Hi there! My name is Sarah and I am an experienced customer service and customer experience professional, who just so happens to be the biggest animal lover! With five years in customer service experience work as an Account Manager, for a premiere maid service in the east metro, my biggest professional focus is providing a warm and friendly, consistent and careful experience to all of my customers, tailored to the needs of their families and home - but especially their pets! Treating the furry members of the family with the utmost care is something my team and I pride ourselves in, and my passion around this comes from a lifelong passion for animals. I grew up in a neighborhood in a smaller city in North Dakota, and I was the dependable babysitter and pet sitter. Sitting was my first job, and has followed me through out my life. With a widespread chosen family unit in the twin cities, I have been sitting consistently with a wide range of experience in care for every sort of friend from furry to scaled. I pride myself in loving every animal as if it was my own, and caring for them in a way that is at their level and speed and makes them fully comfortable. My care does not just stop at feeding and bathrooms breaks/clean up, I help maintain their space by cleaning up accidents and messes, tidying toys, giving awesome play time sessions, and talking with them to make them comfortable. I have even been caught signing and dancing with/for my furry friends! Having cared for a wide range of special needs pets from elderly, to bottle babies, to blind and deaf, to everyone in between! If I have not administered a specific medicine or snot already, I have likely given something similar and I am a fast and careful learner. I am a vegan of 12 years, and someone who deeply cares for humans and animals alike, I am ready to treat you animals and home as if they were my own.

Sarah was amazing! She did a number of drop ins with our dog, and we would definitely book her again. Her communication, care for our pup, and detailed updates were so great, and made us feel comfortable even when we weren’t there. Grateful for Sarah and hope to book her again!
Sarah is the best of the best when it comes to pet and house sitting. We have 3 pets who are special needs: a cat who is completely blind, another cat with asthma, and a large elderly dog with a particular schedule. At the time, we lived in Saint Paul, MN, and were traveling for work a lot. We would be gone 7+ days out of the country and not have to worry about the state of our animals, plants, or home with Sarah there. She goes above and beyond in ways that I would not expect from a pet sitter. I am talking about a vacuumed cat tree, spotless bowls, and afternoon naps on the couch to give the cats extra snuggles and company. She is the best of the best!!

Sarah is absolutely the best!! She is the reason that we are able to travel WORRY-FREE!! My wife & I don’t have children so our dogs & cat are truly our precious babies! We have two rescue dogs (one is diabetic), an adorable pug and one cat (who runs the house). Our options used to be limited with an animal that needs shots twice a day but Sarah is skilled & capable in this department, as well. She invites our crew sleep in bed with her, she lets them come in the bathroom with her (lol!) and she always sends us pics and videos throughout her stay. She communicates daily and we absolutely LOVE hearing from her! We truly could not enjoy our travels to the extent that we do without Sarah! She is so fun, loving and calm…our dogs and cat absolutely love her!! At this point, we plan our travel around Sarah’s availability…if you are lucky enough to hire her, you’ll know what I mean!
Sarah is such a lovey sitter. She treats your animals like her own. I would trust her to care for anything I own, including my non fuzzy children!
I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Caring, dependable, attentive, and clearly treated our pets like their own. I came home to happy, wel loved pets and had complete peace of mind while I was away. Her communication was wonderful, and I truly appreciated all the love and attention she gave our furry family members. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter. I will definitely be booking with them again!

Schedule
I am a work from home professional with an easy to walk away from job. The animals and their needs come first, and I am able to give my all and as much time to them as they need. Nap time is for working :)
