About: As the proud owner of a sweet, Chocolate Lab named Charlie Brown, I know firsthand that our animals aren’t “just pets”—they’re family! I offer professional, reliable drop-in visits and walks tailored specifically to your dog's unique energy levels and safety requirements. I’ll make sure your pets get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, potty breaks, cuddles or whatever your pet loves most to make their day extra special. I’m happy to follow their usual routine and take the time to make them feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. I’ve always loved dogs and truly enjoy being around them. In fact, even when I’m on vacation, I find myself looking for ways to spend time with dogs! On my last vacation, I visited a local shelter and ended up taking one of the dogs out for the day—just because I wanted to give them some extra love, attention, and a fun break from the kennel and it was so rewarding. I genuinely love dogs! I’m also a cat lover and happy to care for your cats, too! I’ll make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, attention, and of course plenty of love while you’re away. I’ve spent the past 20 years caring for pets as an adult and have had cats and dogs throughout my entire life. I’d love to give your pets that same love and attention I give mine, while they’re in my care. I work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to accommodate both recurring and occasional walks or drop-in visits. I’m happy to work around your schedule and your pet’s routine whenever possible. **If you do not see open availability on a particular date for which you would like to request my services, please message me and I will let you know if I am available to accommodate your pet's needs** I want your pet to feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away. During drop-in visits, I’ll give them plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, fresh water, and companionship. For walks, I’ll make sure they get safe, enjoyable exercise at their own pace. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine and any special instructions you leave, and I’ll always treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect I would want for my own. //What a Premium Visit with Me Includes: * Safety-First Leash Manners: Attentive handling to ensure no slipping collars, harnesses or reactive encounters on walks. * Real-Time Digital Tracking: You will receive detailed Rover Cards with GPS walk routes, exact potty logs, and multiple high-quality photos during every visit. * Home Security Assurance: Diligent care taken with your home's locking mechanisms, alarm systems, and respect of your home. * Custom Routines: Strict adherence to your pet's precise feeding, requests & timelines.
About: Over the years I've cared for the pets of family friends and relatives. From taking pups on walks & play session to drop ins for cats. Making sure I'm following dietary need for each pet. Getting to know the different personalities of each animal I come across is my passion. In my childhood home I was able to experience caring for puppies until they became elderly. Though most of my experience is with pits. I was blessed to care for a doodle mix & a shih Tzu in their last years. I respect all animals and their space. I currently work full-time 3 days a week with 4 day available to care for your furbabies. Saturday- Monday is my work schedule. Tuesday-Friday I am up by 7am cleaning my home or visiting my parents. By 12pm the rest of my day is free. I can do evening drop ins (after 5pm) or overnight stays on the days I work (leave by 4am). Am very flexible during the week. If you're in need of a sitter/ care giver for family or business trips. In my home or the client's home I will follow the set schedule the clients have for their pets. My home has a fenced in backyard where I can take elderly or less fit pups to play and potty. I also live in a dog friendly neighborhood where I can take your pup on walks. I do require a harness and leash set per pet with a portable water bowl to keep them hydrated on walks. A breakdown of allergies or sensitivities each pet has. As well as a bed or crate for them to sleep in overnight. At the client's house I would like to do a walk through of the property and learn the habits of their pet. This will give me an understanding of how to properly care for each individual pet in and outside of the home.
About: I have had dogs my entire life; mainly German shepherds. In my adult life, I have rescued Pitbulls. I am capable of feeding, letting out/walking, playing with, sitting, and giving medicine to, if necessary. I learned to give fluids through IV under the skin to one of my pitbulls who was in kidney failure at the end of her life a few years ago. I am currently working part-time, which I am planning on giving up once I have enough clientele so that I can do what I really love to do. I will come to your home and take care of your pet there so that they are as comfortable as possible with someone new in their surroundings.
About: I have always loved animals. I grew up with 2 cats & have owned a beagle for the past 6 years. I understand how important daily exercise, love & attention are for any animal. Trusting someone with your pet can be hard, I will be sure to send plenty of photo/text updates if desired! I am currently at home full-time. This gives me plenty of flexibility with pet care. I can provide drop-in visits & dog walks throughout the day. I am happy to help! I am dependable & will keep your pet comfortable in their own space. I will follow your pets routine of feeding, walking, playing, or any special instructions. I can send photo updates for peace of mind. I will most likely have my baby with me in a carrier or stroller so I can only accommodate child-friendly dogs. The carrier keeps me hands-free to make sure I can give your dog my attention & play! I will always confirm with you that this is okay before booking.
“First time using Jimi and he was great. Walked a bit with to make sure my dog was comfortable. She was at ease with him from the start. Arrived on time and completed two walks with short notice. Thanks.”

So on my off days i have a lot of flexibility and time to help out. I treat everyone’s home and fur babies like it’s mine. I have respect and care for those willing to let me help with their fur babies.
“Kim is amazing. She is calm, kind, empathetic and my dog is truly in love with her. Shes also always on time and extremely responsive via the app. I was super nervous about finding a dog sitter/walker after some bad experiences with our last dog and feel truly relieved to have someone we can rely on to treat our dog like her own. If she ever stops walking dogs, I’m not sure what we’ll do!”

“David was wonderful. I had to have surgery and couldn't walk my German Shepherd but he took care of her like she was one of his own. She always came home from the walks so happy and tuckered out. He cared about my healing as well, not just seeing me as a customer. I really appreciate him and his care for my dog.”

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and bunnies since I was younger. I currently have two bunnies of my own. Friends and family have relied on me to watch their pets, walk them, play with them, etc. Pet lover at heart. I do work from home mostly so I can work around my schedule. I currently work from home 8-4, so I have relatively open availability for all of your needs. My schedule fluctuates week to week based on meetings, etc. Open to walks and drop in visits as long as my schedule allows. I currently have two pet rabbits that are in a gated area. I have enough space in my apartment to accommodate your pet if needed. My apartment complex has a fenced in dog park and lots of areas for walking.
“Michael was wonderful with my dog Shelby. He showed up on time each day, and was gentle and patient with her. (She was reluctant to go out sometimes). He communicated with me each day about how it went. Shelby acquainted herself quickly with Michael and started to look forward to her walks. I would highly recommend him. He's definitely a dog lover and is responsible and communicative. Thanks Mike!”

I’ll stick to their routine, provide fresh food and water, administer medications if needed, and send plenty of photo updates so you can relax knowing your best friend is in loving hands. About: My goal is to provide the pest possible service for your family. I am just getting started with Rover and not so busy yet. I think some great reviews would help and that is good news for you because great reviews require providing great service. Seriously, I am a senior looking to supplement my income like all old guys but I truly love dogs. It may seem strange but I feel a connection and able to communicate. So how about a shot to give you some great service so I can great reviews and fill my calendar a bit. Often times the fewer words the better but below gives you a window into some personal pet experiences. Pets have been a part of my entire life. My first adolescent memory is of Jacque, a prissy French Poodle with an attitude that Mom would let me dress up complete with overcoat, booties and of course a French beret. Ginger was a large orange tabby cat that could have been Garfield's stunt double. My parents attempt at teaching me responsibility actually worked. Married in 1971 our life together started with Figaro, looked just like the cat from Pinocchio. All black with white paws very sneaky, overly curious and slightly narcissistic. Figora belonged to my wife and he made that very clear. Sabrina, a very shiny grey Siamese joined us when my sister went to school. Sabrina was very anti social and did not like anybody. House guests could spend an entire weekend and never see her. She tolerated us but Sabrina and Figora had shall we say, an understanding. Neither were ever outdoors or saw the light of day. With the family developed and 3 boys later came Thunder. He was a rescue Sheppard mix. He was very active, playful, mischievous and very funny. He was more than a handful and we still laugh and talk about things that he did. As he became an adult dog, by years not behavior for sure, friends in a rural area expressed how much they loved Thunder. We just could not break their hearts and allowed them to adopt Thunder. We visited often. After some time Briar came into the picture. My wife's girlfriend became ill and unable to care for a large majestic Bovier de Flanders. Her coat was amazing. Very heavy and thick. Kids on the street would ask if she was a bear. When someone rang the doorbell Briar would announce them and greet them in an extremely loud intimidating manor. The caller could have just opened the door and patted her end and should would just give love and affection. She was kind gentle and helpful to everyone. Except, if you were to approach my wife in an aggressive manor or touch her, you were taking your life in your own hands. She was never taught to protect her, but protect she did. Amazing breed characteristics and lots of stories. We learned she had a UTI and was her kidney. We prolonged her life as long as possible and realized the treatment and medication were selfish on our part and chose her comfort over our love for her. So hard. My most recent pet experience was Pike, a brindle pit bull, male and Roxy, female dachshund. We started to foster them temporarily while my son traveled for work and turned to an extended stay their last years. Roxy ruled the roost for sure and was always funny when you considered their statute let alone breed but she was boss. We called them the odd couple. I would take them with me to work often and Pike made sales calls with me. He was truly my road dog. We lost them both within a month. We lost them both just before pandemic, they were 16-17 best guess. My son was the one that literally rescued Pike while he was chained to a dumpster in Rittenhouse Square all day in the rain. With lots of patience and love from everyone close, I watched him transform from an otherwise unfriendly, aggressive, animal hating Pit Bull transform to the sweetest, gentlest, ready to please member of the family. I do not have any formal training training nor have done training professionally but I am up for the challenge. I know and understand the 7 basic commands, hand signals, concepts and have a tremendous amount of patience. There are a lifetime of story's how I was the only one that got along with the shop dog or the neighbors dog or a particular. Hope to meet you and your Pups soon, Rocci I am retired and available 9:00am to 9:00 pm right now I don't need much notice. I am hoping to develop relationships with dogs by providing outstanding service I have a French yard that houses all the dogs and cats and the other animals as well as an area in the garage where we keep all the toys
“I am so relieved to have found someone who was able to connect with my 20 month old 110 lb white Shepard. Kimba has a traumatic history and I have worked really hard to rehab him mentally since adopting him a few months ago. He immediately took to Anthony and put his fear-based aggression aside. Anthony constantly sent me updates with photos and followed all my requests to keep Kimba on his daily routine. I highly recommend Anthony to care for your dog.”

About: I have experience with all types of animals from cats, dogs, birds, and even chinchillas. Walking them is a pleasure and also makes me happy since they also get some time out of the house. I’m available to walk in the mornings to get that early rise as well as in the afternoons! It’s nice to get to walk outside and get some sunshine but also chill if needed. For my pets on my home as well as my clients I make sure they’re stimulated enough as well as have all the care they need.

About: I treat every pet as if it were my own. I’ve owed three dogs in the past years , two of which were rescues. I worked at a greyhound shelter in the past. I grew up with a cat as child and always been drawn to animals. My house is pet friendly and is a three story row house with a fenced in yard, on a quiet block. I love taking care of animals and will make sure your pet is treated with love and respect! My dog is a friendly and playful Jack Russell mix who loves his walks. My goal is to provide love and company for your pet when you can’t be with them. Whenever I go to someone’s house with pets, they instantly become my best friend!

You can tell she really loves animals and injoys what she does. She is super sweet and very smart. Absolutely above and beyond. Thank you. And we will be in touch. Xo

He cared about my healing as well, not just seeing me as a customer. I really appreciate him and his care for my dog.

I have to leave another review for Lauren. She has been my dog walker this entire summer and he is amazing and so patient with my pup archer as he got to know her and got comfortable. She works well with the pups mood of the day and knows how to pivot to the dogs needs. The best dog walker I’ve ever had.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
