What made my heart smile is the way Achilles ran towards his door and also jumped for joy when I dropped him both days! About: We own two large dogs- an Australian cattle dog/Anatolian shepherd/Hound mix, and a yellow Labrador retriever. They are very high energy and unique with lively personalities. We love to take them on bicycle rides/walks through the woods and neighborhood. We both have experience with dogs- John dog-sat as a child and has had family dogs as well, and I grew up on a farm with 10-15 inside/outside dogs all my life as well as many other animals. We have a big back yard that is fenced in, we also live next to a big state park that is loads of fun for any animal! Our entire family and our friends also have dogs, so when we all get together we usually have about 12-14 dogs all together at once running around playing and having fun! “Toby is a Godsend!! The way she went above and beyond for my Husky was truly a blessing. I took a 5day vacation and my pup does get depressed when I leave. He had a few accidents because of such but gratefully Toby took care of him. The walks were 3x a day and she even did it in the rain. All of his food bowls were cleaned and tidy which I didn’t even expect, but was so appreciative of after a long trip. My dog truly enjoyed her company. Toby is definitely my go to for my next trip. In the past I volunteered for 2 years at the Animal Welfare Association. I worked with cats and small animals such as bunnies and guinea pigs. I can also do extra chores like bring in your mail or take out your trash/recycling as well for a small fee. In my personal schedule, my parents and I take care of our dog and cat. My parents feed the pets in the morning, and I let the dog out for the bathroom daily. I have experience with dogs that are reactive, scared and social butterflies ranging from 1 years old to seniors 10+. About: I've personally taken care of many different animals for the past 20 years. Big, small, furry, scaly...I love them all! I sit for family pets frequently and have several of my own. I love walking and playing with dogs! I've raised them from puppies and love every age! I also have 2 rabbits and have a wide knowledge base about rabbit care. I am available weekdays after 5pm and weekends any time! Thurs.'s and fri.'s, I am available from 1-2pm, and I could also do an early morning time on weekdays before 7. I can come to your home for drop in visits to play, walk, and run. I also have a fenced in large yard and am able to bring your pups here for some good run time.
About: I have experience with all types of animals from cats, dogs, birds, and even chinchillas. Walking them is a pleasure and also makes me happy since they also get some time out of the house. I’m available to walk in the mornings to get that early rise as well as in the afternoons! It’s nice to get to walk outside and get some sunshine but also chill if needed. For my pets on my home as well as my clients I make sure they’re stimulated enough as well as have all the care they need.
About: I’ve always loved dogs. My childhood home had over 5 dogs there at one time. Now I just have 2 amazing dogs! I’ve dog sat multiple dogs with multiple different families and enjoyed every moment I’ve shared with every dog. I went to West Chester University where I did Rover for a year. It’s a rewarding part of my day that helps me unwind and stay balanced. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved, whether they're in my home or I’m caring for them in their own familiar space.
About: Hi! My name is Rachael and I live in Delran. I have been dog-sitting for about 14 years now. I've taken care of small and big dogs and love caring for them and also playing with them. I have a 12 year old retriever pitbull myself that my family rescued. I know how to care for her when she's stressed out, like when there is a thunderstorm or fireworks going off. I grew up with a cat as child and always been drawn to animals. My house is pet friendly and is a three story row house with a fenced in yard, on a quiet block. I am the sole caregiver responsible for every aspect of your dog's stay, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, administering medication (if needed), and providing individualized attention. I only host one family's dog(s) at a time, so your pup will receive my full attention in a comfortable environment. This is a family household where my husband and I live with our four children (ages 8, 5, and 2-year-old twins). The children are always supervised around visiting pets, and I remain the only person responsible for your dog's care. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet behind, and my goal is to give you peace of mind knowing they're being treated with the same love and care we'd want for our own pets. I can't wait to meet you and your pup! I work from home two days each week and structure my schedule to provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and plenty of individual attention throughout the day. On the other three days, your dog will be let out in the morning and walked if time allows. I get back to the house around 5pm and will resume caring for your dog like they are my own. Your dog's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I only host one family's dog(s) at a time to provide a low-stress environment. Dogs are welcome on the furniture if that's what they're used to at home, and I'll do everything I can to help them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. As a family household, young children will be present, but I am the sole caregiver responsible for all pet care and supervision throughout your dog's stay.

“Melissa and Dan were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Princess Leia. She’s a small terrier and very much a COVID puppy, so she hasn’t had a lot of exposure to other dogs. I was a bit nervous about leaving her while I went out of town for my 50th high school reunion, but Melissa and Dan put me at ease right away. From the start, my plan was to have Leia stay with them for two nights, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. They have a lovely fenced yard and several dogs of their own, which created the perfect environment for Leia to safely and gradually get used to being around other dogs. Dan works from home, so I knew she was getting plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. They kept me updated with several photos and messages showing how Leia was doing, which I really appreciated. It was clear that she was settling in well and getting comfortable in their home and with their dogs. When I picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and seemed to have genuinely enjoyed her little “vacation.” I highly recommend Melissa and Dan for dog sitting. They truly love dogs, understand dog behavior, and provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment. I would not hesitate to book with them again.”
