“Arlene is the best pet sitter for my two trouble makers. Shes very patient , compassionate and attentive to them. She visits my little furr babies three to four times a week. She is very flexible with time and days as i dont have set days off. She is able to accomodate me last minute when i get called into work. Arlene will also call me or text me if one of babies is sick while im at work and make sure their okay before she leaves. She teaches them commands and plays with them in the backyard. My furr babies are always so happy to see her and do their daily routine together. I cant say enough good things about her.”

About: I have been an animal lover since I was a little girl. I grew up with dogs and cats my whole life and have experience with feeding, walking, and playing with fur babies of all ages. I am currently in my clinical year of PA school. Unfortunately, I don’t have a set schedule as every few weeks my rotation changes and I get a new schedule. However, I am usually free on weekends and am willing to get up early or stay up late any day of the week to care for your pets. I have a large fenced in yard. I also have 1 dog at home who is very friendly as well as two cats who are shy and are usually hiding, but don’t mind other animals.

About: New to Rover but not new to pet-sitting. I have had pets or been around animals my entire life (including puppies, dogs, kittens, cats, fish, rabbits, and birds) and they have always been considered a part of the family. I love every pet as if they’re my own- prepare for the custody battle 😅. lol jk. In all seriousness, your pets comfort is important to me and I am confident they will feel right at home. I have experience with puppies and all the beautiful challenges that come with that stage, as well as senior care. I have also had experience with adopting my own dog with reactive tendencies which has made me hyper aware of the importance of dogs social cues both with animals and people, and reading their body language/boundaries. Safety for all parties involved is always my top priority. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible. Walks availability: Anytime Sun-Tues, (Wed-Sat hours fluctuate, will need to discuss exact needs.) Doggy daycare availability: Anytime Sun-Sat (if pick-up/drop-off needed will need to discuss availability in more depth.) Boarding availability: Anytime Sun-Sat (if pick-up/drop-off needed will need to discuss availability in more depth.) I currently have boarding slots set up to 4 at a time but feel free to contact me regarding specific availability needs. For example, does your pet require an environment without other animals? Do you have 2 dogs but 3 cats? Based on your pets specific needs, we can discuss alternate solutions. I do require meet & greets for any new clients to ensure it’s a good fit and safety requirements are met for all. We can discuss what works best for your pet. As long as animal is house broken and properly trained, I am flexible with crate/uncrated visits/boarding. My apartment complex is dog friendly but unfenced so would require on leash walks. Property also includes fenced in dog area, or I am open to dog park runs if that is your preference. If scheduling crated boarding, will need to provide own crate.

About: I’ve had dogs longer than I can remember, and have always enjoyed taking care of them. I’ve also worked with different types of dogs at my previous job at a dog groomer and love animals in general! I have experience walking small and big dogs. I would love the chance to walk your dog! About: Hello! My name is Samantha, and I’ve been surrounded by fur babies my entire life. Growing up, I had two miniature poodles, one of whom had special needs. He struggled with chronic allergies and a seizure disorder, and I helped care for him with daily medications and a special diet that gave him a long, happy life until he passed at 16 years old. Today, my family includes two standard poodles, two parrots, and a rabbit. Beyond that, I also care for the wildlife around my home. I feed 20–30 blue jays daily, I feed stray cats, and I’ve built enough trust with the wild rabbits in my yard that they now let me hand-feed them. Those quiet moments with animals bring me so much joy. In high school, I pursued my passion for animal care by completing the BOCES veterinary program, where I earned two Awards of Excellence. I also hold a Veterinary Medical Assistant certification, which reflects my dedication to giving animals the love and care they deserve. I’m starting college this fall and am excited about my future, but my love for animals will always hold a big place in my heart. That’s why I’ve decided to make room for even more fur babies by offering my help here to anyone in need. Your pet will be safe, happy, and treated like family in my care. I currently work a part-time job and am home from college for the summer, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your pets! I’m available for daytime walks, drop-in visits, and boarding on weekends and evenings. Your pup will get lots of love, attention, and playtime while you’re away. I have a spacious 1.05-acre yard with a secure Fido fence system, my dogs wear collars for safe outdoor time. The pool area is also fenced in with a grassy area for dogs to play. I have two very friendly pups: an 8-year-old teddy bear Yorkie and a playful 1-year-old mini Dachshund. I always ensure clean, supervised environments and can crate your dog if needed. Your fur baby will be treated like family in a safe, loving space.
