About: I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up in Alaska raising ducks, chickens, rabbits…even a ferret! I’ve always had dogs and a cats. I currently live with a senior pup and a young cat. We have several backyard chickens too! I worked as a professional dog walker/pet sitter for a number of years in Connecticut. I’m used to being outside rain or shine. I also know the importance of being able to adapt to each pets’ individual needs including special diets or medication. I work from home with a lot of flexibility so with proper planning and coordination I can be there to meet you and your furry friends’ needs. I have a fenced yard and a dog who doesn’t mind the company of other well socialized animals. We do have a cat and small child so please consider that before booking. If staying at your home, I will treat it just as my own with respect and consideration for you and your family and your privacy.

I am very patient, so whether it’s an excitable puppy or an old hound I’ll always keep my head. Currently I’m available for any days and times that fit the clients schedule, given proper notice. I mostly am looking for people who need walks in the mornings and early part of the day, however I am very flexible. I am very flexible with whatever clients are expecting in their home. I have other work I can always do and would make sure to keep pets engaged as needed. I’m big on treats and reward systems for pups, so I’d always keep those handy!
