Animal lover with vet experience!
I have been working with animals for over ten years now. I attended an agricultural high school where I focused on small animal science and spent a great deal of time caring for the dogs. I attended and graduated from an agricultural college where I majored in Zoo Science. I have worked at PetSmart as a Pet Care Associate and was a great help with customers when it came to dog and cat necessities and needs. I have interned at a zoo and have worked at an aquarium. I previously worked full-time as an educator and animal care employee at a veterinary hospital. I have basic vet tech skills and know the science of veterinary medicine. I currently work part-time 3-4 days a week with a very flexible schedule and am home by 2pm when working. I own a cat myself and have experience caring for senior animals. I love getting down on the floor and playing with dogs, taking them on walks, running, and playing catch/fetch.

While I cannot watch dogs in my own home, I will be more than responsible going into a house to care for someone's fur baby. I am very responsible and respectable and am comfortable in new environments.

Alicia was amazing. She did three drop ins per day for the long Memorial Day weekend. She is friendly, responsible, and dependable. We will definitely welcome Alicia to take care of our baby dog again.
Alicia is awesome!! She has been looking after our pup for over half a year, and he feels so comfortable around her! Alicia is always very communicative, and I love having peace mind knowing how experienced she is with animals. Sometimes, she can’t accommodate the afternoon times we need during the work week due to other work obligations, but she always keeps us in the loop well in advance. Thank you, Alicia!!
Alicia took good care of the pups; fed them and let them out. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good caregiver when you can’t be with your fur babies!!
Alicia took great care of our cats and dog while we were away! We returned to well cared for pets, clean litter, and pup who enjoyed her walks and time to run outside. We will have her back in the future!
The pups were safe and sound on our return.

Programa
I have been in a career with animals for over 10 years and I cannot imagine doing anything else. I love animals with my whole heart and will do anything to keep them happy and safe. I work part-time about 3-4 days a week and when working I am usually home by 2pm.
