“Crysta was AMAZING!! I had a unique request: help me get my three dogs to my wedding. Our dogs are a very big part of our lives and we knew our wedding wouldn’t be complete without them. We’ve always dreamed that at our wedding we would be surrounded by our family and friends and our dogs are the most important members of our family. Crysta made our wedding complete! She stepped in when no one else could and accepted the request without hesitation. I scheduled a meet and greet just to make sure she got to meet them first and we talked through our wedding timeline. I asked Crysta to be at our Airbnb for 4 pm, let them have a quick potty break, and take them about 15 minutes down the road to our venue, wait while we take some family photos with the pups, then bring them back to our Airbnb. Let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations TREMENDOUSLY!! She arrived out our house around 3:30, let them have a longer potty break than I asked for, and made it to my venue ONE WHOLE HOUR before the wedding started. She went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were cared for and got to and from the venue safely. I’m not from Destin, I was just in town for the wedding from Houston, but whenever I am back in town and need help with our dogs, she will be the FIRST person I call. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
