She sent plenty of updates each day to keep me posted on the status of their health and what silly shenanigans they got into. My house was as I left it, it was like I wasn't even gone. What a pleasure to work with her. I will definitely book her again in the future.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Margaret They took care of my cat with so much love, attention, and patience that I felt completely at ease while I was away. I got regular updates, adorable photos, and sweet notes about how my cat was doing—which meant the world to me. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and incredibly responsible to watch your furry family member, Margaret is the one. I’d book with them again in a heartbeat!

I can’t say enough about Dawn! My cat, Dolly, is a senior rescue who has always been shy and slow to trust. At the last minute, I decided to book in-home check-ins while I was away for two weeks, and during that time, Dolly and Dawn truly became friends. Dawn kept in touch after every visit, giving me peace of mind while I was out of the country. What amazed me most is that Dolly, who once hid under the bed for years and only gradually began trusting me, was sitting on Dawn’s lap and letting her be petted within a week. That kind of connection takes a special touch. On top of that, Dawn went above and beyond-cleaning up a few hairball messes and even vacuuming daily near the litter box. I feel so blessed to have found her and will absolutely be using her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
