“Jill was absolutely wonderful with Charlie and Bailey. She and her fur baby Roscoe made them feel at home. Jill was so helpful, flexible and caring with them. They were administered meds regularly, fed and cared for with great love. Her home was beautiful and very clean but still very conducive to pet care. She was in touch with pics and reports daily and they always looked happy and healthy. She lives very close so that was an extra convenience. I’m excited that we’ve found such a wonderful caregiver so close to home. We will definitely be coming back.”

During the time we were away, Roxanne kept us updated with twice (morning and evening) daily photos and texts, which gave our family peace of mind knowing that Guinness was being well cared for. “My husband and I have 2 small dogs (6/f and 2/m) who have never been without us or our in laws. We were so scared to leave our babies with strangers. We met Michael and Donna and their 3 doggies and our dogs immediately became friends. Before our 2 week trip, we left our dogs overnight and they were so happy when we came for them. We went on our trip and we got daily photos of our babies happy and playing. They ate such good food and had a level of care that they loved Michael and donna so much and they missed their new friends while being happy to come home. There is no better place for your fur babies than this lovely couple to provide a home away from home while out of town! I recommend them anytime!”

Pamela made us feel safe and comfortable on our first time boarding. I will always let her watch our pets because I know they are in wonderful hands. Pamela gave our cat space when he needed it as he was in a new space and he was able to trust her in the morning. Its important to have a caretaker understand animals and shes just the best!
