About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I could remember. This beginning with family members or neighbors, and eventually turning into one of my favorite hobbies, voulenteering for local animal shelters. I have experience with large dogs and small dogs, and with my time spent volunteering and also with my families own rescue animals, I believe I am a great fit for any dog. My family has a hard time leaving home to travel due to our rescues being not only very bonded to their owner, but perculiar on who they will spend time with. I hope to provide all families a sense of reassurance when needing any extra help! I graduated College in May '25 and am now in the waiting period of hearing back from Law Schools. My schedule is completely open all hours and all days of the week. Depending on the environment provided, I am confident in my ability to walk a dog of any size or just allow them to play in the comfort of their own backyard. Every dog is different and I am able to adjust however they are needing me to.

About: There have also been pets in my house and I have also made myself available to pet sit for friends and family. I am flexible in when and how to care for your smallest or largest family member. I am a runner so I would love to have a buddy join me on a run, jog, or even a walk. I can care for your pup at my house or your house which ever one you would be comfortable with. At the moment I can be open anytime of the week, and visiting houses multiple times in the day to ensure that your furry friend feelings loved and cared for throughout the day. Whether that's a potty break, a snack, or a big ole tummy rub. I’m a teacher on summer break though I do have a part time evening job that starts at 430 my husband comes home at 4 and probably loves dogs even more than me. I have a large fenced backyard and plenty of room in my house for exploring. We do have a small rescue Chihuahua, but she is friendly and very kind.

About: I have several years of experience with both dogs and cats. The largest dog I've handled was 120 lbs. I'm down to cuddle or go on a walk, whatever your pet needs. I am a college student so I am flexible daily and can come by your house when needed. I am free on weekends and most weeknights. I would love if you can give me specifics on your pet's routine and any behavior I should know about. I have some experience with oral medication if your pet ever needs it.

“Zoe was great! She was always on-schedule and was very patient with my weird little girl. She does things like hiding when it's time to go out and then pulling a LOT once you finally get her out. But Zoe never complained and always hung around with the baby for a few minutes of love and play after the walk. My schedule has changed and no longer need a dog-walker, but if I ever need one again, will definitely look for her!”

About: Hello! I am a farm girl who grew up with dogs , cats , horses, cows and sheep. Over the past twenty five years I have adopted four rescue dogs taking dogs who were older and harder to adopt. If I could I would give every rescue animal a home. I have had success working with animals who others find daunting. I am skilled in basic obedience training and click training. I love puppies and elderly dogs equally. I am currently taking classes to start a new career and my schedule is very flexible. I can pet sit 7 days a week and will do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs I can come to your home and feed, walk, play or sit with your pet. About: I began volunteering at my local animal shelter at the age of 9 and have been caring for animals ever since. I have 20 years experience pet sitting for neighbors and I have my own 6 year old pitbull, Cleo, so I’m no stranger to energetic dogs. I’m a teacher, so my summers give me full flexibility to care for your animals! I love to walk dogs on local greenways and trails. I have a fenced in backyard where your dog can play. If they like to play with a buddy, my dog will be their best friend!

“Jessica was my lifesaver!!!! I injured my knee and was suddenly unable to walk my dog. She was available on short notice and responded quickly. I was in such a panic but she reassured me that she would take great care of my baby! She was flexible, patient, and kind. I had the worst day and I was being so spastic and crazy and she was sooo sweet to me. I am thankful to have found her . My dog absolutely loved her! She took notes about specific things concerning his care, and she followed all instructions given and had a successful walk with him! She took him to the park, his favorite place :) I am so thankful that Jessica has experience with large breeds and was able to handle my 70 lb dog. She sent me updates and pictures which helped my bad day get soo much better and put my mind at ease seeing my dog so happy and in great hands! She is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. About: I’ve taken care of my neighbor’s animals whenever they needed me to since I was in elementary school. I’m known to be extremely responsible, and have been working since I was 15 years old. I have two dogs currently and one cat, and have helped to take care of my family pets since I was in kindergarten. I am very good at time management and organization and will always be able to make time to take care of your pet. I am available most mornings and evenings. My schedule is extremely flexible as I am a college student and can move things around as necessary in order to take care of your loved animal. I am very gentle with all animals and will never be harsh with your pet. I am great with keeping a good schedule for feeding and letting your pet out to go to the restroom, along with giving them an excellent walk so their energy is well spent. I love spending quality time with pets outside of walking, too, whether it’s throwing a toy in the backyard or just watching television together for a little bit so they don’t feel lonely.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own dogs for 15+ years, along with a variety of exotic animals including birds, snakes, rats, fish and many more. I have been walking and feeding and watching dogs, cats, horses and farm animals for 10 years. I love animals, I always have and while I work full time, I self schedule and can be flexible. I don’t typically travel for holidays so I am around locally on most holidays, and can fit your beloved pet into my schedule so you can feel at ease while you are away from them. I can do whatever you need me to do in your house. I have lots of experience with puppies and elderly dogs (and those in between), cats and kittens, and lots of exotic animals. I am good at following directions and can accommodate whatever you need in your space. I also have lots of experience tiring out super energetic pups on long hikes or walks if you need! I work Monday-Wednesdays in Roanoke and my weekends are variable- I try to keep my calendar up to date. If I have events on the weekends (I’m a musician) they are typically local, and I will block out my calendar for tours. I have flexible scheduling during the day in Roanoke, and can work around your schedule even if you’re not in Roanoke. My work is accommodating and partially work from home. I like to provide my clients with updates on their pets while they are away with pictures and descriptions of anything out of the ordinary they may need to know about, and also just cute shenanigans your critters are up to each day. Whether I am spending the night, or stopping by your home, I will treat your space and pets with respect and do my very best to communicate openly with you!

I will also maintain any home-related needs while you're away. All mail and packages will be brought in daily, trash/recycling bins will be on the curb on pickup day, and dust/fur will be vacuumed regularly. I will thoroughly clean your kitchen and bathrooms before I leave, and I will launder any bedding/towels I use so there will be no clean-up on your arrival home. I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I am currently working a part time research job at FBRI in downtown Roanoke, so I have plenty of flexibility with my schedule. When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking, gardening, all things tea, and exploring the beautiful state of VA with my husband. I currently offer services at my client's homes.
