Rob was wonderful. I was so nervous finding a dog sitter for my anxious and sometimes reactive dog Maloah. Have never booked a sitter for him before and wasn’t sure how it would go. Rob Graciously met up with us before I booked, so we could see if it would be a good match. The day that I needed Maloah taken care of, Rob was patient with him and gave good updates. Would definitely book again.
We asked Sarah to return to our home to take care of our 2 kittens while out for a week, and we had just as positive experience as the first time we hired her! She communicated well, was timely, and took care of everything for the cats while we were gone. We will gladly hire her again the next time we take a trip!
I can not recommend Kaitlin enough!! We have a very shy rescue that needs a little extra care and patience in order to warm up to new humans. Kaitlin worked with us to go at his pace and make sure he felt comfortable. She was very communicative and responsive and just all around wonderful.
