About: I have had many of my neighbors have asked to take care of their pets in the past. I’ve been doing so since the 4th grade Before I moved from college, my dog that i’ve had for 6 years has been a significant part of my life. My family and I take my dog everyday including her in our daily routine I plan on adjusting methods toward each pet. some animals need different care, and I hope to make the pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for over 30 years. I currently have 7 rescue dogs who range in age from 3-16 and weigh 6-26 lbs. I’m also an active foster for the Burlington County Animal Alliance. I’ve fostered close to 30 dogs this past year alone. I currently work full time, but am home Fridays Saturday and Sundays. The days I’m home I will take excellent care of any babies I’m dog sitting. I have a spacious backyard with a secure 6-foot fence, perfect for safe playtime. My home is full of happy pups who love making new friends. I do have crates available if needed, but most dogs prefer snuggling in bed with me or relaxing on one of the many cozy dog beds throughout the house.

About: I’ve always been great with pets, especially dogs, and I genuinely enjoy being around them. I’ve owned and cared for a dog for 12 years which has given me hands-on experience with feeding, walks, exercise, routines, and daily care. As a student-athlete, I’ve developed strong traits like discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and hard work. I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, cared for, and gets the attention they deserve. I’m currently finishing my last semester of college online, which gives me a flexible schedule and strong availability for pet care. I’m actively looking for full-time or part-time work, but I’d love the opportunity to care for pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting, and I’m reliable when it comes to routines, communication, and giving pets the attention they need. I currently prefer caring for pets in their own home environment rather than bringing them into my home. I believe many pets are most comfortable staying in their normal routine and familiar surroundings. I’ll carefully follow feeding schedules, walking routines, medication instructions if needed, and any care directions you provide. My goal is to keep your pet safe, comfortable, active, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I am an Animal Science major in college and am proficient in dog and cat care. I am comfortable with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and training levels. I am home from college for the summer and working part time with a flexible schedule! I am available to work weekends and most weekdays. I always prioritize the safety of the animal I am caring for. I know basic first aid for dogs and have shadowed at a small animal clinic. I work to provide a calm and safe environment for the animals I am caring for!

About: I have cared for my family dogs on numerous occasions. I have also been a go to pet sitter for people around me. I baby sit and have worked as a mentor helping people around me. I would be able to care for pets at any point in the week. The schedule is the only thing I need and would be able to care for pets at any time. I care and typically ask for schedules for the specific animal. I also keep in touch with owners on a day to day basis and give updates about their pets and how they are doing.

About: I am new to Rover and excited to have the opportunity to help take care of your pet/s! I have experience raising one puppy into adulthood. This included general training (sit, stay, lay, spin, shake, walking etiquette) , potty training, walks, playing, etc. I also have experience raising 2 kittens into young cats. I love all animals and have always had a close connections to them since I was a child. Thank you for considering me! In clients' homes, I would prefer a list of expectations for me to follow to ensure you and your pet/s are getting exactly what is needed from me. I can help with feedings, playing, and crating if necessary. Please note, I am not experienced or comfortable with aggressive animals. About: My goal is to provide the pest possible service for your family. I am just getting started with Rover and not so busy yet. I think some great reviews would help and that is good news for you because great reviews require providing great service. Seriously, I am a senior looking to supplement my income like all old guys but I truly love dogs. It may seem strange but I feel a connection and able to communicate. So how about a shot to give you some great service so I can great reviews and fill my calendar a bit. Often times the fewer words the better but below gives you a window into some personal pet experiences. Pets have been a part of my entire life. My first adolescent memory is of Jacque, a prissy French Poodle with an attitude that Mom would let me dress up complete with overcoat, booties and of course a French beret. Ginger was a large orange tabby cat that could have been Garfield's stunt double. My parents attempt at teaching me responsibility actually worked. Married in 1971 our life together started with Figaro, looked just like the cat from Pinocchio. All black with white paws very sneaky, overly curious and slightly narcissistic. Figora belonged to my wife and he made that very clear. Sabrina, a very shiny grey Siamese joined us when my sister went to school. Sabrina was very anti social and did not like anybody. House guests could spend an entire weekend and never see her. She tolerated us but Sabrina and Figora had shall we say, an understanding. Neither were ever outdoors or saw the light of day. With the family developed and 3 boys later came Thunder. He was a rescue Sheppard mix. He was very active, playful, mischievous and very funny. He was more than a handful and we still laugh and talk about things that he did. As he became an adult dog, by years not behavior for sure, friends in a rural area expressed how much they loved Thunder. We just could not break their hearts and allowed them to adopt Thunder. We visited often. After some time Briar came into the picture. My wife's girlfriend became ill and unable to care for a large majestic Bovier de Flanders. Her coat was amazing. Very heavy and thick. Kids on the street would ask if she was a bear. When someone rang the doorbell Briar would announce them and greet them in an extremely loud intimidating manor. The caller could have just opened the door and patted her end and should would just give love and affection. She was kind gentle and helpful to everyone. Except, if you were to approach my wife in an aggressive manor or touch her, you were taking your life in your own hands. She was never taught to protect her, but protect she did. Amazing breed characteristics and lots of stories. We learned she had a UTI and was her kidney. We prolonged her life as long as possible and realized the treatment and medication were selfish on our part and chose her comfort over our love for her. So hard. My most recent pet experience was Pike, a brindle pit bull, male and Roxy, female dachshund. We started to foster them temporarily while my son traveled for work and turned to an extended stay their last years. Roxy ruled the roost for sure and was always funny when you considered their statute let alone breed but she was boss. We called them the odd couple. I would take them with me to work often and Pike made sales calls with me. He was truly my road dog. We lost them both within a month. We lost them both just before pandemic, they were 16-17 best guess. My son was the one that literally rescued Pike while he was chained to a dumpster in Rittenhouse Square all day in the rain. With lots of patience and love from everyone close, I watched him transform from an otherwise unfriendly, aggressive, animal hating Pit Bull transform to the sweetest, gentlest, ready to please member of the family. I do not have any formal training training nor have done training professionally but I am up for the challenge. I know and understand the 7 basic commands, hand signals, concepts and have a tremendous amount of patience. There are a lifetime of story's how I was the only one that got along with the shop dog or the neighbors dog or a particular. I am hoping to develop relationships with dogs by providing outstanding service I have a French yard that houses all the dogs and cats and the other animals as well as an area in the garage where we keep all the toys

About: Hi! My name is Amanda and I’m a dependable animal lover with experience caring for dogs of different sizes and personalities. I’ve had dogs and cats all my life, which has given me a strong understanding of animal care and behavior. I have experience with large breeds including German Shepherds and Huskies, chocolate labs and small breeds as well so I’m comfortable with energetic dogs and long walks. I understand how important pets are to a family and will treat your pet like my own while providing safe, loving, and reliable care. I work Monday- Friday from home so your baby will almost never be alone while staying over. My morning normally begins around 6a.m. With my day ending around midnight. I have a large fenced in yard perfect for catching some sun rays and getting the zombies out. I do have two dogs to keep your furry baby comfy. However if you would like them to be separated o can keep them separated on different floors in my home.

About: I have had pets from a young age, including dogs, cats, fish and hamsters. I am currently the owner of two beautiful mixes named Luna and Lys! In addition to my own pets I have cared for friend’s and family’s dogs and cats numerous times. I know how special animals can be and look forward to caring for your special family members! Profile picture is myself and my girl Luna! I am an elementary special education teacher who is looking to make a little extra money on my summer break. I am typically available at most times in the morning and evening Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Though I do tutor some mornings from 10-11AM. Wednesdays I am available before 2 PM and after 3:30 PM. I am unavailable July 13-August 2 due to a trip. I can provide whatever length of walks is typical for your pet and can accommodate additional routines that are typical in your household. I am unable to bring pets into my home due to my own dogs.

About: I’ve had cats my entire life and have always helped out taking care of my friend’s cats and dogs. When it comes to taking full care of other people’s pets I’ve done a couple of pet sitting jobs in the past year or so. While home from college I have free time almost everyday for most of the day! While I may need to go home to check on my own pets or family I can usually spend most of the day with your pets. I’m a bit of a night owl so morning can be rough but I thrive in the late morning and afternoon! I can’t have pets come over to my house because of my cats, but when at your house I can always be there for your animal! Whether they are playing or just want company while lounging at home!
