I’m so happy we found Sergey at the last minute. My two dogs stayed with Sergey’s for six nights. They came home tired, happy, and clean. Sergey was extremely flexible with our timing when our travel was delayed. I would not hesitate to recommend Sergey as a pet sitter.
Claudia and Jason are FANTASTIC sitters. They adapted smoothly when I had to change my drop off and pickup times/dates, took excellent care of my pup, and sent the best updates and photos throughout the stay. I had no doubt they were making Riley feel right at home and that he was in good hands. I booked this stay while travelling, but if I lived closer would book with these 2 everytime I needed pet care!
We couldn’t have asked for better care for Phoebe while we were out of town. She was treated like family, and it was clear she was happy, comfortable, and well loved the entire time. We’re so appreciative of the updates with pictures and the thoughtful care she received. It made being away so much easier knowing she was in such good hands. Jenna was amazing, we booked last minute for our energetic, large lab after our planned care fell through. It was obvious through pictures and communication that Mogul was well cared for, getting lots of walks, runs and adventure and that Jenna was staying consistent with our training. We couldn’t be happier and will 100% rebook with her in the future .
This was my first time leaving Mini since her diabetes diagnosis - and I was anxious. While much better controlled, her blood sugar still can rapidly change causing aggressive behavior. I shared all this information with Marna and her response was empathy for Mini's situation. Marna also monitored Mini's blood sugar with via the app and Mini's glucose monitor. (Which allowed me to also monitor) Marna did GREAT with Mini (and with me)! By the start of day two, Mini was snuggling with Marna. Marna kept me up to date via text messages and photos. It is difficult to find someone to watch a dog with special needs, but Marna was a great find!
Stephen for the win yet again! When our naughty dog set herself up for stomach issues by eating many, many Cliff bars, Stephen took all the right actions by checking labels, letting us know what happened, and asking if we’d like him to take further action. He’s a gem of a sitter, to be sure!
