We had unexpectedly rescued our sweet girl, Gigi, just two weeks before a vacation we had already planned. We found ourselves in a stressful situation, scrambling to find someone we could trust to care for our new rescue, and she turned out to be an absolute blessing! From the moment we entrusted Gigi to her care, we felt reassured. Her home was so cozy, warm, and welcoming, with such a beautiful family atmosphere. Her husband, her two children, and she herself were all so involved, loving and wonderful with Gigi. It was clear that she was not just being watched, but truly welcomed into their home and treated like part of the family. One of our favorite things was receiving all the updates and pictures throughout the week. It gave us so much peace of mind to see Gigi happy, comfortable, and being loved while we were away. Knowing that our newly rescued girl was safe, well cared for, and surrounded by such a loving family meant the world to us. We are beyond grateful that she opened her home and her heart to Gigi, especially knowing that we had only had her for two weeks. As always, Brineydi did a great job of keeping our little fur babies well taken care of & us at ease while we were away. 5 stars isn’t enough! After letting us know that he was having a hard time keeping his food down, she made Alejandro a special home cooked meal to help with his stomach. He was back to his usual playful self in no time. So grateful we found her on Rover!
This was my first time using a border to watch my dog while I was on vacation. And I was very nervous about it. But as soon as I met Lan and saw how she connected with Luna, I was put at ease. Throughout the entire time we were away Lan provided numerous photos and videos of Luna and kept us up-to-date on how she was doing. When she got home, she adjusted very quickly and I could tell that she had enjoyed her time being taken care of by Lan. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She does an amazing job and she truly cares about the pets that she’s taken care of.
This was our second time having our pet stay with Shannon, and once again, we couldn’t be happier! She takes such great care of our pet and gives them lots of love and attention.
