About: I have been around animals my entire life and have cared for dogs for many years as a pet owner. I am experienced in providing daily care including feeding, fresh water, exercise, walks, playtime, administering basic routines, and giving pets the attention and affection they need to feel comfortable and secure. Friends and family have trusted me to care for their children and pets because I am dependable, attentive, and responsible. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away. I am committed to providing excellent communication, regular updates, and treating every pet as if they were my own. I work full-time remotely during regular business hours, which allows me flexibility for drop-in visits, walks, and pet care before work, during work, after work, and on weekends. I am dependable, responsive, and committed to maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I will provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is receiving excellent care while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I carefully follow all feeding instructions, medication schedules, walking routines, and household rules provided by each owner. I understand that every pet has unique needs and personalities, and I take the time to help them feel comfortable and secure. I will keep you updated with messages and photos throughout each visit and treat both your pet and your home with the same care and respect I would expect for my own.

About: I was born and raised in a small rural Missouri town surrounded by all kinds of animals; big and small! Dogs have always been a major part of my life, and I hold their safety and enjoyment to the highest standard. Growing up on a farm, I’ve cared for dogs of all stages of life; from their first day to their last! I’ve administered medications in pill form, and changed wound dressing when needed. I don’t shy away from the big or “scary” breeds, & I believe all dogs deserve the same respect! I’m currently working part-time so I’ll have plenty of time dedicated solely to your furry family member! Availability is open from 7am-7:30pm; Monday-Saturday. Your pets safety is my #1 priority! I will treat your dog with the same respect as I would my own, and I will pay close attention to the dogs temperature levels and surroundings. Fresh water will be readily available on all walks.

“Crysta was AMAZING!! I had a unique request: help me get my three dogs to my wedding. Our dogs are a very big part of our lives and we knew our wedding wouldn’t be complete without them. We’ve always dreamed that at our wedding we would be surrounded by our family and friends and our dogs are the most important members of our family. Crysta made our wedding complete! She stepped in when no one else could and accepted the request without hesitation. I scheduled a meet and greet just to make sure she got to meet them first and we talked through our wedding timeline. I asked Crysta to be at our Airbnb for 4 pm, let them have a quick potty break, and take them about 15 minutes down the road to our venue, wait while we take some family photos with the pups, then bring them back to our Airbnb. Let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations TREMENDOUSLY!! She arrived out our house around 3:30, let them have a longer potty break than I asked for, and made it to my venue ONE WHOLE HOUR before the wedding started. She went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were cared for and got to and from the venue safely. I’m not from Destin, I was just in town for the wedding from Houston, but whenever I am back in town and need help with our dogs, she will be the FIRST person I call. She was so kind and friendly and she treated our dogs like they were her own. Words cannot describe how happy I am that I found Crysta. I think my dogs were just as happy, they loved her!! She sent me some cute pics too. Thank you so much Crysta!! You made our dream come true! ♥️”

About: I am an experienced animal professional and responsible pet owner who will always ensure that every animal under my care is happy and healthy.   I currently work remote as a Veterinary Support Specialist where I work alongside doctors and am responsible for doing tasks such as reporting changes in a pet’s behavior and health, discussing patient cases with doctors and referring doctors, and assisting pet owners with understanding their pet’s status reports, medical records, discharge papers, and after-care needs.   In addition to this, I have had many pets throughout my life. I currently have 2 dogs (one dachshund mix and one black mouth cur mix) and 1 tortoise. I also previously had a golden retriever, a shiba inu, 2 rabbits, 10 guinea pigs, 2 ferrets, 4 hamsters, a bearded dragon, and a ball python. For boarding, I will be able to provide pet-care 24/7. For drop-in visits, I will be able to provide pet-care twice a day (or more, depending on how close the family lives to me.) Pets under my care:   As a pet-parent, I understand how scary it can be to leave your fur-baby in someone else’s care, so I will always be sure that not only is your pet’s safety a priority of mine but also your peace of mind. I am committed to providing the best care for your pet’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I take thoughtful steps to earn the trust of new pets, and then follow a careful process when introducing them to my home and to my dogs, to ensure they feel completely safe and comfortable. Additionally, I provide frequent updates and respond promptly to any messages, so you can rest assured that your pet is happy, healthy, and well-cared for.   Pet-care at my home:   My apartment complex is a gated community that includes fields of grass and safely constructed sidewalks for walking. It also has both a “beach” area where dogs can dig in the sand and a fenced-in dog park where they can run and play off-leash.   My apartment itself is a two bedroom with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, balcony (which is safe for pets,) and 6 cameras installed to help with monitoring pets in-house.   Pets visiting my home will be staying in my gated-off living room where they can play, free-roam, and lounge on my dog beds. I dedicate my whole living room for the animals I pet-sit so there is plenty of empty space for playing, running, and setting up crates or play pens, if needed.   For the nighttime, pets (if they don’t sleep in a crate/pen) will also be sleeping in my living room or with me in my bedroom, if they need more company and or supervision. Pets will also be in my bedroom (which has a floor bed) when it’s cuddle time (which is something that happens a lot).   In addition to this, for exercise and going potty, pets will be taken on walks and will have the ability to utilize my apartment complex’s dog-park (when there are no other dogs present besides my own.)   Please also note that feedings will entirely depend on the instructions of the owner(s) and that for hydration, a water bowl will always be accessible to pets both in my home and on-the-go.   Pet-care at your home:   I will care for your pet in any way that is instructed of me in your home!

About: I have had pets big and small my whole life and have dog-sat throughout college. I used to walk my family dog, bear 🐻 three times a day. I am happy to spend time with them for company and help others! 💛 I work full time, but only in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. My schedule is flexible + have a car to get to and from each spot! I’m often called upon to care for and watch my parents’, grandparents and neighbors dogs and I’ve helped with training my grandparents’ new puppy! I currently work full time but I’m able to dog walk during different times during the week and I can always come by and let dogs out before or after a shift! About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and have had cats for 22 years. My husband and I have had Golden Retrievers and Labs for over twenty years. We currently have a chocolate lab named Moka who is 10 years old and a Golden Retriever named Maggie who is a year old. I have also dog Sat many other breeds including German Shepards, Golden doodles, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Beagles and many others. I currently work from home part time so I am available to come see your little ones any time! Whatever schedule they need I can accommodate their needs. I will not only just come in, feed your animals & leave. We never appreciated that when we needed a pet sitter. I will walk them if wanted, play with them, or we can just snuggle while giving a good old belly rub! I know they’re already missing their owners I want to make it as comfortable for them as possible while you’re gone.
