About: I've had a 91 lb labradoodle from puppy to now for about 4 years. I've also been told that my cat adopted me about 1.5 years ago. My dog is a happy go lucky guy who's never met a person or animal he didn't like. My cat is about 15 years old and requires injectable medication twice a day, so nothing scares me when it comes to medication. I've taken care of the odd African Grey Parrot from time to time as well. I take my dog out every morning, lunch time and several times in the evening for walks and play. Our cat needs medicine twice a day that requires an injection so I'm well versed in providing medication and taking care of animals with special needs. There's a giant pop up blocking what this field is meant to say but it's saying I have to fill it in, perhaps I can update it later when the pop up is gone.

During the “meet and greet” Penny had us come in and take him straight to the fenced back yard where he could sniff around and go to the bathroom. Knowing about his anxiety, once we went back inside, Penny never tried to pet him, she just allowed him to get used to her being in the room. She was a very calming presence for him. Evan likewise was patient with him and allowed him the time it took to settle and get comfortable. We are thrilled to have found Penny and Even and the bonus is that they live about 4 minutes from our house! We have already booked the next daycare appointment!”

Can do drop-ins anytime during the day. I'm also available for dog walks if close to my apartment. Here for cat sitting and small animals! About: Over the years, I have fostered, loved and cared for many different pets. Dogs, cats, birds, turtles, fish and crabs, rabbits & etc. I have a passion for dogs, especially! I am a strong believer in treating our pets as well as our kids!! It is very easy for me to connect with animals- that is where most of my passion comes from. I have also fed, bathed, kennel/potty trained and provided medication dogs of many different breeds, sizes, ages & temperaments. I am available Monday through Sunday. I can accept last minute requests or dates planned in advance! I live in a conveniently located area (near Downtown Roanoke) which helps me stay easily and readily available. My number one priority will be your pets safety! I will send updates and photos during every visit to reassure you that your pet is well taken care of.

I was in such a panic but she reassured me that she would take great care of my baby! She was flexible, patient, and kind. I’m available all day Fri-Sun. I’m familiar with the requirements of constant attention to pets. I’m on call 24/7 for my 2 year old German shepherd, Mellie. She’s a lovely, amazing high energy working dog with a hefty owner’s manual. I’m used to my schedule accommodating the highs and lows of pet care. I get how dogs can feel about a stranger in their home, and same for their owners. I’ll follow whatever house rules you’ve got, and respect your dog’s personal space. About: I began volunteering at my local animal shelter at the age of 9 and have been caring for animals ever since. I have 20 years experience pet sitting for neighbors and I have my own 6 year old pitbull, Cleo, so I’m no stranger to energetic dogs. I’m a teacher, so my summers give me full flexibility to care for your animals! I love to walk dogs on local greenways and trails. SCHOOL YEAR UPDATE: I’m still happy to provide boarding, walking, and drop in visits outside of school hours. I am unable to be home or care for pets from 7am-3pm each day. About: We enjoy having a dog. We do walks, sniff games, chicken broth ice cubes for happy hour in our fenced in yard. We want your dog to feel like they are on vacation when they are with us. They might be spoiled when we give them back. Sorry about that. My husband is fully retired and I have a hybrid position. At least one person will be home to attend to your fur babies needs. We enjoy taking care of a dog. There are no children or pets in our non smoking home. We have a fenced in yard and a nice neighborhood for taking walks.
