About: I used to be a vet technician and also have had lots of experience with my own pets. I grew up with dogs of all sizes and currently have 2 cats :) I love animals and would always keep them safe and taken care of. I currently pet sit my neighbor's cats whenever they go on vacation! I'm attentive, gentle, and love all pets! I work 2x a week in Jersey City (Tues and Wed) but from home the rest of the week! That means I'm available all day the rest of the week. On days I work in the city, I'm gone between 8 am and 8 pm. But, if care is needed before or after those times, it can be negotiated! I try to be flexible. I keep my space clean and will clean yours too while I'm sitting on your home. Litter will be cleaned with every visit. And I like to supervise feeding to ensure everything is fine. For boarding, I do have a spare bedroom with its own attached bathroom, and the main door has a cat gate + full door so my pets and yours will be separate :)

“We truly could not have asked for a better dogsitter. She cared for our Labrador, Skye, for 14 days while we were out of state for spring break, and she was an absolute blessing to our family. She treated Skye with so much tenderness and attention, walking her multiple times a day and making sure she was loved and comfortable the entire time. What meant the most to us, especially to my teen daughter, was how thoughtful she was with communication. She consistently sent updates, messages, and pictures, even texting my daughter directly so she wouldn’t miss Skye too much. Before leaving, she even left my daughter something special that included a Polaroid of Skye, that my daughter now keeps in her phone case. That level of care and compassion meant everything. And to top it all off, we came home to a clean, tidy house. She went above and beyond by picking up, washing Skye’s blankets, and even giving her a bath. As a mother of four (plus our dog!), walking into a clean home after travel was truly the highlight. She took initiative in ways we never expected and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We are beyond grateful and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring. Kim is a true gem. 🐾”

She followed them precisely and asked questions if anything came up that we did not tell her. We got lots of pics and updates. We felt at ease knowing Bowie was being well cared for. When bad weather was predicted for our return date she stayed with him way past when we had agreed upon to make sure we were safely en route home before leaving him. About: I am the biggest lover of dogs! There are no limits when it comes to loving your dog and being a doggie mom myself - there’s nothing more special than loving and nurturing your dog and showing them the best quality of life. They give such unconditional love and to show that love back to them is priceless! I will treat your dog like they are my own - kisses and hugs and running and having fun! I am a nurturer by nature and a protective momma bear and I would always make sure your doggies are in the safest environments. About: I’ve taken care of pets most of my life. I love dogs, and am always the go-to for friends and family when they need a pet sitter. I work full time as a teacher, so my schedule is open during the summer months. The rest of the year, I am available weekdays after 5pm, and most weekends. My own dog was crate trained, but I am comfortable with both crated and free roaming pets. I love snuggling on the couch with a pup or two, and am happy to stick to the routine that works best for your pet!

It's stressful to have your pets care (and your home) in someone else's hands. Josh's communication definitely helps us feel more at ease. We have a fenced yard, but Josh always takes Rider on walks which I really appreciate (as does Rider). Every time we've come home you'd never know he was there. He brings in packages, etc. which again, I really appreciate. We will continue to book Josh without question!”

About: I have always had a passion for pets and their care. Over the course of my childhood I have volunteered at animal shelters, animal hospitals and various other organisations. This love for animals has made me pursue a career in the military. When I graduate, I hope to branch Military Police and be assigned with a K-9 unit, to further my involvement with animals. I have a small pet of my own, who was rescued from a shelter at four months old. He is now going on 7 years. I have also cared for elderly, impaired, disabled and special needs pets.
