I was in such a panic but she reassured me that she would take great care of my baby! She was flexible, patient, and kind. I had the worst day and I was being so spastic and crazy and she was sooo sweet to me. I am thankful to have found her . My dog absolutely loved her! About: I've had a 91 lb labradoodle from puppy to now for about 4 years. I've also been told that my cat adopted me about 1.5 years ago. My dog is a happy go lucky guy who's never met a person or animal he didn't like. My cat is about 15 years old and requires injectable medication twice a day, so nothing scares me when it comes to medication. I've taken care of the odd African Grey Parrot from time to time as well. I take my dog out every morning, lunch time and several times in the evening for walks and play. Our cat needs medicine twice a day that requires an injection so I'm well versed in providing medication and taking care of animals with special needs. There's a giant pop up blocking what this field is meant to say but it's saying I have to fill it in, perhaps I can update it later when the pop up is gone.

About: I’ve had a dog in my household ever since I was 5 years old and would love to meet and help you with your fur baby! I go to school at Paul Mitchell Cosmetology 3d days a week, and work at a restaurant 2 days a week and take care of my pup every night when I get home, I also own a bunny rabbit named e.b.! I love my pets like they are family and will treat yours like they’re my own. Your pets safety and the safety of your home is a top priority!

About: Hello thank you for visiting my profile! I am a friendly and responsible woman who works full time as an Uber driver so I am able to work with any timetable you need while I am in town. I fly to Germany every other month or 2 and my calendar will reflect when I am going to be out of town. Ich spreche ein bisschen deutch + hablo un poco Español. Background: I grew up in a house full of dogs and cats and also on a farm with farm animals (child of divorce). I now have my big baby Hera (10 y/o mastiff lab mix) who is spoiled beyond words. I have also spent time volunteering at the SW VA Wildlife Rescue so I have experience working with non traditional pets and hand nursing. I have helped birth and look after 11 healthy german shepard puppies (including 24/7 care)! Please contact me if you have any questions and I look forward to caring for your precious animals! I am extremely flexible to fit your schedule! I am a self employed Uber driver and set my own hours. I fly to Germany every month or 2 and my calendar will reflect that. About: Hello my name is Ashley and my lifestyle is perfect for your every need! I worked in a vet clinic in High School, and in a pet supply distributor after college at Auburn University. I have always had a way with animals: active, sick, older, etc. I want and can work with them and help them thrive. I have been pet sitting for over 10 years- walking , caring for, and loving other people's pets. With a flexible schedule I work from home and I have my own car. I am happy to bathe and or brush your animals, but cannot use clippers or scissors or do nails. I am looking forward to meeting you, and your pets since I have none of my own it will fill that void. My family and I cant wait to meet you soon. I am always available. We are able to be home all the time with the family and have a flexible schedule. We would like to include your pet into the day while you are away. I have a fenced yard and a house perfect for pets. We are always here as a family to care for any needs. We include them as if they were our own, or our families pets. We haven’t had the time to commit to getting a new pet and we miss having one so much we would rather you leave them with us to love on then have them be alone.

About: Throughout my 38 years of life I have cared for many different types of animals. My husband and I have been adopted by ferrets, sugar gliders, rabbits, dogs, and cats. No animal has gone unspoiled in our home! We currently have 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a rabbit of our own and would have more if we could! My schedule is somewhat flexible, as I am a Coach at Orangetheory for my big girl job. I don't work long shifts so I have a variety of availability and would love to spend some off my "off time" giving snuggles! In the clients home, I would be ensuring doors and fences are locked appropriately and animals would be checked over for any ticks or bites given the season, make sure they are provided with food and water appropriately, and they will not be left unsnuggled!

About: Hi! I’ve been a dog lover since my family brought home a puppy that instantly became my best friend (and greatest excuse to go on long walks). Since I was 14, I’ve been the go-to dog sitter and walker for friends and family—whether it’s tiny chihuahuas with big attitudes or German Shepherds who think they’re lap dogs. I genuinely love spending time with dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to slow-and-steady seniors. I’m dependable, attentive, and always ready for a walk, rain or shine. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like family and send you way too many cute photo updates, I’m your girl! I’m currently available for pet sitting and walks throughout the day. Starting in mid-August, my availability will shift to evenings (3 PM–11 PM) on weekdays and all day on weekends. I’m happy to work with your schedule as best I can just send me a message! When it comes to caring for pets, their safety and happiness are my top priorities. I prefer to stay in the pet’s home environment, where they feel most comfortable and secure. I take great care in following any instructions you leave-whether it’s about feeding, medications, walks, or routines, so your pet’s day stays as normal and stress-free as possible. I’ll stick to their schedule, respect their space, and make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles (if they want them!). You can count on me to keep a close eye on their wellbeing, and to treat your pet like my own while you’re away.

About: I have been around all kind of pets since I was 6 and I am good with getting them up and playing and making sure they move and get exercise! I am currently on the hunt for a job as I just moved to Virginia but I can always work around my schedule to get people the pet care they need In my clients home, I will follow the rules they have set in stone and the way they want things done with their pets as everyone is different about how they would like things done.

About: I’ve had 5 dogs since I was a baby, three at one time once! I’ve had plenty of experience walking, feeding, and playing with my family’s dogs as well as neighbors/friends dogs too! I also have two cats of my own in Blacksburg:) I am currently working part-time while also being a nursing student at Virginia Western! I have plenty of time for your pets—my schedule is extremely flexible! I have two adorable kitties. They’re indoor only so I make sure to get them plenty of play time and exercise daily. I have experience with domestic and feral cats. One of my kitties was feral and I took him into my home! I have experience administering oral medicine in cats, feeding, playtime, scooping litter/replacing, and more! I take care of my dog at home as well as friends. I love getting active outside so long or short walks are so fun! I have experience with high energy dogs as well as more shy, reserved dogs. I can feed, replace water, play, walk, take outside, etc!

About: I’ve worked previously in a doggie daycare/boarding/grooming facility as well as petsitting growing up. I’ve been a Cross-trained veterinary assistant for the past 10 years at both an exotic and cat/dog clinic AAHA affiliated. I worked for a non-profit animal clinic/adoption center as a veterinary assistant and adoption administrator. I’ve continued to petsit over the years regularly for dogs, cats, small mammals, reptiles, birds, horses, etc. Animals truly are my passion ♥️ I’m now working as a vet assistant and pharmacy technician. I have animal nursing skills, can stay overnight with your fur babies. I have some training skills from assisting with the Saint Francis Service dogs when they entered our clinic. I’m currently work as a veterinary assistant part time, and pharmacy technician full time. I can still stop in up to 3 times a day on my working days. I’m extremely flexible and strive to make your pets feel as comfortable as they are when you are home with them! I love to eat, sleep, and breath pet care. Petsitting is a huge passion of mine and I’d want the same for my fur babies. My husband also loves to help me out because he loves petsitting as much as I do. I love my long-term clients, but love meeting new people and can help out spur of the moment a lot of the time. I live at home with my husband, Siberian Husky, Husky Doodle, and one cat. I enjoy taking walks, hiking, and can always come to your house! I have a SUV and can transport pups to the park if your house isn’t nearby one.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since a very early age- my aunt used to own a pet care business, my mom and I used to foster puppies and all kinds of dogs, and I have had animals in my home for as long as I can remember. I feel a strong connection with all animals, especially dogs and have always loved playing and being around them. I would love to help you give your pet the love and care they deserve, sometimes you need an extra hand! I have worked in customer service for the past 8 years and attended Hidden Valley High School and graduated in 2017. Let me make your life and my life a little easier with the joy of animals. I can take walks through the park, stop in your home and care for pets and I also could care for pets in my own home. I have a pretty open availability during the day and am usually only gone from my house a few hours a day. This leaves me free for any day time drop ins or walks and very open for boarding as well. I am able to feed, play with, walk and generally care for animals. With drop ins I can stay and give pets and play for an extended length of time, with walks I can take your animal to a new place with the owners permission, and with boarding I can provide new toys and enrichment.

About: Hi All, I've grown up with pet cats my whole life, and would take care of neighborhood pets all throughout middle school through to college. Including watching neighborhood cats and walking dogs. Would love to spend time with your pet and make sure they are safe and loved while you are out of town, or check in during the work day. I'm new to pet sitting through an official site, but have lots of experience caring through pets through word of mouth, neighbors, and friends. Both my childhood cat, and my current cat have needed meds, so I have experience administering medications. We also have a 10-month old puppy. I'm used to walking him downtown, and working on training at home together. Small story for reference - I took care of one super shy kitty for a neighbor. The owner said it was okay if I never actually saw them since they are shy. After a couple days the kitty started coming out of hiding and hanging out with me :) Their owner said their cat had never come out for anyone else before. I WFH and have a flexible schedule. Can do drop-ins anytime during the day. I'm also available for dog walks if close to my apartment. Here for cat sitting and small animals! Can't take animals in my own home because I have an elderly cat, but happy to do drop-in visits to hang out with your pet while you're away!
