His updates throughout the week were always thoughtful and reassuring, and we loved the photos he sent! Our puppy is very nervous with new people and even more nervous outside on a leash. Robbie didn’t seem worried when we told him this, and we now know why. We were genuinely impressed by how comfortable Maisie became with him.
