About: NJ Residents. I've been around dogs my entire life, including Labradors, Beagles, and Labrador mixes. Right now, I share my home with a 97-pound Labrador retriever named Hunter, an orange tabby cat named Flash and a black tabby named Bear. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I'm comfortable walking, feeding/fresh water, administering medication, and showering your furry friend with love and attention. I'm an elementary school teacher, so with the school year starting, my availability will mainly be in the evenings, Monday through Friday, and most weekends. If you see an 'X' on a weekend in my calendar, feel free to reach out—there's a good chance I’m still available early morning and evening/night. Please note, I won’t be available November 6-9th. About: Your dog will love our FENCED in backyard! I have loved dogs all my life! My Bernese mountain dog is my whole world. We walk multiple times a day and spend as much time as we can outdoors in the warm weather :) I never thought I would have a 100 pound dog but here we are- and I love it! While I am very experienced in caring for and walking large dogs (I can handle very strong pulling lol), I also grew up with a Yorkie so I love caring for lap dogs too! I recently left my decade long career in executive recruiting in order to have more balance and joy. I am loving being home more (okay, a lot more) but I would love to add some more dog love into my life! My schedule is super flexible! My gentle giant Scarlet is glued to my side all day! We walk 3 times a day usually and we love to go to the park! My whole day involves Scarlet in the best way :) I have a fenced in yard with sliding door access so the dogs can go in and out as they please. My 3 year old bernese is more of a lay down kind of gal but she doesnt mind playing a little with other dogs- she just gets tired! I love snuggles and kisses, and I give lots of pets!

About: I treat every pet as if it were my own. I’ve owed three dogs in the past years , two of which were rescues. I worked at a greyhound shelter in the past. I grew up with a cat as child and always been drawn to animals. My house is pet friendly and is a three story row house with a fenced in yard, on a quiet block. I love taking care of animals and will make sure your pet is treated with love and respect! My dog is a friendly and playful Jack Russell mix who loves his walks. About: Leanna and I have had dogs all of our lives. We have a dog name Gus now. He’s an Australian cattle dog. He’s very active and sweet. We have taken care of a few dogs while their owners were on vacation. We absolutely love it. A dogs unconditional love is the best feeling. You could have the worst day ever but a dog can make you smile for that moment. We are familiar with giving dogs medication. I had a dog that suffered from seizures and I had to medicate her twice a day. Matt works as a nurse full time. 12 hour days 3 days a week. Leanna works full time as well in the medical field. About: My name is Torie. I've had cats, dogs, birds, you name it, all of my life. I have had the joy of working as a dog bather/groomer for 12 years. I can't imagine life not being surrounded by animals. It feels really special making connections with dogs, and enhancing their lives. I look forward to meeting everyone and their furry companions! I am currently working part-time and have the availability to do visits and walks 2x per week. I am typically available Tuesdays and Fridays. I also have flexibility on Sundays. I always make sure I provide my dog with fresh water and food. I make sure he is walked multiple times per day, and given playtime in the yard. We also play hide and seek with treats in the house. About: I have had a variety of furbabies from hamsters to dogs. In the past, I have cared for dogs from drop-in visits to house-sitting. Both consisted of feedings, walks, and hanging out. I also dispensed medications such as insulin to cats. Lastly, I volunteer and am involved with One Love Animal Rescue. I work from 8-4 (M-Th), so I would be available for visits after and on Saturday/Sunday I am open for the most part. My availability is dependent upon my work schedule. However, a consistent set time would be perfect. My time does free up in the summer. My two girls are very well-cared for in our home. They have a fenced yard and eat breakfast as well as dinner. They are quite spoiled and I would treat your furbaby as I treat mine.

About: Hi! Little bit about me :) I had a chihuahua for about 15 years so I understand what it takes to care for dogs at all stages in life. After my dog passed, I adopted a 8 month old puppy back in Nov 2022. Being a doggy mom is amazing and I love having a furry companion! I love going out on walks around the neighborhood and letting my dog meet new and old friends. I work from home Monday through Wednesdays but have a very flexible work schedule so i can scheudle a Rover job anytime during those days. Weekends I have availability as well. At home, i am typically always within view of my dog so she is never really alone. I use a camera in the living room to keep an eye out if I have to leave home or be in the basement etc. If it's a puppy or senior dog I am more likely to be attentive and be more by their side. For an adult dog, I'll give them their space and keep a consistent schedule to take on walks. I like to feed my dog healthy veggie treats throughout day and do some reinforcement training or give interactive toys to mentally exercise her.

About: I have always taken care of a dog in my family. Whether you have senior dogs who need medication or puppies who need to get thie energy out, I am willing to help. My dog needed insulin as he grew older so if your dog is a diabetic, I already have experience. I have also witnessed seizures in dogs before and can react appropriately. School and work are part time. They are on mostly fixed schedules and if they ever need me, you as the client will have a days notice at least. Time management is something I take very seriously and that will carry on into caring for your pet. While I have one kitty at home myself, I also volunteer at the local animal shelter. The focus is your pet and their care while I take over for the scheduled service.

About: I am one of those people who hangs out with the dog or cat at a house party, rather than the people. I grew up with dogs, including one who was epileptic and needed daily medication. We also had a parakeet and several hamsters. As an adult I’ve kept lizards, frogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, and even co-habituated with a parrot for a few years. Nine years ago we adopted a rescue dog, who really made our family complete. Nearly all of our cats have lived into their golden years, so I have experience with daily insulin shots for a diabetic cat, and multiple medications and subcutaneous fluid injections for other cats. I will give the same level of attention and affection to your pets that I ask for of my own pet sitter. I’ve been caring for my own pets and the pets of friends and neighbors my entire life. I’ve helped rescue lost & abandoned animals. I’ve cared for and befriended all sorts of dogs - small, large, anxious, friendly, reactive. I prefer walking dogs on a harness as it allows me control without risk of injury to the dog. I’d love to meet you and your pets and see how I could be of service. I work from home with flex hours so am available as needed during the work day, after 9am. Weekends are very flexible. I can also do evening hours (until 7pm). I prefer to meet the animals with their human first, so we can get to know each other and I can understand the pets’ setup.
