About: I’ve owned two dogs of my own (1 currently - Ellie!) and I regularly dog sit two other dogs owned by a friend. I love dogs and understand their behavior very well. As a dog owner myself, I understand the peace of mind that comes with leaving your dog with someone reliable and trustworthy. I have a full time job Monday through Friday but am generally available on weekends and occasional weeknights. I’m also more flexible on Fridays. I’m comfortable with caring for dogs of all sizes. I would love to help provide potty breaks and walks and playing! For boarding, I have a roughly 30x30ft fenced yard and one 40lb friendly dog of my own.

About: Active on rover since 2018 and couldn't ask for a better scenario... we have had the ability to love so many different types of doggies from puppies to older dogs all different personalities all the time! At one point we had 3 puppies at the same time!!! Which was amazing and watching how the puppies grow and change is amazing. We have met so many families and cherish all of them... can't wait for the next years to come! *My dog experience goes back as far as my entire childhood. There was always a dog in the family when growing up. While in college I dog sat for up to 11 dogs at a time and 4 slept in bed with me. Medication administering, grooming, walking, cuddling and even diaper changing was also involved. I love animals especially dogs, its a fabulous way to enjoy pets and all different breeds and personalities at the same time. I am available most days of the week and of course weekends! I can't wait to introduce your furry family members to mine. Scheduling allows our family to provide care and companionship for your furry family around the clock, flexible pick up and drop off times as well. With around the clock supervision pups are safe and entertained throughout their stay day and night inside and outside with a gated fenced in yard.

About: When my family adopted our first dog, Jennie, a German Shepard mix, I had made it a priority to walk her almost everyday and play with her so she was never bored. I also helped train her when she was a puppy, teaching her how to sit and how to give her paw. I also took care of her when she became older, helping her down stairs and cooking her healthy treats like salmon and chicken. My family has since had two different foster dogs (American bully and Pitbull) that I love to spend time and go on walks with. I’m currently home from college for the summer, so I have plenty of time on my hands and would love to spend it with your pets! I will always keep a vigilant eye on your pet and do my best to make them as happy as possible. I spend a lot of time outside in my fenced yard with my dog, so I will be sure to give your dog the same amount of attention.

About: I adopted two cats of my own in 2019 and have also been cat sitting for over two years. It’s hard to put into words how much I love animals, but caring for them has always been a big part of my life. 🤍 I regularly feed and care for stray cats in my community, and I’ve helped three adult strays find loving forever homes. Whenever I come across a cat or dog in need, I always try to help however I can. 🐾While I'm a cat person at heart, I'm equally passionate about dogs. I gained experience walking dogs of all sizes and temperaments through dog sitting and volunteer. This experience taught me how to read canine body language, handle various behavioral needs, and provide affectionate care. I’m also careful about keeping doors, windows, leashes, and their surroundings secure. Most importantly, I’ll give them plenty of love and attention while you’re away. About: I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big deal. I feel the same when it comes to my own pets. My goal is to provide safe, reliable, loving care so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. Whether your dog loves long walks, leisurely sniff sessions, or just a friendly companion, I’m happy to match their pace and personality. I am currently a stay at home mom with teenagers so I have a fairly open schedule. On hot days I try to get walks in as early as possible for the comfort of the dog. Each pet will get love before and after walks with treats if allowed. I always follow pet owner instructions and do not deviate. I can also give meds as instructed. About: 🐾 🐾 Rates 🐾 🐾 I am happy to travel but may need to add a mileage fee for bookings outside of my 15 minute radius. All rates are negotiable. *Boarding: I only host 1 family's pets at a time. This provides a safer environment for your pet and an "at home" feel with plenty of attention, especially for reactive or aging dogs. I don't use crates or kennels but if you want to bring yours along that is fine, I also have 1 medium sized crate on hand if needed. I have a very clean home and welcome pets to feel comfortable if they would like to snooze on the sofas, bed, and we have a secure fenced in yard, but I do not leave dogs unattended in the yard. I usually take my dog to the local dog parks and nature trails and would bring yours along too. 🐾 🐾 Basic Info 🐾 🐾 I am an EMT, certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. For the past 25 years, I have been an animal caretaker. My favorite part is getting to know all of the different breeds and personalities. Your pets will be treated with love, and be as comfortable in my home as yours. I always send lots of photos at the end of each day. 🐾 🐾 My daily schedule 🐾 🐾 I work from home as a university professor. My position is remote, so I am able to work anywhere with a wifi connection. I work for rover occasionally and my schedule is typically super organized and flexible. We do at least 2 active hours per day- and we try to squeeze in as many hikes as possible. If they are up for it, I will take them on a short jog every day too.

About: I've worked with animals of all sizes since I was 12 years old. From volunteering on farms and ranches, to caring for small exotic animals and dogs of my own, I love animals of all sorts and enjoy just spending time with them whenever I can. I've spent the better part of my life involved with animals, I've pet sit for a number of families and have even worked on rehabilitating abandoned horses. I am very comfortable working with dogs that have disabilities as well as I have watched dogs that have diabetes, seizures, paralysis, and age related issues and despite the disabilities we still make the stay an enjoyable one. With me, dogs will get plenty of love, play time, and as many walks as they'd like! I currently hold a full time remote job so my flexibility is great for pet sitting! I can do morning, afternoon and/or evening walks, I can accept pet care in my home or travel. I have many options for accommodation. I reside in a safe private community townhome with plenty of walking paths and a fenced in yard. I do prefer to host at my home as it makes remote work easier due to my inability to transport my monitors but am open to house sitting upon request.
