When they ran out of food, she immediately reached out, asked exactly what I wanted, and went to get more for them. There was also an incident involving Reesie at the dog park, and Monica handled it incredibly well. I didn’t have cell service at the time, so she took the appropriate precautions and made sure Reesie was safe and okay first, then kept me informed as soon as she could. I was so grateful knowing their wellbeing was clearly her priority. She also picked up and dropped off both dogs, which was absolutely worth the additional fee, and she was extremely flexible and accommodating with my travel schedule. I felt like my dogs were genuinely cared for, not simply boarded. I would 100% book with Monica again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and truly caring with their pets.”

I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. “Crysta was AMAZING!! I had a unique request: help me get my three dogs to my wedding. Our dogs are a very big part of our lives and we knew our wedding wouldn’t be complete without them. We’ve always dreamed that at our wedding we would be surrounded by our family and friends and our dogs are the most important members of our family. Crysta made our wedding complete! She stepped in when no one else could and accepted the request without hesitation. I scheduled a meet and greet just to make sure she got to meet them first and we talked through our wedding timeline. I asked Crysta to be at our Airbnb for 4 pm, let them have a quick potty break, and take them about 15 minutes down the road to our venue, wait while we take some family photos with the pups, then bring them back to our Airbnb. Let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations TREMENDOUSLY!! She arrived out our house around 3:30, let them have a longer potty break than I asked for, and made it to my venue ONE WHOLE HOUR before the wedding started. She went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were cared for and got to and from the venue safely. I’m not from Destin, I was just in town for the wedding from Houston, but whenever I am back in town and need help with our dogs, she will be the FIRST person I call. She was so kind and friendly and she treated our dogs like they were her own. Words cannot describe how happy I am that I found Crysta. I think my dogs were just as happy, they loved her!! I love animals they are all treated like babies and are spoiled. I am currently working as a Realtor. About: I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on pet care experience from volunteering at Alaqua Animal Refuge. Over the past few years, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and even bunnies, learning how to meet the needs of many different personalities and breeds. About: Growing up, my grandparents had 5 dogs and 9 cats - needless to say their house was my favorite place in the world. I have experience with both large and small dogs. I fostered kittens and puppies all throughout college, so I have experience with younger animals as well. I currently have 2 cats of my own. I work during the week M-Th, so I am currently available on the weekends and some holidays. I would also be open to drop-ins some mornings and evenings. I will love your pet like my own! When caring for pets in your home, I am also happy to complete other tasks as needed while you are away (watering houseplants, bringing in the mail, etc.).
About: I love all animals especially dogs I treat them as If they were my own baby . I’m great with animals and know how to treat and care for every dog with different character! I had a lot of animals growing up as a kid and it would feel weird if I didn’t have one around I use to babysit animals as a side job in school to make money on the weekends and always enjoyed it .i love being around different pets I’ve always said I have more dog friends then actual friends !! :) I also use to volunteer to walk dogs after school for the shelters never felt like work to me just fun and full with love! About: I have had pets big and small my whole life and have dog-sat throughout college. I used to walk my family dog, bear 🐻 three times a day. I am happy to spend time with them for company and help others! 💛 I work full time, but only in the office Tuesdays and Thursdays. My schedule is flexible + have a car to get to and from each spot! I live in a big townhouse and am located near a walking path for nice walks. I am happy to host the pets here or at the client’s home
About: I was raised on a farm in the countryside. We had cats and dogs among other animals. Many of these I claimed as pets. I've owned several dogs in my lifetime and into their older years and currently have two cats which they think they're human. These little animals are part of our families. This makes them of great importance and priority. Their care should be taken just as seriously as each other. Listening to their needs and watching their habits they communicate. I take great care listening to the sounds and movement of a pet to discern what they are trying to communicate that they need. Flexibility is important when it comes to pet sitting. My children are almost adults now so I have more time to care for another family's pets. I do not have the room for a pet in my home but I have lots of room in my heart to take care of your pet in yours.

About: I own 4 Boston Terriers and love them like they are my children. I am big in rescuing dogs especially seniors. I participate in Alaqua. I love animals they are all treated like babies and are spoiled. I am currently working as a Realtor. So I have down time and I manage my own schedule.I am pretty flexible and able to work early hours if needed. I have a fenced yard. I have a doggy door for my dogs. Also we have a pool but have it fenced off so the dogs do not have access to the pool unless I am out there.

She sent me multiple pictures and updates every single day, including photos of their walks, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She kept them a total of 9 days and the peace of mind I’m talking about she gave me while I was gone for the first time ever leaving them was beyond appreciated. When they ran out of food, she immediately reached out, asked exactly what I wanted, and went to get more for them. There was also an incident involving Reesie at the dog park, and Monica handled it incredibly well. I didn’t have cell service at the time, so she took the appropriate precautions and made sure Reesie was safe and okay first, then kept me informed as soon as she could. I was so grateful knowing their wellbeing was clearly her priority. She also picked up and dropped off both dogs, which was absolutely worth the additional fee, and she was extremely flexible and accommodating with my travel schedule. I felt like my dogs were genuinely cared for, not simply boarded. I would 100% book with Monica again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and truly caring with their pets.”

About: I have cared for and trained my dog, my mother’s and grandmother’s dogs. I have also provided a variety of personal home-care services to senior citizens, special needs children & nannied off and on throughout my early adult life. I love caring for and helping others. I substitute teach during the school year and I would love to care for pets during the summer time! It is my goal to at least work part time on top of another part time job! :) I have an apartment where I can keep pets for a short amount of time; we have a nice walking area and a dog park.
