“Pamela was amazing. She watched apollo for us and provided updates. She sent lots of photos and wanted to know everything beforehand. Pamela made us feel safe and comfortable on our first time boarding. I will always let her watch our pets because I know they are in wonderful hands. Pamela gave our cat space when he needed it as he was in a new space and he was able to trust her in the morning. Its important to have a caretaker understand animals and shes just the best!
