About: Animals have always been a big part of my life—I’ve had pets my whole life and started pet sitting for friends and family at a young age. I naturally connect with animals and focus on making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care. I am actively job searching, but I prioritize the pets I’m caring for and keep my availability up to date. treat every pet like they’re my own. I stick to their usual routines, give them lots of love and attention, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable. Whether I’m in your home or mine, I keep things clean, calm, and stress-free so your pet can relax while you’re away.

About: Over the years I've cared for the pets of family friends and relatives. From taking pups on walks & play session to drop ins for cats. Making sure I'm following dietary need for each pet. Getting to know the different personalities of each animal I come across is my passion. In my childhood home I was able to experience caring for puppies until they became elderly. Though most of my experience is with pits. I was blessed to care for a doodle mix & a shih Tzu in their last years. I respect all animals and their space. I currently work full-time 3 days a week with 4 day available to care for your furbabies. Saturday- Monday is my work schedule. Tuesday-Friday I am up by 7am cleaning my home or visiting my parents. By 12pm the rest of my day is free. I can do evening drop ins (after 5pm) or overnight stays on the days I work (leave by 4am). Am very flexible during the week. If you're in need of a sitter/ care giver for family or business trips. In my home or the client's home I will follow the set schedule the clients have for their pets. My home has a fenced in backyard where I can take elderly or less fit pups to play and potty. I also live in a dog friendly neighborhood where I can take your pup on walks. I do require a harness and leash set per pet with a portable water bowl to keep them hydrated on walks. A breakdown of allergies or sensitivities each pet has. As well as a bed or crate for them to sleep in overnight. At the client's house I would like to do a walk through of the property and learn the habits of their pet. This will give me an understanding of how to properly care for each individual pet in and outside of the home.

Christina took such good care of our little girl. Even at our first meeting we knew she was in good hands. Having experience with dogs (especially German Shepherds), Christina had the perfect demeanor with Leeloo who can be hesitant to trust people she doesn't know. Her special care, attention, and affectionate towards Leeloo had her excitedly anticipating her visits and walks!

About: I’m currently a volunteer dog walker with Burlington county animal shelter since 2023! I walk all dogs from small to large. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, scared and social butterflies ranging from 1 years old to seniors 10+. I currently work full time Monday-Friday in healthcare( until 4pm), so evenings or any time on the weekends I am usually free! I walk dogs at my local animal shelter on the weekends, but my schedule is very flexible. I believe that every dog I encounter they must be treated like royalty! A pet is your family and I want them to receive the same love and care as I provide for my dog and shelter pups.

Kelly keeps safety as one of her top priorities when walking our senior dog. With his limited eyesight, his other senses are keyed up a little more. She keeps him moving along if there are sidewalk snacks and quick to react if needed. Highly recommend hiring Kelly!

Michael was wonderful with my dog Shelby. He showed up on time each day, and was gentle and patient with her. (She was reluctant to go out sometimes). He communicated with me each day about how it went. Shelby acquainted herself quickly with Michael and started to look forward to her walks. I would highly recommend him. He's definitely a dog lover and is responsible and communicative. Thanks Mike!

Toby is a Godsend!! The way she went above and beyond for my Husky was truly a blessing. I took a 5day vacation and my pup does get depressed when I leave. He had a few accidents because of such but gratefully Toby took care of him. The walks were 3x a day and she even did it in the rain. All of his food bowls were cleaned and tidy which I didn’t even expect, but was so appreciative of after a long trip. My dog truly enjoyed her company. Toby is definitely my go to for my next trip. You really won’t be disappointed and she has a great personality. THANKS A MIL TOBY⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

About: I have experience with all types of animals from cats, dogs, birds, and even chinchillas. Walking them is a pleasure and also makes me happy since they also get some time out of the house. I’m available to walk in the mornings to get that early rise as well as in the afternoons! It’s nice to get to walk outside and get some sunshine but also chill if needed. For my pets on my home as well as my clients I make sure they’re stimulated enough as well as have all the care they need.

About: I’ve always loved dogs. My childhood home had over 5 dogs there at one time. Now I just have 2 amazing dogs! I’ve dog sat multiple dogs with multiple different families and enjoyed every moment I’ve shared with every dog. I went to West Chester University where I did Rover for a year. I just bought a house in Bensalem where I am available more to watch your dog! I love going on walks with my dog. My dog can sit on furniture and on my bed. She is free to roam around my house, no cage is needed. As a teacher with a structured schedule from 8 to 3, I’ve built a consistent routine around pet care, feeding, walks, and playtime happen before and after work, with weekends dedicated to deeper bonding and grooming. It’s a rewarding part of my day that helps me unwind and stay balanced. I provide attentive, personalized care by sticking to each pet’s routine, whether that’s feeding, walks, playtime, or administering medications. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether they're in my home or I’m caring for them in their own familiar space.

About: Hi! My name is Rachael and I live in Delran. I have been dog-sitting for about 14 years now. I've taken care of small and big dogs and love caring for them and also playing with them. I have a 12 year old retriever pitbull myself that my family rescued. I know how to care for her when she's stressed out, like when there is a thunderstorm or fireworks going off. So, I can provide a calming atmosphere for dogs when needed and am always ready to have fun with dogs, too! I have experience administering oral medications as well. I have cared for up to three dogs at the same time. I love making dogs feel at ease and I love seeing their high energy when we play! I am currently available for dog walking and at-home visits while you are away. I am currently working part time, so I have pretty open availability each week for visits and dog walking! I love spending time with animals and can ensure I provide top notch service for your pets. Currently, I live with my family dog that is a 12 year old pitbull retriever mix. I am not currently offering in-home care for other pets, as I do not want to interfere with my dog, but at your home I can play with them, feed them, relax with them, walk them, and do whatever you need me to do to provide a safe environment for your pet!

About: I treat every pet as if it were my own. I’ve owed three dogs in the past years , two of which were rescues. I worked at a greyhound shelter in the past. I grew up with a cat as child and always been drawn to animals. My house is pet friendly and is a three story row house with a fenced in yard, on a quiet block. I love taking care of animals and will make sure your pet is treated with love and respect! My dog is a friendly and playful Jack Russell mix who loves his walks. My goal is to provide love and company for your pet when you can’t be with them. Whenever I go to someone’s house with pets, they instantly become my best friend!

David was wonderful. I had to have surgery and couldn't walk my German Shepherd but he took care of her like she was one of his own. She always came home from the walks so happy and tuckered out. He cared about my healing as well, not just seeing me as a customer. I really appreciate him and his care for my dog.

I have to leave another review for Lauren. She has been my dog walker this entire summer and he is amazing and so patient with my pup archer as he got to know her and got comfortable. She works well with the pups mood of the day and knows how to pivot to the dogs needs. The best dog walker I’ve ever had.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
