“Charles has been so great with my dog! I was having a lot of accidents due to long work hours and also probably some boredom; Charles takes my dog on such long walks! I truly notice a different and I know that my dog is happier now!”

About: I’ve trained and cared for animals large and small since a child. I have experience training dogs for tracking, search and rescue, and basic obedience. I also have experience with animal first aid and K9 emergency care. I enjoy positive reinforcement techniques and treat all animals as if they are a member of my family. I have a fairly flexible schedule with my primary profession. I enjoy being outdoors and caring for animals. My weekends are generally free from any activity and I can accommodate additional needs during the week. I enjoy positive praise based training and reinforcement. All animals need attention and play as well as a safe secure environment to rest and recover from learning and play.

Yadis G.
About: I have 2 years of experience working with pets in general as a veterinary assistant. My love for animals is beyond what words can describe. I’m currently working full time. For now, I can work 3 days out the week for 2-4 hrs or overnight with a 2 week notice. My eyes would never leave them, they’ll always be by my side no matter what. I will treat your pet as my own pup Sandy.

Kristen P.

“Kristen has truly been the best dog walker I have found. We have struggled over the years to find someone reliable, caring, and loving as Kristen is with Charlie. She truly cares about him and his well being. I would highly recommend Kristen.”

Meg A.

“Meg: Thank you for the consistent care and going above and beyond for me. Your kind words when I wasn’t feeling well, made a difference. All the good you do will come back to you. Cherrie & Rufus”

Ariel Y.
“Ariel has shown the love and attention to animals that makes me confident that my animals will be safe and happy in her care. She follows instruction to the T and asks clarifying questions if there is any confusion. It's a burden off my mind knowing that my animals are safe and sound in her care.”

Sabrea B.
“Sabrea is known throughout our family as the cat lady. She knows the ends and outs of taking care of cats. She’s has a gift of being able to connect with any cat no matter the circumstances. She genuinely has a passion for them.”

Isabella R.
“Isabella has walked my dogs in the past and I have nothing but great things to say about her. She’s punctual, reliable, and would consistently send me pictures every time she would walk my two dogs. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable walker.”

Jordan E.

“I made a huge mistake with not changing my location when I moved and Jordan was so kind and went out of the way to still take my dog out at the correct address. Above and beyond, I appreciate his service so much!”

Clay M.
“For as long as I have known Clay, he has been a best friend to man's best friend. He has owned several dogs during his lifetime and has demonstrated admirable traits like responsibility, thoughtfulness, and sacrifice. He will do anything to care for dogs and is a perfect embodiment of what a dog sitter should be.”

Sherrie-Marie D.
“I have no hesitation at all in offering my strongest recommendation and can say unequivocally that Sherrie is the most reliable, best informed, and most loving pet caregiver this family has ever worked with over the past many years. In fact, we often turn to Sherrie for pet advice and trust her knowledge and her instincts to help us care for our pet--and she is always prompt, engaged, and eager to assist. If there were an award, I would be the first to write the nominating letter.”

About: I've had dogs and cats at home since I was a little girl, so I have cared for many animals through all stages of their lives. I've never met an animal I didn't connect with, in fact my husband calls me Dr. Doolittle because our household pets always seem to be close to me whether it's our dog laying by my feet or one of the cats in my chair with me while I work. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to love on your fur babies throughout the day during the week and on weekends. Plus, I have a 12 and 8 year old animal lovers who have endless amounts of energy and also just love a good cuddle depending on your pet's needs. I have a large fenced in yard to give your pet plenty of room to roam around and also 2 dogs and 2 cats to keep your pet company during their visit. We also have plenty of space within our home in case your pet needs somewhere quiet to relax for a bit.

Patrick C.

“Patrick has been wonderful with our two dogs! Communication is prompt, and he is always on time with our weekly walks. He’ll maximize the time spent with our dogs, exploring new walking paths and scenery. He is always responsive to any questions we have, too.”

Jensene S.
About: Hi! I’m Jenny From The Block. Dog lover, rescuer, and mom. I have 30 plus years of experience with my own and others’ dogs — and pets/animals of all kinds really. I’m married with 3 almost-grown boys. Everyone knows my favorite “boy” is a 4 year old, 20 pound Chihuahua/Jack Russell(?) mix rescue named Brodie. He’s very social and kind, and he loves to play. In his bow tie, he looks like a tiny, furry old man. He’s trained and great with other dogs. These days, he's a bit sad & lonely because we recently lost our puppy Akira to epilepsy. I have experience administering meds, adhering to a strict schedule, seizures, emergency medical care… I have experience with older and special needs animals, and puppies are no problem. As an owner of dogs with anxiety, I can assure you that your pup will receive the personalized attention that they need. I have lots of experience with high anxiety dogs and the behavior that can come along with an anxious dog. Patience and trust is key. I’ll like to brush the dogs daily for a healthy coat and to reduce anxiety (and reduce shedding!). I have 3 years professional obedience training from puppy on up. I have no issues with any sort of crates, collars, housing types, etc… We have crates if your pup feels more secure there or just needs some “me time.” Or they can play, lounge or nap in our separate doggie lounge area. My pets are allowed on furniture and sleep in the bed with us. I’m happy to accommodate your dog in whatever conditions they are most used to at home, makes them (and you!) most calm, comfortable, and happy when away from home. I am a stay-at-home mom, so I'm free to spend a lot of time playing with and taking care of your dog. My schedule is flexible and dictated by the “dogs’ days.” Some days we have tons of energy and are excited to get outside to run, play and release energy. Other days are lazy days, where snuggles, naps and belly rubs are in order. I love playing and cuddling with all the furbabies and will sit down on the floor with them for one on one and pack time. Sometimes it’s difficult to tell who’s having more fun! Most dogs need daily exercise to keep them from getting bored or anxious, and to release energy. Weather-permitting, a typical morning or afternoon includes a long walk in my quiet & safe neighborhood. It’s a great opportunity to get exercise and practice commands & and good manners with other (friendly) dogs we meet. Or, we might spend time in the yard playing, exploring, chasing squirrels, birds or each other… followed by a nice nap in the sun. Regular activity and stimulation results in a calm, happy dog at pick up. I have a relatively flexible schedule. I am available on weekends and weekdays and can work with you on your specific pick up, drop off, daycare, and boarding time table. I treat all dogs as if they are my own. My services are tailored to your pet's unique needs, ensuring they get all the love, playtime, and belly rubs they are used to at home! (Possibly more!) My fun but firm approach has earned me the title of 'dog whisperer'. Dogs are innately pack animals and don’t always like being alone, so it’s important that your dog trusts me and we bond. I am with them all day when they’re here. Pet safety as my top priority, you can trust that your furry friend will be in good hands with me. When we go outside, I stay with them at all times. I have secure fencing around the backyard. Dogs are never left unattended outdoors. I live in a quiet, safe, dog-friendly neighborhood. My home is also safe, secure and animal-friendly. I have space for crates if you need your dog to sleep in a crate at night, otherwise they are free to sleep with me. For a smooth transition, I ask you pack your pup's collar/harness, leash, food, and crate or other items they enjoy. Please let me know if your pet has any medical limitations, physical limitations, any other sort of restriction. Also, if they have a history of reactivity/aggression towards people or dogs so I can accommodate their behavior. You can have 100% peace of mind when your fur baby is with me.
