About: I was raised on a farm in the countryside. We had cats and dogs among other animals. Many of these I claimed as pets. I've owned several dogs in my lifetime and into their older years and currently have two cats which they think they're human. These little animals are part of our families. This makes them of great importance and priority. Their care should be taken just as seriously as each other. Listening to their needs and watching their habits they communicate. I take great care listening to the sounds and movement of a pet to discern what they are trying to communicate that they need. Flexibility is important when it comes to pet sitting. My children are almost adults now so I have more time to care for another family's pets. I do not have the room for a pet in my home but I have lots of room in my heart to take care of your pet in yours.

About: I’ve spent the last few years caring for dogs and cats for friends and family, including both short-term stays and longer periods. I also had my own dog, Rosie, for three and a half wonderful years. She taught me so much about patience, routine, and what it means to truly care for a pet like family. When she passed, my husband and I transitioned to living in our van full time, where we travel the country to visit rock climbing destinations. I’ve really missed having pets in my life, which is why I joined Rover. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets and give them the same love and attention I gave my own. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every animal as if they were family. I’m frequently active and outdoors. I live and travel full-time in my van, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time for walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays. I plan my days around the pets I care for, whether that means early morning walks, midday playtime, or evening cuddle sessions. When I care for pets, safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow each owner’s instructions closely — from feeding routines and medication to walking routes and leash preferences. I take the time to understand every pet’s personality so I can keep them calm, happy, and secure while you’re away. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of your space and keep everything clean and tidy. I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secured before, during, and after walks, and I never take risks with off-leash play unless it’s in a fully fenced area you approve. Whether I’m stopping in for a visit or staying overnight, I treat your home and your pets with the same care and respect I’d give my own.

About: I've had dogs all my life (31 years old) and have walked, fed and dogsat for many friends and family. Currently, my wife and I have a 6 year old Great Dane/Black lab pup who loves to play at Zilker park. I'm currently going to school and have a flexible schedule. I'm able to work and study from home or from your home! You can frequently find Comet and I at Zilker park throwing a tennis ball around. We have a backyard and plenty of space for dogs to hand out. We also offer a bucket load of toys to play with (should your dog have permission).
