About: Hello! I am a farm girl who grew up with dogs , cats , horses, cows and sheep. Over the past twenty five years I have adopted four rescue dogs taking dogs who were older and harder to adopt. If I could I would give every rescue animal a home. I have had success working with animals who others find daunting. I am skilled in basic obedience training and click training. I love puppies and elderly dogs equally. I am currently taking classes to start a new career and my schedule is very flexible. I can pet sit 7 days a week and will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs I can come to your home and feed, walk, play or sit with your pet. I will be very conscientious about security and cleanliness and will update you with msgs via text or email. I like to send pics of pets so you can see your best friend while you are away and have peace of mind that all is good on the home front

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I could remember. This beginning with family members or neighbors, and eventually turning into one of my favorite hobbies, voulenteering for local animal shelters. I have experience with large dogs and small dogs, and with my time spent volunteering and also with my families own rescue animals, I believe I am a great fit for any dog. My family has a hard time leaving home to travel due to our rescues being not only very bonded to their owner, but perculiar on who they will spend time with. I hope to provide all families a sense of reassurance when needing any extra help! I graduated College in May '25 and am now in the waiting period of hearing back from Law Schools. My schedule is completely open all hours and all days of the week. Depending on the environment provided, I am confident in my ability to walk a dog of any size or just allow them to play in the comfort of their own backyard. Every dog is different and I am able to adjust however they are needing me to.

About: Hi All, I've grown up with pet cats my whole life, and would take care of neighborhood pets all throughout middle school through to college. Including watching neighborhood cats and walking dogs. Would love to spend time with your pet and make sure they are safe and loved while you are out of town, or check in during the work day. I'm new to pet sitting through an official site, but have lots of experience caring through pets through word of mouth, neighbors, and friends. Both my childhood cat, and my current cat have needed meds, so I have experience administering medications. We also have a 10-month old puppy. I'm used to walking him downtown, and working on training at home together. Small story for reference - I took care of one super shy kitty for a neighbor. The owner said it was okay if I never actually saw them since they are shy. After a couple days the kitty started coming out of hiding and hanging out with me :) Their owner said their cat had never come out for anyone else before. I WFH and have a flexible schedule. Can do drop-ins anytime during the day. I'm also available for dog walks if close to my apartment. Here for cat sitting and small animals! Can't take animals in my own home because I have an elderly cat, but happy to do drop-in visits to hang out with your pet while you're away!

But Zoe never complained and always hung around with the baby for a few minutes of love and play after the walk. “Jessica was my lifesaver!!!! I injured my knee and was suddenly unable to walk my dog. She was available on short notice and responded quickly. I was in such a panic but she reassured me that she would take great care of my baby! She was flexible, patient, and kind. I had the worst day and I was being so spastic and crazy and she was sooo sweet to me. I am thankful to have found her . My dog absolutely loved her! She took notes about specific things concerning his care, and she followed all instructions given and had a successful walk with him! About: I’ve been taking care of my own dogs for 15+ years, along with a variety of exotic animals including birds, snakes, rats, fish and many more. I have been walking and feeding and watching dogs, cats, horses and farm animals for 10 years. I love animals, I always have and while I work full time, I self schedule and can be flexible. I don’t typically travel for holidays so I am around locally on most holidays, and can fit your beloved pet into my schedule so you can feel at ease while you are away from them. I can do whatever you need me to do in your house. I have lots of experience with puppies and elderly dogs (and those in between), cats and kittens, and lots of exotic animals. I am good at following directions and can accommodate whatever you need in your space. I also have lots of experience tiring out super energetic pups on long hikes or walks if you need! I work Monday-Wednesdays in Roanoke and my weekends are variable- I try to keep my calendar up to date. If I have events on the weekends (I’m a musician) they are typically local, and I will block out my calendar for tours. I like to provide my clients with updates on their pets while they are away with pictures and descriptions of anything out of the ordinary they may need to know about, and also just cute shenanigans your critters are up to each day. I have 20 years experience pet sitting for neighbors and I have my own 6 year old pitbull, Cleo, so I’m no stranger to energetic dogs. I’m available all day Fri-Sun. I’m familiar with the requirements of constant attention to pets. I’m on call 24/7 for my 2 year old German shepherd, Mellie. She’s a lovely, amazing high energy working dog with a hefty owner’s manual. I’m used to my schedule accommodating the highs and lows of pet care. I'm a mother to a 10 year old little boy, 1.5 year old French bulldog, 5 year old pug, 2 year old hound mix, 1 year old boxer, 3 kitty cats and a ball python.
