“Pamela was amazing. She watched apollo for us and provided updates. She sent lots of photos and wanted to know everything beforehand. Pamela made us feel safe and comfortable on our first time boarding. I will always let her watch our pets because I know they are in wonderful hands. Pamela gave our cat space when he needed it as he was in a new space and he was able to trust her in the morning. Its important to have a caretaker understand animals and shes just the best! “✨What an Amazing experience!✨ My first experience with Rover and our first experience boarding our pup! Roseanna L. was truly a blessing in our last minute boarding arrangements for our dog Rome. Our family took an impromptu mini vacation and Roseanna helped us out through the whole process. Communication was a breeze and she made us and Rome feel so comfortable in her home. She kept me up to date on his wellbeing through texts and sent pics of Rome throughout our vacation. Roseanna has a plenty of helpers for caring for your animals! Roseanna and her husband have 3 animal loving boys, and they share their home with Yuki (a wonderfully patient dog) a beautiful garden and a chicken coop! Rome had quite an amazing little farm experience! Roseanna and the family took Rome on hikes, walks, even a soccer game! The boys taught Rome tricks and they helped with his leash training! “Hardy and his daughter Harmony could not have been more accommodating for Opie's first overnight stay. After a boarding situation I had fell through for my newly adopted Husky mix I needed last minute coverage (about a week out) for a short international trip. Hardy and Harmony were able to accommodate us for an extremely early drop-off because of a flight/airport situation and were super cool about it. I got regular picture and video updates throughout her few day stay, and got to meet and chat with Hardy during pickup. My pup is crate trained and having someone who is able to accommodate that and keep her consistent while I'm away is integral to making sure she stays successful with it. Hardy is super knowledgeable about dogs and thoughtful about who he schedules together to ensure everyone is chill and as the owner of a high energy guardian mix, that gives me a lot of relief knowing my girl won't be on edge the whole time I'm gone. If you're in the area and considering Hardy please do not hesitate to book. He truly takes care of your animals as if they were his own. Also, in my short time with my new pup I haven't seen her half as happy and worn out as she was when I picked her up ... like others reviews have mentioned and I will definitely concur, Hardy is a dog whisperer! Have a wedding coming up in a couple months and am already working with Hardy to rebook because of what a positive, easy and affordable experience we had our first time around. “Kimberly is great with my pups! I was nervous about boarding my dogs as they are older; one is blind, and the other is deaf, going blind, and on medication. Her home and backyard are the perfect set up with plenty of space. The best part: every time I looked at my phone I had new pics of my pups to reassure me they were safe and sound. My dogs always seem happy to be dropped off which is rare as they get nervous going to the vet or groomer. Highly recommend!”
