About: I’ve taken care of family cats since the age of 5 and when I started living on my own with my previous partner we had three rescued cats together. One of these cats developed diabetes and needed daily insulin shots, and then eventually needed fluid IVs in which I had to learn to take care of since my ex wasn’t okay with the procedure. After our split (2012-2017), he took the cats, but in 2021 when my now-husband, we adopted a rescue cat with a shortened tail and have been dog and cat people ever since! Thankfully I have yet to need to use my medication administering skills on our cat, but we do a very good job at keeping him healthy and happy so it is less likely he will develop diabetes later in his life.

About: I recently graduated from Harcum college In PA with a degree in veterinary nursing and it was definitely a long ride but all worth it! I had a childhood cat named Sophie since I was born. We grew up together, she was a calico and she was definitely the reason I knew I wanted to work with animals because I enjoyed helping them so much. She passed at 20 years old right before I left for college and was my motivation through all of it. About: I have 2 labs (1 lab German Shepard mix and 1 lab), who love to play and romp around, as well as the finer things in life like relaxation.My working schedule allows me to work from home full time, huge plus for the pups and kiddos. We travel about once a year for 2 weeks, and mostly spend our time in town as our boys do sports. I was a dog walker and sitter for 2 years in college, had a dog growing up as a child and I’ve rescued and adopted 5 pups with my husband. Since I'm use to the early mornings, walking the fur babies early is not a problem. I believe a tired dog is a happy dog and I try to make sure they get as much play time and attention as needed. Treating the fur babies as family members, means they have their beds, own couch, toys and free range in our house.

About: Salutations, My name is Saori and I have 15+ years caring for animals. Not only have I owned and cared for everything from rodents to livestock, but all ages of pets as well. I studied to be a vet tech and worked for places such as the Animal Medical Center in NYC then eventually became a farmer so I'm capable of helping those in need of Physical Therapy, medication from syringe to pills, and able to notice when a pet is ill and needs additional care. I am also a foster mom for dogs via Paws Rescue League and have placed more than a dozen dogs in the last 2 years. Needless to say I love animals and able to provide your dog (or cat) with the best of care. I work from home at my farm. I rarely vacation so I am home all day and able to have pets in and around my home at all times. Expect every morning that your dog will be taken to the dog park, have breakfast, and will play with other dogs on the farm all day until bedtime. If your dog has INVISIBLE FENCE brand collars we can accommodate them to free roam. I have a farm with two dog friendly dogs. My farms has fenced and gated areas, but I normally let my dogs play outside all day in nice weather. If your dog has good at recall they'll be allowed off leash, but if not they'll have a scheduled day that will include swimming, hikes and lots of pets. If you have a pet that is senior and prefers naps over playtime. We have a specially made dog room with a TV and air conditioning.
About: I've loved to cat and dog sit for my neighbors, friends, and extended family since I was young. I'm sensitive to different pets' needs and have always had a way of connecting with more timid and distrustful animals. I also have over 10 years of experience caring for and working with horses, so I'm comfortable with handling larger animals. About: I’ve grown up with animals of all kinds from as early as I can remember. Being the oldest of my siblings I was the first to have to take on the pet care chores, and this included both our dogs and our cats, and the other types of animals we had in our household. I have pet care experience with dogs and cats, as well as other pets too. When I moved out on my own with my previous partner (2012-2017) we had adopted three rescued cats, and I was the main administer of the diabetic cat’s insulin and late IV fluid treatments. My ex kept our cats in the split, but in 2018 I adopted my first dog completely on my own. She’s a rescue pit bull mix and now, with my current husband, she is joined by another rescued pit bull mix and a rescued cat. Last year we also adopted a red ear slider turtle off the street in Philadelphia and he now enjoys his aquatic terrarium with his guppy and pleco friends. In 2023 I briefly worked for a dog walking company in Ridgefield and was bit by one of the client’s dogs, unprovoked, and because of that I left the service after being blamed for the outburst and attack (despite telling the owners and the employer that the dog was getting increasingly aggressive with me and I wasn’t comfortable walking him anymore). It was the only time I had ever had an animal turn on me like that and it made me rethink working for a service where I wasn’t listened to or given proper protection. My husband and I have been Rover clients since we moved to Connecticut in 2023 and I am very happy to say we have never had a negative experience, which is why I have decided to lend my services to other pets and families in the area that are in need of an experienced pet caretaker. I am a professional actor so I have days that are marked off for auditions and work or rehearsals, however it is not a consistent time or place. I work throughout the Northeast, NYC, and the Mid Atlantic currently with my acting opportunities, but I am also open to short term travel as well. Because of that, my availability is very open some weeks and not as much on others, depending on what projects I am currently involved in and what the scheduling is like. I would love to spend more time your pets in my downtime and give them the attention they require, since mine are pretty saturated in it regularly. I have two dogs, which are extremely friendly and love other dogs, people, and cats! Our cat is very aloof so they wouldn’t be seen much in cases where pet sitting at my home is needed. Our yard is not fenced in but I am very accustomed to taking them out for walks, or having them leashed under my supervision in our yard. Because I live in Newtown, there are plenty of places to get some quality walks in, and we are also not far from open public dog parks either if that suits your furry friend! I also have my own car which I am more than comfortable transporting your pet in or coming to you for check ins or walks. Our dogs are up to date on vaccines so that is not a worry either, and I am diligent in making sure everyone has a great time when their friends (and our human friends) are over too!

I was a dog walker and sitter for 2 years in college, had a dog growing up as a child and I’ve rescued and adopted 5 pups with my husband. Since I'm use to the early mornings, walking the fur babies early is not a problem. I believe a tired dog is a happy dog and I try to make sure they get as much play time and attention as needed. Treating the fur babies as family members, means they have their beds, own couch, toys and free range in our house.
About: I’ve helped care for eight family dogs throughout my life, so I’m very comfortable around different breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m patient, responsible, and understand how important it is to keep pets safe and comfortable. I’m available on weekends with flexible hours, and I’m also available every weekday after 2 PM. I’ve been around and caring for dogs for most of my life, including my own dog Max, who I got when I was 14 and truly consider my soul dog. He passed away in July 2025 from complications related to megaesophagus, but for a year and a half before that, I helped manage his condition after we were initially told he only had 30 days to live. That experience taught me so much about patience, consistency, and providing attentive, specialized care. Because of these experiences, I’m especially comfortable with dogs who may need extra patience, have medical needs, or experience anxiety. I work full-time during the week, but I’m always available for morning and evening visits, including feeding, walks, playtime, and general care. I’m off every other weekend, as well as some Mondays and Fridays, which gives me extra flexibility for longer visits or overnight stays. I’m also happy to accommodate overnight care when needed, so your pet can stick to their normal routine and feel comfortable while you’re away. I’m reliable, communicative, and will make sure your pet gets consistent care and attention. In a client’s home, I aim to keep things as consistent as possible—following feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I’m comfortable with feeding, refreshing water, cleaning litter boxes or picking up after pets, and making sure they get plenty of attention and care. I also make sure your home is respected and kept tidy while you’re away. For overnight stays, I help maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel safe and comfortable in their environment.
About: Growing up my family always had a dog. Over the years we have had a total of three. I am lucky to be a dog dad myself now of my beautiful rescue Lola. Having her as a few month old puppy, my fiancée and I were able to train her so I do have experience and patience with puppies, along with older dogs as well. I work from home so my schedule is flexible. I can do morning or evening visits or walks depending on what works for you and your pet! What I find works best is to meet with the dog and owner before hand to find out what kind of routine works best for them, what toys they like to play with, favorite treats ect. It’s all about making the owner feel comfortable and to make sure their pet is comfortable as well!
