1. Michael S.

“Michael was wonderful with my dog Shelby. He showed up on time each day, and was gentle and patient with her. (She was reluctant to go out sometimes). He communicated with me each day about how it went. Shelby acquainted herself quickly with Michael and started to look forward to her walks. I would highly recommend him. He's definitely a dog lover and is responsible and communicative. Thanks Mike!”

2. David S.

“David has taken Diego on three walks and each time he has been professional, on time, and loving to my dog. This last time he even brought him cold water and carried him when they encountered pavement that could potentially hurt his little paws due to the heat. He’s been kind and gentle and Diego enjoys his walks with David. Thank you for taking such pride in your work and for caring for my little guy as if he was yours!”

3. Christina B.

“Christina did amazing with my Dog!! He is currently being leash trained with a prong collar and Christina had experience. We discussed how we were training and she was knowledgeable enough to apply that training during their time together.”

4. Valerie S.

“Val is very patient and flexible with scheduling. She is dependable and very loving towards my dog. Val takes excellent care of my dog and she keeps me updated. So glad I found her!!”

5. Debbie M.

“Debbie is the best walker we’ve ever used. So kind and helpful, and Peachy loves her!”

6. Shannon G.
About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats since I was a child. Friends and family have relied on me to help take care of their pets when away on vacation. I am currently available for weekends and evening drop ins until mid June. I am currently on summer break from school and will have plenty of time to take your pet on walks, feed, and care for them. September through mid June my availability will change slightly Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday I will have plenty of time to devote to your pet. I will make sure your pet is on their leash when going on a walk, keep a safe distance from other dogs, and make sure they have plenty on water.

7. Patrick C.

“Patrick is such a caring and loving dog walker. We used him for a vacation and continue to have him come during the week because of how much our pup enjoys his walks & company. If you’re looking for a quality and loving walker- this is your guy! We love Patrick!”

8. Amanda C.

“Amanda was excellent. I loved her approach and ease she took in walking my pit bull terrier! With all the stigma behind the breed she trusted my judgement after I assure her my dog was non aggressive and just playful . She was prompt and quick with her response time !”

9. Colin B.

“Colin did a great job of taking care of my Siberian Husky. He was willing to meet and schedule walks for the week on very short notice, and every day I got home everything was fine so I was able to tell that my dog had a chance to go out during the day, exercise and was not stuck inside. There is a noticeable difference if he does not get enough time outside. I highly recommend Colin and will definitely hire him again if I am in need for a dog walker during the week.”

10. Keri F.
“Keri has been a loving and responsible pet lover who has adopted, rescued and cared for pets all of her life: dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits and more. She is extremely trustworthy and caring and will make sure that your pets are cared for as well as her own. I highly recommend Keri for your pet sitting/walking needs.”

11. Samantha M.

“Samantha was absolutely amazing. She made every walk we had scheduled with her and gave great up dates a photos of our little guy while we were out. She made us very comfortable and knew he was in great hands.”

12. Emma G.
“I've known Emma for almost 2 years. She is so darn sweet! She has come to my home a number of times to either walk my baby boy, let him out back, or just to spend some time with him when I've had to be out of the house for too long. Emma has a sweetheart of a dog too! I insist that she brings her dog along because my dog loves them both so very much! Emma cares for my boy exactly how I ask her to. She will call or text if she is unsure about anything. What I love best is that she sends me pictures and video of "the babies" having so much fun!”

13. Jessica M.

“Jessica has great communication skills and energy. She takes awesome care of my four year old boxer Darla. You can see she truly loves animals and has a real gift in engaging and caring for them.”

14. Sade L.

“Sade is EVERYTHING!!! I have a very energetic big puppy who is still learning not to jump on people AND walking on a leash. She has been such an important piece in consistency when it comes to training, I've seen the difference in Nakia's behavior in those areas.”

15. Jensene S.
About: Hi! I’m Jenny From The Block. Dog lover, rescuer, and mom. I have 30 plus years of experience with my own and others’ dogs — and pets/animals of all kinds really. I’m married with 3 almost-grown boys. Everyone knows my favorite “boy” is a 4 year old, 20 pound Chihuahua/Jack Russell(?) mix rescue named Brodie. He’s very social and kind, and he loves to play. In his bow tie, he looks like a tiny, furry old man. He’s trained and great with other dogs. These days, he's a bit sad & lonely because we recently lost our puppy Akira to epilepsy. I have experience administering meds, adhering to a strict schedule, seizures, emergency medical care… I have experience with older and special needs animals, and puppies are no problem. As an owner of dogs with anxiety, I can assure you that your pup will receive the personalized attention that they need. I have lots of experience with high anxiety dogs and the behavior that can come along with an anxious dog. Patience and trust is key. I’ll like to brush the dogs daily for a healthy coat and to reduce anxiety (and reduce shedding!). I have 3 years professional obedience training from puppy on up. I have no issues with any sort of crates, collars, housing types, etc… We have crates if your pup feels more secure there or just needs some “me time.” Or they can play, lounge or nap in our separate doggie lounge area. My pets are allowed on furniture and sleep in the bed with us. I’m happy to accommodate your dog in whatever conditions they are most used to at home, makes them (and you!) most calm, comfortable, and happy when away from home. I am a stay-at-home mom, so I'm free to spend a lot of time playing with and taking care of your dog. My schedule is flexible and dictated by the “dogs’ days.” Some days we have tons of energy and are excited to get outside to run, play and release energy. Other days are lazy days, where snuggles, naps and belly rubs are in order. I love playing and cuddling with all the furbabies and will sit down on the floor with them for one on one and pack time. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell who’s having more fun! Most dogs need daily exercise to keep them from getting bored or anxious, and to release energy. Weather-permitting, a typical morning or afternoon includes a long walk in my quiet & safe neighborhood. It’s a great opportunity to get exercise and practice commands & and good manners with other (friendly) dogs we meet. Or, we might spend time in the yard playing, exploring, chasing squirrels, birds or each other… followed by a nice nap in the sun. Regular activity and stimulation results in a calm, happy dog at pick up. I have a relatively flexible schedule. I am available on weekends and weekdays and can work with you on your specific pick up, drop off, daycare, and boarding time table. I treat all dogs as if they are my own. My services are tailored to your pet's unique needs, ensuring they get all the love, playtime, and belly rubs they are used to at home! (Possibly more!) My fun but firm approach has earned me the title of 'dog whisperer'. Dogs are innately pack animals and don’t always like being alone, so it’s important that your dog trusts me and we bond. I am with them all day when they’re here. Pet safety as my top priority, you can trust that your furry friend will be in good hands with me. When we go outside, I stay with them at all times. I have secure fencing around the backyard. Dogs are never left unattended outdoors. I live in a quiet, safe, dog-friendly neighborhood. My home is also safe, secure and animal-friendly. I have space for crates if you need your dog to sleep in a crate at night, otherwise they are free to sleep with me. For a smooth transition, I ask you pack your pup's collar/harness, leash, food, and crate or other items they enjoy. Please let me know if your pet has any medical limitations, physical limitations, any other sort of restriction. Also, if they have a history of reactivity/aggression towards people or dogs so I can accommodate their behavior. You can have 100% peace of mind when your fur baby is with me.

About: I have always taken care of a dog in my family. Whether you have senior dogs who need medication or puppies who need to get thie energy out, I am willing to help. My dog needed insulin as he grew older so if your dog is a diabetic, I already have experience. I have also witnessed seizures in dogs before and can react appropriately. School and work are part time. They are on mostly fixed schedules and if they ever need me, you as the client will have a days notice at least. Time management is something I take very seriously and that will carry on into caring for your pet. While I have one kitty at home myself, I also volunteer at the local animal shelter. The focus is your pet and their care while I take over for the scheduled service.

17. Emani O.
“Emani is an excellent pet caregiver. My dogs love having her around. She’s such a sweet person and I would highly recommend having her take care of your pets.”

18. Catherine D.

“Catherine was gentle with Memphis like her own pup. She shared photos”

19. Becca Q.
“Becca would be the best pet caregiver! I have known Becca for over 15 years and she’s always had pets. Becca takes care of her pets as if they were her own biological children. Becca is a loving human being and cares for all animals. She has two dogs of her own and she is the best mom to them. Those dogs have a clean, loving home. She also spoils them with treats, fruits and so many toys. Becca is one of the most responsible people I know. One of her dogs has to take medication, and Becca ensures to set an alarm on her phone daily as a reminder to give the medication at the same time every single day. I recommend anyone needing a pet caregiver to have Becca watch over your fur babies. Rest assure they will be in the best hands.”
