About: I have always had 4-8 animals. Have fed, walked, bathed and trained all of them. Charlotte, Oliver, Tipperary, and Kieran put a smile on my face every day. I have a few repeat dog-walking clients who I see in the afternoon. I work from home the rest of the time (on my own schedule) so I have very open availability. I walk both of my dogs every day and let them outside frequently. I bathe them once a month, giving them a good shampoo and condition. I regularly get my dogs nails clipped. My dogs love to play fetch so I make sure to get at least 15 minutes in every day. My cats’ litter boxes are always clean. I brush them every week and make sure to keep their nails clipped. They love chasing the laser pointer around. I would treat any clients animals the same as my own.

“Christian was extremely understanding of all needs for my dog and went above and beyond with playing. Definitely a person that loves dogs and wants owners to feel safe knowing their dogs are having fun!”

About: I've personally grown up with pets, especially dogs, of all sizes and I am comfortable taking care of them all. For the last 10 years I have been doing it professionally at doggie daycare, pet-sitting, dog walking, training and boarding facilities, and any other services for dogs and cats! I will be there when you can't! I'm currently working part-time, and I am looking to grow a cliental in this location. I would love to schedule caring for your loved ones into my life! Pets with me are having a great time with several walks around the neighborhood a day. For our fetch playing friends we will run until exhausted! If you are on vacation, they will be too! I love to keep a dog busy and happy!

About: Hi! I’m Aidan — a lifelong animal lover and dog owner who treats every pet like my own. What sets me apart? I don’t just “watch” your pets — I connect with them. Whether it’s playtime or a walk with purpose, I focus on creating a safe, fun, and calm environment tailored to your pet’s needs and personality. I take the time to understand routines, quirks, and preferences so your pet feels secure and happy while you’re away. I’m reliable, communicative, and genuinely passionate about building trust — with both you and your furry friend. Let’s make your time away stress-free and tail-waggingly good! I currently work a part-time job Monday through Friday. This means that I am free over the weekend to dedicate my time to your pet. When I’m caring for pets in your home, my top priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved — just like you never left. I stick closely to your pet’s usual routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest to keep everything familiar and stress-free. I take time to learn each pet’s personality and needs — whether that’s slow, calming cuddles or energetic fetch sessions. I also make sure your home stays clean and respected while you’re away, and I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are in good hands. What sets me apart? I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and I truly care about making your pets feel at home — even when you’re not.

“Upon my initial meeting of Amy, I knew she genuinely loves dogs, since my “Buttons” took to her immediately! I will definitely be using her services again!”

“Kendell is absolutely amazing with Aspen. Very loving and attentive. He’s always so excited to see her! Highly recommend”

About: I’ve been an owner of dogs my entire life and a lover of animals for just as long. I have experience with multiple dog breeds, cats, small animals, as well as farm species, such as llamas, horses, sheep, and cows. I adore all animals and just finished my second year pursuing a degree in animal science. I love meeting pets of all types and ages and getting to know their different personalities! Whether I’m taking them for a walk, dropping in for dinner and playtime, or hanging with them for a few days, I will provide careful attention to your pets’ specific needs. Your pets will always come first and I am dedicated to ensuring their comfort and your peace of mind. I am currently interning part-time at an animal care facility, but I have a very flexible schedule. I am available throughout the summer on weekdays or weekends. Please reach out to chat about your specific needs and preferences! I am available to stay with your pets during the day and/or overnight, as well as just dropping in a few times a day to walk and feed. I can manage both longer walks and shorter potty breaks/time in the yard. I will be sure to get an understanding of your pets’ routines to keep them as comfortable as possible.

About: I am very good with animals and have dog sat many times for friends and family. I now have two cats, Tony and Eustace, who I love dearly. I have experience with senior care for an aging female dog, who I took care of during her last few months of life while her stomach was ailing and mobility was decreased. I love walking dogs and spending time with animals, especially outside. I am very conscientious, careful, and loving around others animals, and would be honored to take care of your cat(s) or dog(s)! I currently have a flexible schedule and am hoping to pick up pet-sitting and dog-walking clients during daytime hours. I have some night-time availability, if desired. I promise to create a safe and loving environment for your pets and to listen to you on how best to take care of them!

“Sarah has been absolutely wonderful with taking care of my baby boy! From the very beginning, she’s shown a genuine love and care for him that puts my mind at ease. She has such a warm and friendly personality, and it’s clear she treats all the fur babies she cares for like her own. I always look forward to her updates—she sends the sweetest photos from their walks, and it’s so comforting to know he’s getting plenty of love, attention, and belly rubs while I’m working long hours. Her reliability, thoughtfulness, and clear passion for animals really stand out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy pet caregiver”

About: Nice to meet you! My name is Isabella. I am a lifelong animal lover with deep experience caring for a wide range of pets. Most recently, I provided attentive, full-time care for two dogs and five cats over the course of a month in a family household whilst they were on vacation. This included feeding, walking, frequent bathroom breaks, playtime, litter box maintenance, and administering both oral and topical medications with care and precision. And of course, plenty of cuddles with furry friends. I’ve been surrounded by cats since I was in the cradle and have raised multiple kittens throughout my life, giving me a strong understanding of feline needs at every life stage. I currently care for my senior kitty, whose special needs have made me especially attentive, patient, and skilled in administering medications and monitoring health cues. I have had dogs of my own as well and have similar comfort in canine medication needs. I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs of all ages and most temperaments. I always follow each pet’s lead, respecting their boundaries, and reading their body language and communication to ensure they feel safe, seen, and loved. Whether large or small, energetic or shy, I treat every animal as if they were my own—with affection, respect, and a deep sense of responsibility. As I have a (human) psychology BA, I try to apply this knowledge in pet sitting. Each pet is an individual, just like people! I currently work as a paraeducator for elementary students. As a senior cat owner myself, pet care is a central part of my daily and weekly routine—it’s not just a job, but a commitment I’ve built my life around. With several years of experience caring for both cats and dogs, I’ve developed a structured schedule that ensures every pet receives consistent, personalized attention. My day typically starts early with morning feedings and pet space maintenence, and I plan my daily activities around each pet's individual needs, whether it’s administering medication, cleaning litter boxes, longer walks, or providing enrichment and companionship. When providing in-home care, I adapt fully to each pet’s routine to keep them as comfortable and stress-free as possible while their owners are away. I also build in regular text/call and photo updates for pet parents so they feel connected and reassured. Pet care isn’t something I fit in—it’s something I prioritize, and I approach it with the same dedication every day of the week. I primarily care for pets in my clients’ homes, which allows me to maintain their routines in a familiar, low-stress environment. I take the time to understand each pet’s specific needs—whether it’s feeding schedules, medication, exercise, or playtime—and I follow their routine as closely as possible to provide consistency and comfort. For dogs, that often includes daily walks, backyard or park play, and structured downtime. For cats, I focus on litter box maintenance, interactive play, and creating calm, cozy spaces. I also provide lots of affection and companionship tailored to each pet’s personality. (And if permitted, yummy treats). In every case, I treat each home with the utmost respect, keeping spaces clean and tidy, and I keep pet parents updated with regular messages and photos so they always know their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: I thoroughly enjoyed taking care of my dog, and I will take care of yours just as well! Pets are family! I provide lots of love. Home most days. So whatever the pest need I can handle. Short walks around the neighborhood to play time in the back. I have an electric fence so they can’t get out. If I’m taking care of the dog in your home, I will follow instructions. When I’m taking care of a pet in my home, they will be loved and care for just like my own

About: I'm strong enough to where no matter the size of the dog, I can move them in and out of cars, houses, bath tubs, dog beds, anywhere they need to go without hurting them. Moreover, I've seen the full breadth of a dog's life between the 2 who I've owned from puppyhood to old age. I know the carrot and the stick that young dogs need to grow up well-adjusted, and I know the special needs that elderly dogs often have. Any lesson I've learned from rearing a dog, I made a point to never forget it. I'm currently between jobs and desire to exercise more, so I've got plenty of time and motivation to play with your dogs. Be it walkies, fetch, tug-of-war, or just running around, I'm your Huckleberry (hound?). My dogs keep within an invisible fence and take the older one out on a leash whenever he needs to slow down in his old age. They don't play much any more, but even back when they did, I was the undefeated tug-of-war champion of this and any other house. Any discipline is issued verbally, with the only physical discipline being holding their mouth closed while I scold them. Thankfully, they're well-trained and well-mannered enough to where I don't need to scold them often. They're good dogs, unless you're a snapping turtle.

Andrea P.
“To Whom it May Concern: This is a letter of recommendation for Ms. Andrea Pannone to be a pet sitter for your organization. Andrea is, as you phrased it is, "An awesome human being." She balances her work life with her college studies extremely well, while still having time to foster a rich family and social life. Andrea has a strong sense of compassion for animals. Two examples come to mind: 1.) She was driving home from work last year when she encountered a gaggle of geese crossing the road. She, of course, stopped to let them cross. A car behind her, though, got impatient, and passed Andrea, running over two geese in the process. Andrea was incensed and noted as much of the offender's license plate as she could as he sped off. As soon as the remaining geese crossed, Andrea tried to catch up with him to chastise him, but she could not without endangering herself and others. She called the police with as much information as she had, which, led to an investigation by Shelton's Department of Animal Control. 2.) In April, 2021, Andrea was eating lunch on her deck when a bird flew into a picture window. The bird was flying so fast, it bounced off the window and landed two feet away. It lay on the deck with a twisted neck, with one wing flapping. It could not move otherwise. Andrea immediately logged onto Google and researched the best way to treat the situation. She then swaddled the bird in a cloth napkin and placed it in a small box to give it a sense of security. She then called the Shelton Department of Animal Control, but it was closed. Several emergency numbers were given and Andrea called one of them to plea her case that this was an emergency. Her advocacy inspired one of the Vet Techs to suspend her family's dinner to return to her work facility to receive the injured bird-a grey catbird. The Tech administered a pain killer and an anti-inflammatory. Two days later, she sent a video of the bird being released into the wild. The Tech indicated Andrea initiated the actions that saved the bird's life. Andrea has been noted numerouse times for her excellent customer service. She has worked in food service, in several settings, and her managers have always commended her attention to detail, her courteous manner, and her problem-solving abilities. Please feel free to call me if you'd like to discuss Andrea's candidacy further. Regards, Bob Pannone (203) 918-5291”
