“Charlie was amazing, very friendly, punctual on every visit. My dogs absolutely loved her, which is not easy when you have a shy 2-year-old. We highly recommend her!”
2. Shelley G.
“This is the second time we’ve used Shelley to watch our dog! The first time I had a last minute booking and she came through for us BIG time. She is great about giving me clear and thorough communication, makes sure she is on time/early, and takes great care of our pup. This is the second time I’ve used her and I will use her again for all of my Rover needs. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking to use her. THANK YOU SHELLEY!!!”
3. Emma H.
“Emma is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive to messages, will give your dog so much love, and dedicates time into her daily report card. I’m so happy to have her to come look in on my dog while I’m at work. 10/10 would recommend!”
4. Julia A.
“Great service, very timely and thorough. Wonderful communication as well!”
5. Debbie S.
“Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for our dog! Having a german shepherd takes a certain type of person to watch them & Debbie did everything we needed and then some! Our fur baby can get antsy when she doesn’t get enough stimulation but Debbie did such an amazing job tuckering her out that we had no issue with destructive behavior while we were gone. Absolutely will be using Debbie any time we leave town!!”

About: Thanks for checking my Rover out! I have been around animals all my life having grown up on a 100 acre farm in Texas where people would constantly dump animals on our land. We always took them in and cared for them and made them part of our families. Dogs and cats have always been an integral part of my life even more so the older I have become. I think at this point I need them more than they need me! I have luckily passed my love of animals onto my two children and and my 21 year old son actually is a Rover sitter as well! I started watching dogs on Rover after I lost 2 dogs in 2 years and I wasn't ready to adopt another dog as my heart was still aching but I still needed and wanted dogs in my life. Rover was a win-win as it allowed me to get my dog fix and some college money for my two children (now 19 & 21). Another reason I was drawn into Rover sitting was I also was never comfortable boarding my dogs even though I had known my vet and the facility for over 10 years. I just wasn't at ease with my dog not having more room to run and play as well as having to listen to a lot of barking. It stressed me out and I didn't want my dog stressed as well. I knew how important it was for me to feel comfortable when I was away from my dog and I wanted to provide that comfort to others. I moved to Santa Rosa Beach in August 2023 after I became an empty nester. I work from home so am able to be with your dogs full-time while you are away so they aren't lonely and have me as company! BTW....my kids and friends call me the dog whisperer as I usually have a connection with all dogs! I am fortunate enough to work from home, and I have a totally flexible schedule so I can easily hop over to walk your dog and let them out and hang out with them as long as needed. I often love the break from my scenery! I treat all the animals I care for just like they are my own babies! I also respect the homeowners home and would also treat it just like my own and hopefully leave it just how it was when they left.
7. Gabrielle M.
“When Gabrielle worked as a Veterinary Technician Assistant she did everything she could to help medically treat pet patients so that they went to their foster / forever home happy and healthy. She is very loving, attentive, and knowledgeable in animal care so I know she would treat pets outside of the workplace with the same type of care she gave pet patients.”
8. Stephanie H.

I have plenty of time attention, and love to give to your fur babies! I have one dog of my own and a great yard. I will always provide the care and love you want for your furry family member.
9. Brittany H.
“Brittany H. is extremely dedicated to her fur babies she sits for. She is caring and loving. Willing to go that extra mile. She has experience with dogs from hoarding cases and knows how to help feral cats turn around through fostering many. Brittany has volunteered at Alaqua Animal Refuge in her free time and been very loving with these animals too I highly recommend her to watch any pet. You will not be disappointed.”

11. Maria D.
“"I am extremely pleased with the care and attention that our dog sitter provided for our dogs. From the moment we met her, we could tell she was dedicated and passionate about animals. During the four days she looked after our beloved pets, she would visit our house in the morning, noon, and evening to feed them. It was evident that she genuinely cared about their well-being. One aspect that stood out was her commitment to spending quality time with our dogs. Each time she came over, she would take the time to play with them for 20 minutes, ensuring they received both physical exercise and mental stimulation. This greatly contributed to their overall happiness and well-being during our absence. Additionally, the dog sitter went above and beyond by sending us pictures of our dogs during each visit. It was heartwarming to receive updates and see that they were content and in good spirits. This thoughtful gesture provided us with peace of mind and reassured us that our beloved pets were in capable hands. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the exceptional care and professionalism demonstrated by our dog sitter. She genuinely loves animals and treated our dogs as if they were her own. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring dog sitter. We will definitely be reaching out to her for future pet care”
12. Amina N.
“We have three dogs ranging in ages 3-13 and a cat who is 20 that are like our children. Amina is amazing with all of them. She has watched, walked, and taken care of our dogs and cat for years while we traveled or had to work late and would recommend her to anyone. She loves our animals and our animals love her. 10 out of 10 reccomend! Catharine Flowers”
13. Brant T.
“Brant is fantastic with pets, and he is an animal lover. He is responsible, responsive and he has taken care of my dogs for years. He can definitely be trusted to take care of your fur babies. I would highly recommend him!”

About: Dogs & cats have been a part of my large family, always accepting whatever walk of life our pet is in and giving them the love and discipline they require. I work in a bar noon-9 4 days a week. It’s a quiet life when I am not at work, staying with my mother and helping her take care of her plants and cats she sits for, doing some painting on the side. I am always watching that nothing is out of the ordinary, for changes in habits. I have a trusted vet and a friend with 15 years of animal care experience who is always available in a the event of an emergency.

19. Chloe L.
“Chloe has 3 little fur babies of her own. All puppies… I’m sure you can imagine it doesn’t get crazier than that. She is the best mom there is to these little ones and shows them unconditional love at all times. Chloe is an over exceptional dog mom to any fur baby she watches, she treats them as if they were her own. Simply put, if anything were to happen, I would trust Chloe to take care of my fur babies.”
