I’m very organized and intentional about managing my time, so I’m able to plan my pet care bookings around my work schedule to ensure each pet gets my full attention and care. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is to maintain their normal routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their owner is away. I take the time to follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, litter box care, playtime, and any specific preferences the pet may have. I understand that pets can be sensitive to change, so I move at their pace and focus on building trust so they feel secure with me. I also treat my clients’ homes with the same respect I would my own. I keep everything clean and organized, make sure doors are secured, and always leave the space as I found it. She met my cat before our visit and you can tell She is very good with animals. He was immediately purring and loving her. We were very calm and relaxed because we knew our boy was in good hands. Miranda is awesome! She was able to fit me in for a last minute booking which I really appreciated. Over the four day booking, she earned the trust and affection of two cats. I am absolutely amazed because these cats are notoriously quite spicy 😂 She also administered daily medicine and sent many pics each day. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
