“After a meet and greet and 2 walks, we know Emily is a great fit. We love that she treats our pup like she's her own. Emily is more than able to handle our squirrel- and rabbit-obsessed baby. Our fur baby is part Pitbull, part Boston Terrier, and part Boxer and from the beginning, Emily had a great rapport and there was a mutual respect between her and our dog.”

“Julie is great with Buddy! She has sat with him, given him his meds, walked and played with him. She makes sure I get photos and videos to check in. It’s nice to know there is someone reliable and caring to help with my big, goofy, neurotic dog.”

“Christina took such good care of our little girl. Even at our first meeting we knew she was in good hands. Having experience with dogs (especially German Shepherds), Christina had the perfect demeanor with Leeloo who can be hesitant to trust people she doesn't know. Her special care, attention, and affectionate towards Leeloo had her excitedly anticipating her visits and walks!”

“Laura is very sweet, kind, and quick to respond. She has great communication and followed instructions as well as going above and beyond with my dog. Whenever she walked my dog, she would send all these cute photos of my pup. I feel very comfortable and assured that my pup was happy and in good hands. Thank you Laura!”

About: Working together with my husband Khanh Ho. Grew up with dogs & pets my entire life as a kid. I trained and took care of all my family dogs from puppy to old age. I genuinely love animals! We will treat your pet as if it was our own. We really want a pet but we can’t quite commit to one yet since we travel alot, so your pet is like our pet 🤣 We cared for both cats and dog and we love both! We currently are working full time, but we are hybrid and remote, so one of us will always be available to care for your pet. We can provide potty breaks every 4 hours. We have no pets at home currently so it will be easy to care for your pet. There is a yard behind our house so we are able to walk and play with them.
“Lauren was great with my dog Archer! Extremely patient and worked with him as he became comfortable with her during the first few walks. I immediately booked with her again and look forward to working with her further!”

“First time using Jimi and he was great. Walked a bit with to make sure my dog was comfortable. She was at ease with him from the start. Arrived on time and completed two walks with short notice. Thanks.”

“Michael was wonderful with my dog Shelby. He showed up on time each day, and was gentle and patient with her. (She was reluctant to go out sometimes). He communicated with me each day about how it went. Shelby acquainted herself quickly with Michael and started to look forward to her walks. I would highly recommend him. He's definitely a dog lover and is responsible and communicative. Thanks Mike!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, developing a deep passion for their care. “Victoria is very reliable and communicative! She was also very accommodating with some unforeseen changes to the plan. I would HIGHLY recommend her, and will certainly book her again in the future!”

“Danielle has been great! She walks my chihuahua/terrier puppy 4 days a week and handles my 8 year old Tree Walker Coonhound with care. Danielle is always responsive and has always been flexible when things came up.”

“I am so relieved to have found someone who was able to connect with my 20 month old 110 lb white Shepard. Kimba has a traumatic history and I have worked really hard to rehab him mentally since adopting him a few months ago. He immediately took to Anthony and put his fear-based aggression aside. Anthony constantly sent me updates with photos and followed all my requests to keep Kimba on his daily routine. I highly recommend Anthony to care for your dog.”

About: I basically grew up in a dog house- my family bred poodles, so caring for puppies was just part of the daily routine. I’ve been walking, feeding, bathing, and spoiling dogs for as long as I can remember! I take pet safety seriously. From secure harness checks to staying alert on every walk. At home, I have two mini goldendoodles (Rooney F/4yo and Georgie M/2yo), my cats Buckbeak (M/2yo) and Ron (M/1yo) who thinks they run the house. Pets are family to me, and I treat every dog I walk like they’re one of my own. My weekday availability is mainly afternoons and evenings, so your dog still gets plenty of dedicated one-on-one time and attention after 4pm. Weekend availability may vary depending on the day, but I’m always happy to coordinate when possible. I follow your routines and instructions to keep your dog(s) and cat(s) comfortable, safe, and happy whether we’re at your place or out exploring the neighborhood! My mornings are wide open, so your dog gets top-tier walking time before 2pm. I’m basically a morning person for dogs only. Evenings and weekends could potentially work depending on the day. I take pet safety seriously — from secure harness checks to staying alert on every walk. At home, I have two friendly miniature goldendoodles and a chill cat who supervises from the sidelines. I follow your routines and instructions to keep your dog comfortable, safe, and happy whether we’re at your place or out exploring the neighborhood!
About: Hi! I'm Melissa! A little bit about me. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats. Since the moment I was born, I was raised alongside dogs and cats and at one point in my childhood we had three large breed dogs and 2 cats at once, so fun and crazy! This always nurtured my deep appreciation for animals from an early age. One of our family dogs even had three litters of puppies during my teenage years, giving me hands on experience caring for dogs and puppies of all ages and sizes. Today, I have my own dog in my own family home, a 76 pound English Coonhound rescue from Arkansas. Despite his high energy levels, strength and tendency to pull on the leash, I handle him confidently and independently. I adopted him through Philly Rescue Angels Inc., where I am also an approved foster. Family and friends have relied on me for years from a young age to let out, walk, feed, and play with their dogs whether it be when they need help on short notice or go on an extended vacation. In addition to my experience with dogs, I’ve had cats throughout my life and have fostered them as well. One of my cats even needed daily insulin injections for diabetes and I always handled that myself. My background has given me a well rounded understanding of animal care, and I take pride in my ability to provide attentive, compassionate, and responsible care for all of your pets! Since I am a nurse, I also understand most medical conditions and medication administration and precautions for pets as well, they're more similar to us than we realize! I am a registered nurse whom only works 3 days per week. I am quite flexible in my schedule and can move around my days easily if requested! I have a fenced in yard. I have a friendly dog to play with your pup! And an extra large crate if you need your pet crated at all. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house as well!

We try to make sure someone is home at all times so Gus isn’t alone. Our schedules vary but we will do the best we can to accommodate you and your pup(s) Treats (human or dog) Love Walks Snuggles Communication Brain stimulation with puzzles We have a baby Pool for swim time Adventure times (parks, hikes, dog parks)

I love taking care of animals and will make sure your pet is treated with love and respect! My dog is a friendly and playful Jack Russell mix who loves his walks. About: My name is Patrick, and I’m a current college student, double-majoring in Environmental Studies and Sociology. As I study society and the environment, I have a deep appreciation for the meanings we give to our pets because of the joy they bring us. My love for animals has been with me my entire life, as I can’t remember a time when my fondness for furry companions wasn’t there! I’ve owned my dog Cody for 10 years, and I still remember how, for the longest time, getting a dog was the gift I wanted most growing up. When my parents finally agreed, it marked the beginning of a series of memories and shared experiences with Cody. My love for pets has led me to spend a lot of time researching the care required for all sorts of animals, and I’m happy to provide attentive and compassionate care for your companion! (: As a college student on summer break, I have ample time to give to petsitting and will ensure I give adequate care to all pets! I care for pets like they’re my own! Even before having pets myself, I was always focused on learning how to properly care for animals. I still remember convincing my parents to let me get a hamster as a child by researching everything it needed beforehand. I understand that every pet is different, so I’m happy to follow any specific routines, instructions, or care needs to make sure your companion feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
Andalusia dog parents share their Rover experiences
We’ve had a great experience with Nicole! She walks our bernedoodle weekly, is always on time, a great communicator, and brings such a positive energy. She clearly loves what she does and our dog is always excited to see her every visit. It’s a huge relief knowing our dog is in such caring hands. Highly recommend!

Wondered how I would find a dog walker my dogs know on Thanksgiving Day. Naomi to the rescue! I knew I could depend on her to come while we would be gone for several hours and the dogs just love her. They ate well but a little hesitant to walk. Naomi offered to walk a second time, but I knew they would be ok till we go home. And they were. Thanks so much Naomi and I know we will always contact you first.
