“I really appreciated Emily's communication prior to and during her visit. Additionally, Emily was very understanding of the fact that my dog is a foster, and the extra factors that come with that. Will definitely book with Emily again.”

“Amber was exceptional. She took care of and gave my dogs the attention that they needed. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using her a lot more in the future.”
“Jimi was super communicative and prompt. Our dogs loved him! He did a great job with our drop in request and we are looking forward to utilizing him again in the future!”

“Rosabella, I have used Rover for 6 years. Many sitters did a good job. However, u were the most consistent in caring for our kitties and communicating with me. I hate leaving them alone but u made me feel they were happy as my to scarty cats can be. Thank you for a job. Well done even to the end.”
About: I have cared for family and friends pets since I was 14 years old. Combined with my love for animals and attention to detail, my skill set has helped to create a special experience for each pets needs. From energetic dogs needing more patience and structure to senior pets who need a little more tend love and care! I am currently working full-time, 7am-2:30pm (M-F). However, on weekends and afternoons I am free to devote my time to caring for your pets. I don't work summers which allows me the flexibility to provide the best care needed to each of your fur pups. When caring for my own and other pets safety and trust is a top priority. Each pet is different however I still make it my business to make sure pets and parents of pets feel comfortable by catering to their specific needs in and out of my home. In my own home, I make sure the environment is free from anything that can be toxic to animals such as exposed wire, toxic plants, or foods. I maintain consistency with pet schedules to ensure each animal feels comfortable. I have a large backyard that is partially fenced in so pets can get regular exercise. I also have one mini poodle that goes by Karter, if it meets the pets needs Karter is great company to keep to promote interaction and stimulation throughout the day.
“1,000% recomend Sam! This was my first time using this app. So I was a little apprehensive. I was leaving for a week and needed someone to watch my three cats.. my fur babies. As soon as I met Sam, I knew I chose the right person. She was warm great personality, big smile! I went away for a week, and Sam was on point checked in with pictures and updates every visit. By the third visit, my cats had warmed up to her and allowed her to pet them which warmed my heart! I felt so happy that I found a pet care giver, who could make my pets, feel safe, warm, and loved! thank you so much, Sam! I’ll be using you real soon again! 😀🐈⬛🐈⬛🐈⬛”

About: I have taken care of animals my entire life, primarily cats but dogs and fish as well. Most other animals I put extensive research into the care of when considering owning them, and I would be more than happy to use that knowledge to give your animals the best care possible. I am currently working on continuing my education, so having a way to cover my bills that allows me a flexible schedule doing something I love seemed the perfect fit. Raising my own cat, Tabitha, from a kitten to be a very social, outgoing, sweet girl who loves going for harness walks has left me with a healthy appreciation of how well it works if you treat an animal with respect and expect the same. That being said, house rules come first, and I will make sure to enforce them in your absence.
“This was our first time using Haley and she did a fantastic job! She followed instructions thoroughly, sent us pictures every day and took great care of our kitties! We would highly recommend Haley.”

About: I am a pet-loving owner of a friendly chocolate lab puppy. When I was younger, I would care for my neighbors’ pets for them overnight whenever they went in vacation. I’m currently full-time, but I’m always looking to make extra money on the side whenever I can. I can see myself Rovering for people each day after work. I am not offering services in my own home, but as far as caring for pets in other people’s homes, I am trusted by the people around me in my life as far as safety goes. In the past, my neighbors would give me access to their security system to ensure their pets’ safety. I am also extremely loving of any dog I come across.
About: Hi everyone, I’ve owned and taken care of dogs my entire life. I would consider it a privilege to take care of yours!!! Thank You I’ve been a school teacher for 30 years. I’m retiring in the next couple of years. I’m looking forward to the next chapter of my life by fulfilling another passion of mine, taking care of dogs. I’ve always loved dogs. I will give love and attention to your dog as if your dog were my own. My life would not be complete without a dog. I’m fully available to walk your dog and drop-in sitting at your house. I’m a school teacher, off for the summer and on Sabbatical for the next school year. Safety, love, and attention for others pets are my top priorities. I think about how I would want my precious Cooper cared for by others, therefore, your dog will receive my full attention. I’m currently on Sabbatical, (I’m a school teacher.) therefore, I have the flexibility to accommodate any potential clients schedule. I travel back and forth between our home in PA and FL. I treat any pet in our home as if it is our own. The dogs I’ve cared for in our feel comfortable because of the interaction between my husband, my son, and myself. We thoroughly enjoy dogs in our home and so does Cooper, our 5 year old dog.
About: Hi! I'm Melissa! A little bit about me. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats. Since the moment I was born, I was raised alongside dogs and cats and at one point in my childhood we had three large breed dogs and 2 cats at once, so fun and crazy! This always nurtured my deep appreciation for animals from an early age. One of our family dogs even had three litters of puppies during my teenage years, giving me hands on experience caring for dogs and puppies of all ages and sizes. Today, I have my own dog in my own family home, a 76 pound English Coonhound rescue from Arkansas. Despite his high energy levels, strength and tendency to pull on the leash, I handle him confidently and independently. I adopted him through Philly Rescue Angels Inc., where I am also an approved foster. Family and friends have relied on me for years from a young age to let out, walk, feed, and play with their dogs whether it be when they need help on short notice or go on an extended vacation. In addition to my experience with dogs, I’ve had cats throughout my life and have fostered them as well. One of my cats even needed daily insulin injections for diabetes and I always handled that myself. My background has given me a well rounded understanding of animal care, and I take pride in my ability to provide attentive, compassionate, and responsible care for all of your pets! Since I am a nurse, I also understand most medical conditions and medication administration and precautions for pets as well, they're more similar to us than we realize! I am a registered nurse whom only works 3 days per week. I am quite flexible in my schedule and can move around my days easily if requested! I have a fenced in yard. I have a friendly dog to play with your pup! And an extra large crate if you need your pet crated at all. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house as well!
About: Hello pet parents! I'm Danni and I absolutely love everything about dogs. They're so cute, sweet and playful! I've had a dog all my life until recently (apartment restrictions) and they have been various sizes and breeds. I have also been a dog walker and sitter for a company that gave me experience handling and interacting with shelter and elderly dogs; I also have experience giving oral tablet medication at specified times. I understand that not every dog has come from a happy home and I will put an effort into earning their trust (I've done so with two shelter dogs with severe anxiety and I love them) because I know that it will mean so much in the long run. Other than long walks on sunny days, I love playing with your pup's favorite toy and fetch is my favorite game. I can't wait to meet your furry friend! About: I’ve had animals my whole life and love every type breed and size. I am the go to friend when a friend needs someone to come let their dogs out or watch them over a weekend. I have a 3 year old Pitt/Staffy that I rescued when he was very young. I work 4 days a week, which I will typically block off, but am home several times for walks and care. If needing days covered outside my availability, given it would be a good fit and pickup/dropoff works with my schedule, I can try to accommodate. I block off any time I’ll be out of town and mainly just chill at home with my own pitty otherwise. We go on daily walks for the needed exercise and energy burn. My apartment is smaller but we have a great neighborhood to walk in. We have Pennypack park I go to for walks frequently and visit other outdoor dog parks in Jersey once a weekend. I have an extra crate if it’s needed and lots of toys.
About: My name is Patrick, and I’m a current college student, double-majoring in Environmental Studies and Sociology. As I study society and the environment, I have a deep appreciation for the meanings we give to our pets because of the joy they bring us. My love for animals has been with me my entire life, as I can’t remember a time when my fondness for furry companions wasn’t there! I’ve owned my dog Cody for 10 years, and I still remember how, for the longest time, getting a dog was the gift I wanted most growing up. When my parents finally agreed, it marked the beginning of a series of memories and shared experiences with Cody. My love for pets has led me to spend a lot of time researching the care required for all sorts of animals, and I’m happy to provide attentive and compassionate care for your companion! (: As a college student on summer break, I have ample time to give to petsitting and will ensure I give adequate care to all pets! I care for pets like they’re my own! Even before having pets myself, I was always focused on learning how to properly care for animals. I still remember convincing my parents to let me get a hamster as a child by researching everything it needed beforehand. I understand that every pet is different, so I’m happy to follow any specific routines, instructions, or care needs to make sure your companion feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: Leanna and I have had dogs all of our lives. We have a dog name Gus now. He’s an Australian cattle dog. He’s very active and sweet. We have taken care of a few dogs while their owners were on vacation. We absolutely love it. A dogs unconditional love is the best feeling. You could have the worst day ever but a dog can make you smile for that moment. We are familiar with giving dogs medication. I had a dog that suffered from seizures and I had to medicate her twice a day. Matt works as a nurse full time. 12 hour days 3 days a week. Leanna works full time as well in the medical field. We try to make sure someone is home at all times so Gus isn’t alone. Our schedules vary but we will do the best we can to accommodate you and your pup(s) Treats (human or dog) Love Walks Snuggles Communication Brain stimulation with puzzles We have a baby Pool for swim time Adventure times (parks, hikes, dog parks)

“From the first visit to the last set of photos, Tina has been absolutely amazing. This was the first time I’d been away from the cats for more than two days, so I was a bit worried. The first pictures Tina sent were her and the cats playing/nuzzling. I was able to rest easy, knowing that I’d get my daily pictures, and that the kitties were happy. I will be using her again next time I go on vacation.”

Andalusia pet parents share their Rover experiences
This was our first time booking with Nicole. She was available on short notice, not only to watch our cat, but also to come by for a meet and greet before the booking. We greatly appreciated her availability on short notice. She was very friendly and took great care of our cat. We plan to reach out to her in the future when needed!

We had a wonderful experience with you through [Rover](https://www.rover.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com) for drop-in visits while we were away. You took excellent care of our three cats and our fish, and we truly appreciated how attentive and reliable you were throughout the entire time. Each visit came with thoughtful updates and photos, which gave us real peace of mind. It was clear our cats were comfortable and well cared for, and that everything—from feeding to litter boxes and tank care—was handled responsibly and consistently. We especially appreciated your attention to detail and the care you showed to all of our pets, not just the cats but the fish as well. Everything was in great shape when we returned, and our pets were calm and happy. We would absolutely book with you again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a dependable, caring, and trustworthy sitter. Thank you again for taking such great care of our pets!
Amber’s commitment to caring for my dogs cannot be overstated. Very few people in her position would have left the comfort of their homes to come out and take care of my dogs. She worked not only with me, but also with my sister, to care for four dogs in very harsh and potentially dangerous conditions due to the weather. Despite my unique situation due to a family emergency, she was incredibly flexible with rescheduling and accommodating adjustments when needed. She was responsive to my concerns throughout her care and even got back to me well outside of what I would consider normal business hours, especially since I was unable to respond during the day. Mind you this was on fairly short notice as well. I cannot recommend Amber enough.
