She is truly passionate about her profession and truly does care for your fur baby, as if it is her own. She is one in a MILLION. Truthfully, if there were Shelley's walking this earth, it would be much better and brighter place. She communicated well and sent several pictures of Toasty having fun. This was our first time using Rover and we were very please.
